Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Paid almost twenty grand for all new doors, were supposed to be done by June 2023. Finally "finished" (according to them) in December. So much is not finished. I went in person to the store three times to talk to somebody, platitudes, but no help.Corporate won't even talk to me because it was contracted out, nobody locally tried to fix it, nobody cares. When I posted about my experience in Facebook 3 friends from other States had similar problems, so it seems to be systemic to their company to take the money and wash their hands. There are so many other places to work with, go to any of them.

This Home Depot is the best managed hardware store I have ever been to and I am in my 60's! Every time I go to this store, which I do on a regular basis even though it is 20 minutes away, I am amazed at their customer service. It seems these days it is difficult for businesses to find employees, let alone those with good customer service habits. Danielle helped me yesterday at the Customer Service desk and solved my difficult issue very easily, even after I made a mistake and she had to fix it. Not all Home Depot stores are like this in my area (some with poor customer service) and for some reason the management at THIS store always makes the customer #1 and bends over backwards to give you a good reason to come back and shop here again. Their store should be the Customer Service Training Center for all of the other Home Depots in the world! It is always such a joy to come here to witness employees who love doing their job. In the parking lot, a couple off-duty Home Depot employees that were heading home grabbed my cart after I unloaded and offered to return the cart to the store for me. What planet am I on? Someone in leadership at this store is doing a fantastic job!

Bruce helped me find a perfect fit for an older faucet that didn't have a handle. Good job, Bruce. Thanks. He basically just eyeballed the photo I had and we took a chance on it and it actually worked really well. How fortunate. It was good. Or maybe it was skill. Not sure. I'm really happy about it though.

I came to visit because I know I probably wont come to Bremerton often because I will be working in Bellevue WA. Well I stopped by to see how they do things and I spoke with ASM Chris and got some advice on becoming a new ASM. Chris had a very positive outlook on my new role and gave me some great advise. The store looked great. I really like how the specialty departments are in the front of the store. The showrooms looked great and I even met James in appliances. I saw a few things I liked and if need be I would use. Cant wait to get back working. I love Home Depot.🧡

This is 5 years after my first review of home depot. Home depot services has gone down the drain. Service is mostly miss than hits. Continue that attitude you be out of business. Rude and unhelpful staff. very unfortunate

Recent purchase - 52 inch tool chest. None of the wheels were bolted on. Wheel fell off on the way to the trailer. Lol, almost died saving tool chest.The team knows where everything is and they actually care! Way better than Lowes. Actually, an outhouse is better than Lowes.

The lay out of the store is a bit odd compared to most of the HD I frequent which makes it a challenge finding anything. Customer service is hit or miss and annoyingly lackluster at best. However, I eventually found the cedar shingles and was happy since they were the only HD in the area that had any in stock.

**UPDATE 3/29/21** My one-star review is about Precision Countertops, if this review was about Home Depot, the star I would give would be a 3.5 to 4 stars.Since we initially went through Home Depot and Precision Countertops is the contractor that they used and because I am unable to leave a review directly through Precision Countertops out of Washington State location, then I feel it necessary to leave this review through Home Depot.Writing a negative review is something I always hate doing. This time is no different from any other negative review I had to give. I thought about ignoring the problem, but the bottom line is people; consumers have the right to know what they are in for when going to a store and eating at a restaurant, or hiring a contractor.My husband and I recently had new countertops and sink put in our kitchen; we decided to go through Home Depot; this way, it was out of our hands to find a separate plumber to come in and hook up our kitchen sink and disposal. Home depot has contractors they work with all the time.One of them being Precision Countertops. It pains me to say this, but I have to urge people to look elsewhere; the group of three guys, two of them were in training, came in and literally had little respect for our home. Their actions and carelessness are something I would expect from children and not grown men, and not in someone else's house.It took them several hours to installing our countertops and sink, and in that time, they managed to damage our drywall, pulling off a Corbel right underneath our breakfast counter. The first two Corbels they pulled off with no damage done, but they started rushing, taking off the last one, didn't use precaution, which ended up with our drywall sustaining damage.By not paying attention to where they were going, one of the guys managed to strike another wall while hauling out our old counters; and did I mention they showed little respect for our brand new hardwood flooring? After explaining to them at the beginning of the project, please be careful because our flooring was new.Throughout the installation, they repeatedly dropped items; and as far as them covering our floors, there was more exposed floor than there were covered.Instead of relocating their dirty garbage can closer to where they were working, they decided to keep it across the room and throw large items hoping to make it in; mind you, this was right next to our family room furniture. Also, would it of hurt to put something down on our carpeting then place the garbage and vacuum on it? Both of those items were dirty, and our family room carpeting isn't that old!After installing our sink, they managed to leave a caulking residue throughout our new sink; at least we think it's caulking; yup, there's a nice hazy look in our new stainless steel sink!And although my husband brought it to the lead's attention, he informed us he would turn it in, and the company would take care of problems that never happened. My husband contacted Precision Countertops, and they blew us off; we then reached out to Home Depot.I understand chatting amongst each other while you work; that's totally normal and expected. More often than not, they acted like Laurel and Hardy; Precision was hired to do a job, not provide comic relief to each other. Our counters are beautiful, we don't deny that, and for what we spent, they should be beautiful.Also, one of the workers kept pulling his mask off, we all had a mask on, but he kept pulling his off; perhaps he missed the breaking news of the widespread, contagious pandemic that was happening.Honestly, no one should have to go through what we went through with these incompetent and unprofessional contractors.

They are employees were very nice and helped me. I needed a certain size of plywood and they cut it for me and wrapped it in plastic for me since it was raining outside. Great service! These photos are of the project I did with the plywood I purchased.

We ordered windows through Home Depot and were greatly impressed with their consultant and everything we learned about the product and procedure. We received the windows in just three weeks and the installers were fantastic. Did an awesome job and did not take long to remove, install 8 windows and clean up afterwards. Ordered a hot tub. Scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday. Rescheduled to Wednesday. Rescheduled to Thursday. Tracking shows it is 30 minutes away from me. Ok... rescheduled to Friday. Doesn't arrive. Told it will now be scheduled for the following Monday. I can't take off work that day... I have already taken off the previous week to accommodate the delivery. Ask if they can deliver after 4. Told they will try. They finally show up at 11:30 on that Monday... I have a friend waiting for them. My friend has to convince the delivery person to unload close to where the hot tub will be installed instead of on my front lawn. Instead of placing the hot tub 30 feet to where it will be installed in, they put it in a place where I have to hire people to move. This is how Home Depot treat's veterans! I will never buy anything from Home Depot and will discourage everyone I know to do the same. I haven't even used the tub yet...im not optimistic at this point. Home Depot already got their money so why should they care. Shame on you Home Depot!!

This location is hurting for parking during the week, many contractors and individuals do not appear to have the room they need to park their work trucks and trailers. The parking lot is limited by the sheds on site.The location had been very busy on every visit we have made here. The employees seem to be hit or miss with their knowledge of the store and its layout. Some know exactly where the smallest item is and exactly how to find it giving perfect directions. Others just seem extremely lost in their place of work.The store however is overall well-kept and clean. The appliance section seemed perhaps overstocked with returns on my last visit making it difficult for customers to navigate the aisles with their carts.This store has much room for improvement, but at the same time gets the job done. Be careful where you park when you come here.

I will NEVER use HD’s installation services again. My dishwasher installation is incorrect and incomplete. My kitchen sink is leaking heavily and is completely unusable1. Brackets sticking out where they shouldn’t2. Dishwasher is not attached to countertop3. Dishwasher connection line was not cut to the correct length thus creating a double P trap (see picture).4. Plumbing connection to the disposer is now leaking becuase they tampered with adjacent connections.5. Why would someone install the connection to BYPASS the garbage disposer? See picture, they left the top port of the disposer open which water is now pouring out of.Lastly, there is ZERO accountability for the contractor that messed up my kitchen because all communication goes through HD’s “appliance” department. Have called several times, they call the contractor, contractor doesn’t answer.The fact that we pay these seemingly unqualified people to do a half complete job is infuriating and unacceptable.

This place takes a third of my pay check lol. I'll prefer this over Lowe's anyday. Here the discount on cull lumber is 70%, Lowe's is 50%. military discount is 10%, Lowe's you're lucky if they give one for what you buy as they limit heading the discount for a majority of items such as lumber. The staff at this home Depot are exceptionally nice. They will match any price you find, that includes the ever so cheaper Walmart right next door, then apply your military discount and get a better deal for less travel

I use a trailer a lot when I come here usually getting large loads. The past two or three times Iv come here there are cars parked it the designated trailer parking… it is clearly labeled. You guys need to do a better job of keeping it clear. Why do I need to park way out in nowhere land… just makes it hard when I’m loading and unloading… of course there’s always 100 car spots. I understand that you can’t control others parking but it seems to not be enforced. Other Home Depot’s iv been to there’s always parking for trailers. But most of them have large signs as well and I’m sure enforced better. Also not some small spray pained trailer parking marks.
