Staff said I could access food from totes to load into my cart to help the employee out and speed up the process on both our behalfs, no complication loaded up, left and delivered. Now, upon returning for an additional order, the very same staff member I helped apparently bus rolled me and is now giving me a lecture on minding my own business, standing still looking pretty and not touching anything when the only thing I had touched was the order they told me I could initially grab. Get your processes correct and do better, and maybe sharpen up on training so you aren’t misinforming customers and taking your mishap out on them… Also get someone who can portray whatever message that was meant to be portrayed correctly and who isn’t unintelligible in the sense of vocabulary.

I love the fresh produce and variety, but I do not like the prices. They have decent sales sometimes though, so I take advantage of those. Otherwise, I go somewhere else for meats.

My store of last resort. Was in yesterday, one cashier and a line waiting for self checkout. Over a billion dollars in revenue in 2023 and they can't hire a few additional cashiers?

This is only about the deli area. The employees there never change their plastic gloves even when they hand out change, push back their hair, etc. I can’t imagine how dirty they are at the end of their shift.Plus the cleanliness of the whole space is questionable. Very dirty scales.

The store was well-stocked and they had just what I needed. We were on vacation in the area and this was close. The staff were all friendly and the place was clean. They have a good variety of things.

**This review is only about Safeway floral department.**I grew up shopping with my mom at Safeway; even though Fred Meyers is my go-to place for most groceries, there has been plenty of times I have ventured to Safeway and picked up some items.Safeway has some beautiful looking produce, hands down, but even more so is their flower department.For whatever reason, there always was, and still often is, a stigma about purchasing flowers from a grocery store.Although I am a firm believer in supporting locally owned small businesses, I am also a believer in a reasonable price, and flowers are one of those luxuries that can cost you some mega dollars and for something that won't last very long.Also, during a major holiday, it is almost a guarantee that any place that offers flowers offers a little higher price tag; it never fails this happens everywhere!Every time I kid you not, I purchase flowers for my mom, which is reasonably often; they seem to last longer from Safeway than any other place I have attempted to buy flowers from. I am dually impressed by the fact that my mom is in her early 90's and keeps the heat around 71 degrees day and night, and they still look so good after a week has come and gone.Unfortunately, the stigma of store-bought flowers still happens; chances are, it probably always will happen. And it is too bad because if someone goes out of their way to give someone else flowers, it should never be about where the flowers are purchased or the price paid; it should be how kind that person was to think of you.Safeway floral department offers a wide variety of flowers and plants, including floral accessories, vases, stuffed animals, candy, etc.They are lovely, and I doubt you will regret it!Shout out to Holly B. you created a beautiful boutique for my mom!!!!Silverdale's Safeways location is off Buckin Hill Rd, 2890 NW Bucklin Hill Rd, Silverdale WA.Safeway's neighbors includes a Hallmark store, Rite Aid, Joannes, Burger King, and several other smaller stores.**Thank you for supporting all jobs; please continue supporting locally owned small businesses as well, and we all need to stay healthy and strong together!!**

Placed an order at the deli department for sandwiches and fruit tray. I was told to return the next day to pick up order. Had instructed my nephew the following day to pick up order, just to find out that the order was never processed, and was told it'll be another two to three hours to process, so I informed them just to forget about it.I returned to the store after two days to get a refund on my credit card. Unfortunately, the customer service who provided the service for the supposed refund made the matter worse. She instead rang the register for the second time (charged twice) of the original amount. Regrettably, I found out the unauthorized charge after I returned into my home State. I called the store to address the issue and spoke with different people that day with unfavorable results. Instead, I was given a number to call to dispute the issue with their payment center. I called the number which resulted in a lengthy conversation and had to explained myself over and over again, due to the person on the other end seemed to have no grasp of the situation, which became quite a bit more frustrating on my part.Long story short, I was told they will investigate the video of the store, to see if I really walked into the store, which to me sounded so bizarre and irrelevant.

I was here for flowers on mother's Day. The flowers for fresh not wilted and available, plus they were reasonably priced.... They always will help you at the customer service desk. Even if it's closed for example if you need a .99 cent money order. Excellent customer service.... A+

One of my main grocery stores in the area especially for meat, they have a larger butcher department then other silverdale grocery stores...maybe the only butcher in silverdale. Nice produce department as well and deli.

It's got practically everything! Even a section to sit. Now if they added a electronics section like fred meyers, I'd be set to not go to another store. Although, unfortunately they no longer have outlets available to customers in the seating area. Big sad, but I'll manage. It might be a good investment on Safeway's part to have a charging station near the seats.

I really like the senior lady at the deli department. She was really nice and accommodating. I ordered $7 chicken dinner for my husband and ordered China meal combo. Beef Korean is soft and good 👍, spring rolls Ok, chicken curry salty and noodles taste nothing!!!!! Well still a cheap meal..I was there 11 am, today Friday

Great job, i first ran through the doors and thank god your staff is on the ball to make eye contact, whew, i said to the young man "wheres the bathroom?" He quickly and professionaly showed me the way. Great selections. Produce was in beautiful condition. Cashier was very engaging and friendly. Cashier behind us was also awesome when she had a break in the line she talked to my son about looking like Post Malone, (he hears that everywhere he goes) so it was very uplifting to see people getting my son to talk . Then cashier reminded me of my rewards and directed me to the gas station to use them..

I was delighted with the service and selection. It was late evening, and the store was not very busy, so I was able to find what I needed—no line for checkout. The cashier was very friendly and asked if I wanted bags for my groceries, to which I answered only for the small items. The bag boy saw she could use some help and jumped right in. Now the bags gave him a bit of trouble because they wouldn't separate from themselves. He was in good spirits and entertaining as he wrestled with them just to get a couple of bags for my grocery. Thank you both for such excellent service!

They have the best roast beef in town. The food always look fresh. The staff are helpful and always smile when they see you. I gave them 4star instead of five because they are little pricier than some other places

I mean what can I say to really do anything meaningful here. We bought four tenderloin filets from the ‘butcher block’ section of this so called store. I’ve had eye of the round cooked by my wife’s mother in law that was more tender. I think they source their cows from dead animals. If I could give negative stars I would! 80$ dollar worth of inedible garbage. Steer clear for all it’s worth. The bakery made decent cookies.

It's a Safeway and very typical of what you would expect from a Safeway. They had all the items that we were looking for. The quality of the produce that we got was acceptable, tho not great. Some of our peppers had clearly been sitting there for a bit longer than was ideal for them, but still good enough for grilling.

The deli area had very few workers available when I was there. This made waiting difficult for a mobility challenged person. The cashier in check out was awesome.2/20/23I picked up my order today and was pleased to see everything as it should be with the exception of missing divider paper between Havarti slices.

Pretty busy today, probably from football. Seemed more understaffed than usual thhough. The lines moved well enough but we had to go to BevMo for alcohol because after 7 or 8 minutes we gave up waiting for help.

I have come to dislike safeway over the years mostly based on their pricing. Our local store was the only game in town for a while and the prices were and still are terrible. Once they moved their sale prices to having to buy things in three's or ten at a time to get a good price, I was fed up. I really don't want to buy ten 2 liter bottles of soda when I only want one. This practice adds to over consumption while garnering more sales for them. If we have three bottles of soda in the house, we will drink it more quickly than usual. If we buy salad kits three at a time, often one goes bad before we get to it. And then back to the store for three more. Thanks for adding to the nations obesity while enjoying your yacht.It also annoyed me that they wouldn't even put money back into the store for the good of the customer. Namely, the bathrooms which are absolutely horrible. Not only is cleanliness an issue but the tiles, flooring, walls, counters etc look more like a really grungy gas station bathroom. Every six months or so I would mention it to the manager and he told me that corporate was just too cheap to do anything about it and that he was upset about it too. Meanwhile the customers just keep giving them their business.I waited a long time for Winco to open and now I shop at Safeway as little as possible. The only thing I miss is getting the discount on gas. Btw, I have no issue with any of the employees. They are always professional and friendly.

All of the “Fresh Bread” in the bakery appeared to not have been allowed to rise all the way. The ends were small and tough but the middle of the loaf had risen and expanded.

Haven't been able to have a hot burrito made to order from the deli in MONTHS. This place needs help there's buckets everywhere catching leaks from the ceiling. It just feels run down and out dated. Get your oven fixed!!

I really enjoy safeway, they usually have a lot of stuff and you tend to get things a little bit cheaper sometimes when you use your member phone number. However they tend to hike up their prices with certain items more than they need to overall good service.I will say though they definitely need more cashiers.

I went to pick up a few items before leaving on a trip. I found what I needed, and checked out. It wasn't a long wait and the checker was very pleasant. She asked if I had my own bags that I wanted her to use. She was very efficient and I was in and out pretty quickly. This store is about 6 minutes from my home. It's clean, well stocked, and the employees are helpful. It's a nice place to shop for groceries.

The associates are extremely courtesy and polite, the store clean and stocked. What I don't care for is the extra charging cost for the all items in the store because of it being located on a peninsula. (Approximately 25-30%+ more then from a store located 30 miles away which is not on a peninsula).
