I'm giving Dollar tree a five star because it really is a great place to go for party items, gift bags, greeting cards, balloon's, glassware and a couple of other items. There's plenty of items I wouldn't purchase at a dollar tree and even discourage other people from purchasing but the few items I listed above I will continue purchasing there.One thing I learned a long time ago with shopping for certain items is you really have to do your basic math, is eight ziploc bags worth a dollar? No it really isn't, unless you rarely use them. You can get a bigger bang for your buck purchasing them at Walmart, name brand or generic.However, the store itself is just a fun place to go aside from sometimes cluttered or messy isles, especially during Halloween and Christmas Holidays.Most of the employees I have encountered are friendly, but lines and some customers can be overbearing, especially during the Holidays.I can only hope people find more patience especially during this on-going Covid problem.

Please teach your crew how to handle ther people with mental disabilities or homeless with there gentle old Labrador. Instead of escalating a situation aggressively were there laid no real situation. Was super disappointed to go in there and listen to how he handled a harmless situation. For that it is a two star.

Normally my service there isn't too bad and I have a good experience but it says they close at 9 but the won't let anyone in the door to even grab 1 item 10 min til and they said they closed at 8:55 so there time is incorrect at this location

More like the dollar 25 store now because of inflation and thefts. Crowded parking lot shared by many stores. Friendly staff. Store was clean and well organized.

Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores to go to. They've changed so much throughout the years. They have so much more items now that you would never thing they would ever carry. They even have some know brand items. They even have a spot with auto motive items that you would normally see in other stores. We usually come here for snacks, school stuff, some dental items, etc.Overall, we enjoying going to dollar tree stores and see what each store has. Lol usually We'll end up walking out with stuff.

Dollar Tree Silverdale is a mess! Seldom do they have more than one cashier with the other employees outside chatting/ smoking. Going to the Poulsbo one from now on where the employees are competent, friendly and actually do their job.

I love this place!! It's always nice and clean, although a little cramped in the aisles. I have no bad words about the place. The one thing I can say is , I feel terrible making people wait in line behind me when it comes to paying. There is always only one cashier when I'm there and when I've got half the store in my cart to ring up, well , I'm just saying that it takes awhile lol. 😁 Oh and one other thing, since when do they charge $2 for this and $3 for that???? Guess u gotta change your name "Dollar" Tree. Seriously though, when I was raising my 2 boys, I did my grocery shopping, or most of it, at this store back in the day, just so I could feed them. They ate ranch dressing on everything and I couldn't afford $4-5 a bottle at the grocery store. They actually liked the ranch from Dollar Tree more, thank goodness. I'm so very thankful that this option exists for those of us that may need a little help from time to time just to put food on the table and feed their families!🙏👍✌️💗💯

Manager was rude when i stepped up to her line for check out. Huffing and puffing when she didn't understand/hear what i said. Then huffing because the store was busy through my entire time in check out. Not a great selection compared to other Dollar Trees in the area, either. Go to the Port Orchard one instead!

I always recieve great customer service here. I've been to Dollar Trees across the state and in California, Nevada, and Montana.. This is the cleanest and most organized location I've ever been to. I don't feel like I'm walking into someone's closet when I come here. Lol

A great place for a lot of stuff.I can walk into this store with a twenty dollar bill, and leave with three shopping bags of things I need and want, and still have a few dollars left over.

I love the dollar store, like many people. But this place which I have been to before sadly disappointed me in their customer service. One of the ladies at the register was dealing with a homeless person who's card wasn't working. Humiliating this person in front of customers instead of taking her aside and then once this lady left. She starts talking to her customers about this lady and her situation. Was so sad and horrifying. Looks like I will be going to another dollar store and not this one.

I love my local dollar tree. I never make it here enough. You can't really go wrong when it's a dollar. I get all my phone cords here and cleaning supplies also. I love the candle section and stickers too! You can find socks and tools and candy ! They have a little bit of everything to help you get through the tough times! I like that they have 2 different locations. Within driving distance . If you don't find it here check the silverdale location. That's what I do.

Dollar Tree has the quality of product that one would expect from such a store. The specific products in the store change from week to week, but the overall selection in the store is predictable.This pace is packed most any time that I have visited. The merchandise is often scattered and strewn about the shelves and sometimes scattered on the floor. The place generally feels unkempt, but I think it is typical of this sort of place.The parking lot is absolutely horrible. The lanes are narrow and it is difficult to travel through. I recommend using caution when traveling the lot.

I usually come here for inexpensive household organization items. I have purchased wire stacking corner shelves, plastic baskets of several shapes and sizes, plastic food storage containers (bins and those with lids), rolls of stick on vinyl drawer lining, hangers, foldable fabric bins, and others. Generally they've held up well for our use. That said, those are all typical products for a dollar store; the reason I rate this store well is primarily because of the friendly and helpful staff. They are easy to find in store and have always endeavored to answer my questions cheerfully and practically, which I appreciate.

DOLLAR TREE is a great place to shop for every day items. I noticed yesterday the store was packed with mostly women of all age groups buying Christmas decorations, small boxes, tissue paper...the kind of things used to make Christmas special for their families. I myself, like to purchase the "octane boost" for my high performance/high compression engine in my Trans-Am. The stuff is over $8.00 a bottle in the auto stores and just a buck at the dollar stores.

There's nothing wrong with this place except some lady named Robbyn who works there. The first thing she did when I walked in was yell "EXCUSE ME" and then when I turned around to apologize she just stared at me. When my husband went to check out she asked him "isn't there another line you can go to"? And when he said yes she rolled her eyes at him.

Had the worst cashier ever, her name was something like Robinson, had brown hair and a lazy eye. She assumed my friend and I are paying together and instantly scaned our stuff together. My friend was gonna put a devider but then she said thats for the other customers behind, are we not customers?. Well my friend had to pay for my stuff, just upset how we were treated during our check out.

This location is convenient for me but I will start going to a different location. Stood in a line of twelve people because of only one cashier. A lady behind me got disgusted and said something only for the cashier to tell her she was the only one there, lying to customers and giving dirty looks is very rude.

This store is a complete disaster zone. Employees were just standing around chatting with each other when there was so much to organize and clean up. I went in the morning and there was so much junk on the floor, it was hard to navigate my cart around. I rely on stores like this for an expensive supplies for my vacation rental and I will not likely be back here.

Kirstie who works there has helped me find items on numerous occasions. She knows where everything is in the store. She is always smiling and is extremely kind and always so helpful. She is such an asset to this company. They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
