Went in to have an eye exam and had the greatest experience. Dr Hammond was very knowledgeable and personable and that's something that you don't find every day. Loved the compassion, and the gals upfront were so nice and comforting also. No one really wants to go to the doctor necessarily but it was a very good experience for me. And America's best said that my pupils were too small? What is that even supposed to mean? Eye techs atCostco laughed at that one, the captured my eyes perfectly! Thumbs up worth it 100%

Love Costco..! Great quality products in bulk prices. The food court is the best with great prices. Unfortunately the seating area can get dirty with no cleaning. Also you might not be able to get a drink top or straw for drinks.

The best wholesale membership store, period! Only drawback, store is often crowded and you have to buy in bulk.The $50 annual membership is covered quickly with the savings that are offered. A good grocery, hardline, and soft line selection are offered. Sample stations throughout the store to highlight promotions. Enjoy the variety of meats, deli, and alcohol selections. The food court can sometimes get dirty with a lack of upkeep, but they do have spray bottles available to clean the area before you eat.

Went to restock the house on some paper products and was turned away at the counter. Apparently, households can no longer shop independently. Small business Costco pinching pennies, I guess.Plenty of other great options in the area for bulk purchases, and paying exorbitant member fees, (now apparently double per household,) just to drive out of the way for "cheap," gas has hardly been worthwhile. It's probably the excuse I needed to cancel our membership.

Exceptional service today, as I was searching for two odd items. The store manager noticed my predicament as he passed by and then did a 180 to come back to help me. He wouldn’t just tell me where things were. He took me to both items to make sure I got what I needed. He said, “You are why we’re here.” That’s customer service with a capital C, as in Customer Service. Kudos and thanks.

The costco cashiers at the Silverdale location are the worst. They always seem too busy in conversation between cashier and bagger too acknowledge the customer. Then today the cashier talks as if I am not even there “the small stuff is supposed to come out”, he says to the bagger. he was referring to the stuff I left in my reusable bags. Ummm… I thought I was being considerate by having all the bar codes facing up to make their job easier. Tell me what the rules are rather than talk as if I am not there. I don’t know why I keep going back.

Overall~ an environment that's Customer friendly👍!However, there's "ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT".* more attention is needed for maintaining a cleaner condiment area.* Poinsettias were deplenished way too early before Christmas😕* better signage for Customers to see when any ⛽️ pump is "closed."

This location is maintained well and the employees are generally very friendly. The main drawback are the crowds and the design of the parking lot. There are frequent traffic jams outside and inside the store and it feels very possible to get into a collision both inside and outside the store.

My friend has been going here at least 3x a week for years. And lately some of the cashiers have been rude. Body language says it as well as facial expressions. To have a cart full of items and not get asked if we want boxes... when did that start? You say hi to them and they look at you like your dumb. I call Corp. Every time to complain on these cashiers. Something has to change here. Other than that can't complain.

What what can I say? They almost have everything I need in there and more. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. I love the free samples. If you go early in the morning, you’ll have less crowd but if you go Friday through Sunday, put on some protection gear cause it’s going down.

Love Costco quality, all but the bags of small oranges. Always full of half rotten mandrin oranges. Been like that for as long as 15 years. Inquiring minds would like to know!! Everything else is and has been excellent.

Between the hours of 11am-1145am.. Kylee is her name! Kylee thank you and the amazing team that was behind the scenes getting the orders out in a timely manner! I did not do a phone order so I really thought I was going to be waiting a minimum of 45mins. That was not the case! Ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 hot dogs, 2 Chicken bake, Ceaser’s salad. 7+ people in front me and Kylee and the co-workers pushed out these orders super fast. Just the way she operated the front was amazing. Your customer service Kylee, is so awesome, so take a Bow!! Thank you for asking, if I wanted my items all at once etc. Personally, I stopped buying anything from the food court because of the long wait times. Had to pickup a couple of items in store so on the way out, I gave the food court a shot and I’m so glad I did. If this is how the whole staff operates, then I will be making a pit stop here more often before I make my exit. Keep up the great work Team Kylee! You are appreciative!! JLo

I came here on New Year's Eve and it was packed. I usually go to another Costco in Gig Harbor but I have been wanting to come here for awhile now. Very helpful employees at the front door. Everyone seems to be following covid protocol except for the 6 foot distancing guide line. I picked my stuff and only stuff on the list and I was soon out not the door. Oh, but wait, a polish dog and cola was calling my name. I answered and then I left. Wonderful store. Thank you.

It was nice but I'm not used to some random person coming up to me and grabbing my stuff and telling me what to put up and not. Kind of threw me off but ya other than that. Hmm

For reference, I'm a manager in retail currently and have spent the last 12 years of my life doing so.I went to Costco two evenings in a row now attempting to buy a pumpkin pie for my family's Thanksgiving, but both times the pies on display are dated for the day prior to Thanksgiving (2 days from now). I did the reasonable thing and asked their bakery for a pie with an appropriate sell by date, and was told that they are not available until the current stock is gone. I've got a 5 month old baby at home who is trying new foods, and I'm not going to feed her a potentially spoiled pie.This is the worst service I've ever been given at Costco, and I am seriously disappointed.

I would consider costco a sun downer place of business. As I am considered white, And have witnessed every single time prejudice against any one who is not.My daughter who is one of these victims, Have brought this to the attention of management time and time again. Excuses are given with hollow empty apologies. The Tone and verbage that is used is very clear,,,,I've been a military family for over 30 years. It pains me to say I will not shop here. Sam's warehouse is not local However, I will make sure to continue to utilize the benefits of their company rather than costco. Good thing sam's warehouse delivers. Good thing we still have the commissary available to us. I feel bad for civilians who do not have this choice.

Costco consistently delivers on what they promise. They balance quality and price to find a happy medium. I only wish they would continue stocking my favorites. But the best thing about Costco is that they accommodate everything I've ever asked for, for my disabilities. Almost nobody offers that level of consideration, time after time.

Even though this place is absolutely massive parking was decent, employees were masked up and courteous, and how can you beat an extra large pizza for $10?? Amazingly enough some of the best pizza in town! Dining area was also clean and well stocked.

In and out quickly. Only continuous complaint is their rotisserie chickens have always been under cooked, get home carve it up and it's still bloody. They need to go to Sequim and learn how to cook them.

I just left my cart of mostly frozen foods at the self check out register. I kept getting beeps for assistance required. I asked one employee for help and she said she couldn't do it. Another employee came and helped clear a problem, then another problem happened. The second employee returned and proceeded to try to deliver on the job training to me. I said I didn't work there and to just fix the problem. I said I have mostly frozen foods and a 45-50 minute drive home. She walked away. The employee with her helped and said I wasn't being receptive to help to keep the problems from happening. I said well maybe I should just leave. The employee said I could do whatever I wanted. At that point, I wanted to leave so I did. The alternative was getting home with thawed food packages while I learned their job.I just got a new eye glasses prescription. I was going to have it filled at Costco, but now I'm wondering if I'll have to learn those jobs as well.

I dropped a food kit while loading my car. One of the employees who was collecting carts quickly came over and let me know he was grabbing a broom to clean up the mess and that he would grab me another one. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Great customer service and very much appreciated.

Samples are back! They are wrapped and only one is out at a time. But I’m glad to see the sample ladies back! This store is great and I love Costco. I got my glasses here and the staff was especially on point - shout out to Monica for helping me get the glasses I wanted.

Wish they actually had more handicap parking. Every time I go there, I have to park more than halfway down the aisle. Every aisle should have the first number of spaces set for handicap parking.
