Trusted Sean with our wedding order and when we didn’t hear anything the morning of our wedding about the keg we ordered, we called, they didn’t have it, and we had to go with a different beer that we didn’t want, scrambling last minute to have a family member pick it up who was then late to our wedding prep. No apology or discount offered until we returned the keg a week later. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

Great Variety of Beers ,wish get more different varieties of Canadian Beers! It's hard to find canada beers in the U.S.A. from our closest country=very few choices. But in CANADA U can get a lot better selection of beers of usa beers & world brands, it is not (BevMo!) or other stores in usa fault! it is just the way it is. 😟

Apparently if you don’t have your ID, no one in your party can buy stuff here. I’m 36 years old, and the cashier denied my BF buying beer because I didn’t have my ID that day. If this is”policy” as she said it is, then maybe start checking ID’s at the door so people don’t even waste their time here.

Staff is comfortable with screaming yelling and being unprofessional. I was berated and chased out the store while I was on a phone call. There was a toddler breaking bottles inside the store.

The staff at this Bev Mo are outstanding! We order on-line and then pick it up. Several times, the manager has called me about substitutions and/or in store specials. Regardless of who we deal with, they are always friendly and eager to help us.

Been shopping at BevMo for over 10 years. Today I will not be going back due to an employee who stopped me in the vodka isle. I was taking a picture of a vodka brand so I could confirm to my friends that was the brand I was there to pick up. Employee on January 21 2023 at 1245. Stopped me and told me there are no photos allowed of merchandise in store. Well like I said there is no posting and regulations. I will not be shopping at any BevMo in the future. I recommend if anyone wants to have their freedom and ability to use their phones to confirm merchandise and spirits not to shop here either.

Good atmosphere and the guy who sold me on a few good quality spirits was very knowledgeable of his craft.I normally go to Total Wine, but I wanted to try something new.Also looks like you can pick up newer snacks and some groceries too all while you shop for beer, wine and stuff!I will be back when my inventory is low.

Was looking for MD 20/20, which they didn't carry. It's like a convenient store with a larger beer/wine/liquor selection. They do have cigars here too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I needed AAA batteries. The young lady there directed me to where they where and when I couldn't find them, cause I'm blind in one eye and can't see out the other, she found them and brought them to the checkout.Very nice lady.Price of batteries is high but that not their claim to Fame and it was close and open.

Washington is infatuated with IPA's so I have to go here to get a decent selection of Ale's. The workers here are always happy and knowledgeable. When in doubt I always choose their preferences and have not been disappointed.

Good store, easy to navigate. The staff was pretty friendly too. I was able to find the beverage I wanted, and more. It was pretty reasonably priced. And I was even able to save some money by joining their store club program. Basically all around my visit went as I would expect it to and I left with everything I planned to get.

I know nothing about wine but wanted to get a bottle as a gift. The wine expert at BevMo helped me pick out the perfect bottle of wine for my friend's 40th birthday. I will most certainly be back for Christmas shopping!

You generally a greeted by a helpful bunch of staff upon entering this store that are more than happy to make suggestions based on your preferences. The staff is very knowledgeable and come off as enthusiasts of their products. Prices are on par with expectation. They even offer a sizable growler fill selection as well.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when helping me locate a nice, German beer for my mother. They didn't have the rosè wine I was looking for, but I didn't mind so much because I took advantage of their 2 for 1 sale. Try the peanut butter whiskey shooter in your cookie batter today!

Location has a wide selection of wines, always greeted warmly and helped by a competent staff. If there's anything they don't have they'll be more than willing to order it for you. Nice point system as well. Me and my wife love their bourbon, and whiskey barrel wines!!!

This store was absolutely beautiful. The staff ( I think the staff my husband and I helped by was a manager) He was professional, very helpful, and was more than happy to inform us of money-saving offers prior to us ringing up and paying regular prices. He even helped us pick out red wine for our immediate family. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.
