We no longer need to board there but we still go for grooming. We’ve never had any issues with boarding or grooming. Our fur babies always seem happy and well taken care of and we trust them there

We took our Corgi to Sylvan for grooming and they knocked it out of the park! Absolutely amazing 👏 I was very impressed and she will be return customer!We have also taken our husky/ German shepard there as well and they do a spectacular job on her also. SO Happy with Sylvan and will continue to use them for all of our future grooming needs.

Sylvan is my go-to for boarding my pups when I have to travel. I tried several other places, but nowhere else is as reasonably priced and also great with the dogs. The indoor-outdoor kennel runs are fantastic, so the pups aren't cooped in a tiny box like at most places. Our first time there happened to be over July 4, and they put a ton of thought and care into how to best prepare for, support and comfort all their boarded dogs through what is often a stressful night.

I'm a crazy person with 6 dogs because I worked in the pet care industry for so long. Because of this, I'm super paranoid about where I take them, and I always worry about them when we have to leave them. Sylvan Pet Lodge is super down to earth, affordable, and our dogs are always super chill and clean when they come home to us! Owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. Very glad to have them in town so we can go on vacation without worrying too much about boarding our pups, and we can also afford our vacation too! Thank y'all!

Our family is very happy with the quality of grooming provided by the grooming staff at Sylvan. They provide loving care to our bichon, terrier mix fur buddy and they always listen and offer helpful ideas to make sure we get the service we want. WARNING...... They are busy. You may need to wait in order to get an appointment. The wait is definitely worth it!

Groomer did an awesome job on my matted dogs hair. I have a sheepadoodle that gets pretty matted unless brushed and combed daily. She was able to get me in within a week, cut looked great and the price was fair. It was nice to see her poodle and my pup playing when I arrived, almost like they had a play date going on. Little bit of a drive for me being in Elma but worth it.

My female 10 year old German Shepherd enjoyed her visit here for 5 days. She got brushed and tons of air conditioning. She ate her food and they even played a recording I sent them of me talking to her in case she was feeling abandoned. I will definitely take my pets here again in the future. *Update 2022: this place is absolutely fantastic. Still great grooming after a few years. Fully trust my dog with them for lodging as well; my dog (border collie) has had several stays here now for up to 4-6 days at a time and she comes back normal and happy. The owner(s)/family and people that work there are all very much animal people... Aka the kind you want to take care of your loved ones. A reminder that they require up-to-date shots (documentation from your vet) for your pups like any other place!

They take great care of your furry friend! My pup had never been to a kennel. I thought she'd have a hard time when I left her. Nah, she didn't even look back to see where I went. Now when I take her she gets all excited as we get close. She loves her visits.

We left our two dogs boarded at Sylvan Pet Lodge for six days while we went to visit family. One of our dogs is very energetic and tends to be either aloof or dominant toward other dogs, while the other is very social but had never been boarded before, so we were a little worried about how they would do. I had talked at length with Nicky, the business owner, about them when I made the reservation and her knowledge, experience and hands-on approach made me feel more comfortable. When we went to pick them up, we were very happy with how clean they were (we paid extra for bathing and grooming) and with how happy and relaxed they were. On top of that, their bedding had been laundered, which was totally in addition to what we paid for--or expected. We are very happy with the attention and care our dogs received and will definitely take them back the next time we need boarding or grooming. Thank you, Sylvan!

Went here for a nail trim for my GSD, because she doesn't let me at home. The staff were amazing! Very good at what they do (cut all the way to the quick) and gave me the play by play of how my dog struggled, and tips on how they were able to accomplish the trim. Definitely recommend.

I love taking my pup here for nail trims! The staff is friendly and they do a great job. I try to take him in every 5 weeks. Never have to wait long either. It's just a walk in no appointment needed for this service.

7years later, and still using them. They treat our dogs like family and have never questioned the are they receive. Well informed staff and super clean facilities. We've watch them expand through the years and appreciate they never cut corners in building, pet safety, or care.Great place

We kenneled our 3 dogs there for a week. I was a little nervous at first but was comforted by the owner's expertise & looking at many reviews, I knew they'd be taken care of. I am also really impressed with their grooming. It's been about 3 weeks and they STILL smell good!!!

Great folks. Very reasonable prices. Well sheltered kennels and daily yard times. Can add on baths, nailclippings, and other extras so your four-legged family members are all cleaned up for the trip home.

We were there for the first time this week. They were awesome! Our dog is a Great Pyranese and she looked beautiful when we went to pick her up. It had been awhile since we were able to get her groomed and I was impressed how good she looked. Prices were very reasonable too. We will be going back.

My poor dog Asia hasn’t been groomed for quite some time due to the Covid closures. My attempts to keep her comfortable from mats was let’s say not so pretty to say the least 😂 I have been communicating with the owner for approximately a month for possible updates when I can get her groomed professionally. I was so excited to hear that we can finally have an appointment. Her facility is just gorgeous, clean, courteous and by far the best I’ve seen since I moved here. My little girl Asia came home smelling and looking like a princess. I definitely found the prefect spot to board my pets while away, grooming amenities provided for self wash, and professional grooming for our fur babies that need it. Perfect all in business for all my furry kids needs in one location. Thank you for taking such good care of my Asia.

My three German shepards had never been in boarding before. They love Sylvan and so do I. The staff is very professional and dog savy. The level of animal health knowledge is excellent. I can now travel knowing my dogs are safe and happy. Thank you Sylvan!!
