K&S Homes is incredible! They took care of everything and made my house remodel effortless and fun! Their work is exquisite and their craftsmanship excellent. Best of all I really feel like I could call Sean for anything.I didn’t expect remodeling a house would be so complicated and multilayered. A fire took the house down to the studs but as soon as Sean and K&S Homes got involved it was smooth sailing. From their straight forward estimate that they worked into our budget to their clean work site and constant consideration of our family’s needs they were simply amazing.Their recommendations for our kitchen and master bath were awesome and stylish. And they were able to make every square inch of the house look and feel new. What’s more is they actually saved us enough money that we had enough to redo a second bathroom too.The only problem is now all my neighbors are jealous.

Sean was amazing to work with. When we had a small-ish, but very important job to do at our office, we called Sean, he showed up literally 15 minutes later and the job was done the next day. His genuinely pleasant and professional demeanor was appreciated by all. We hired Sean to remodel our bathroom and replace a shower with a tub and tile. Sean is hard working, trustworthy, and does not cut any corners to achieve his high quality standard. We are very happy with the final product and already have received many compliments on it.

Sean was amazing to work with. He was very prompt and anticipated my needs before I even knew to ask. He is very organized and follows through. Quality is very important to him- he does not take shortcuts. I really appreciate that he is honest and fair with his pricing. Very accommodating!! His number one priority was to make sure I was happy. I was so touched by how kind he was to my dog. He always greeted her and didn’t get upset if she was curious about what he was up to. She is a mini Aussie and can’t totally be a handful. I’ll definitely have him back to work on future projects.

I have used K&S for 4 separate projects now. Finish work is on point and if there are any discrepancies, they are more than willing to adjust or fix to your liking. The last and biggest project was a bath remodel. He was awesome enough to deal with our indecisiveness in trying to choose colors, trim, etc. it all pulled together and came out better than we had hoped for.
