Always wanted to go to a Trader Joe’s, being from Alaska, seeing and hearing so much about it. Was a nice stop. Happy to see they carry a nice selection of vegan foods and bakery. Store we went to was a little small and crowded, but great one stop healthy food stop!

Traders Joes is my happy place. I love looking through all the products they have and discovering new finds. Also, everyone who works in this Trader Joe’s look like they walked out of a fashion magazine. Everyone was super nice and attractive. I went during Halloween and took pics of all the pumpkin flavored things. Enjoy!

Love the store. The parking garage is a challenge. But I grabbed some of their excellent guacamole, a box of cookies, wine, and an assortment of other groceries. Live the small packages of vegetables but everything is wrapped in plastic. There staff are great

Love a values based business. We enjoy taking a shortish walk to Trader Joe’s on a sunny day. We even took our dog in a stroller there.We go there to get some unique plant based snacks and food items that we don’t get other places.They have some interesting and growing selection of plant based products that we explore on each visit. Nuts are great and cheaper than qfc. We love the staff (it feels like people love working there). It’s a great little enrichment for the whole family.Some of the regular stuff might be out or unavailable so hopefully we can consistently find our favorite items more consistently.

I mean...it's trader Joe's, they're great. & This locations got a great staff. Solely from a consumer perspective, though. As an employer, I wouldn't consider applying with them for a job.

It’s hard to navigate when it’s busy, which is pretty much all the time. The aisles are not big enough for two carts to pass by each other with extra room. Glad it is in the neighborhood. Also employees are constantly moving produce items to different locations, like a nonstop shuffle of products.

I love Trade Joe's. The staff is always friendly. Almost Stepford-ish. They have great body soap if you have wimpy skin. Good selection of things to put in the ice box so you don't have to eat the same thing all of the time.

Great store with pretty much everything you need right there on the shelf. Lots of products you will not find anywhere else Super produce and great cheese selection. We go for the lactose-free products, cereals and coffees. I love the advertised specials and new offerings - don't pass them up, tried and tested!

One of the busiest locations for Trader Joe's. If you're not familiar with this chain they offer a good mix of produce at a very reasonable Le rate. This Madison location also offers parking dedicated for its customers.However it does get busy so plan accordingly. Parking is tight. If you live near by and able to walk your groceries home then go out for a nice walk instead of risking the headache and stress of parking in tight spaces.The staff as always are awesome and helpful.Wayne you're here take your time to explore and get the things you need and want to try. They have it all from fresh organic produce to quality grade meats, dairy, and the ever important snack aisle! Most items are branded as Trader Joe's so don't be dissuaded. It is quality product.

The staff in this store are consistently friendly and helpful (in stark contrast to the two nearby QFC locations on Broadway, which often seem more focused on “loss prevention” measures than customer service). A few mild negatives: This Trader Joe’s is a small store, and it can get quite busy at times… I also can’t find everything I’m looking for here, but I generally find most of the items I need. The few missing items are balanced out by a nice selection of cool finds that I would not have thought to add to my shopping list before seeing them here. I’m also a huge fan of their flowers and plant selection that add inexpensive color during the short winter days. :) Sending my thanks to the team here… Please keep up the good work!

Store is always stocked and organized! People working there are cool. Can get pretty busy around 3-5 but they're always really good at opening check stands when needed. Also and excellent selection of wine and flowers!

Awesome store, the staff is always friendly and eager to help, shelves are always stocked, and I never had a bad experience here. Can always find what I am looking for. The checkout counter moves fast.There is a parking lot on the second floor which makes it easier to shop at!

Not 5 star because they still use a lot of plastic for veggies. All veggies don't need to be single use plastic wrapped. But I was happy to see that the bag rolls are now compostable. Overall this store has good products. Their vegetable masala burger patty is great. I just don't buy veggies from here because I avoid plastic use as much as possible and we all should.

I really love Trader Joe's! This is a smaller location than some of the others I have been to, but I can still find those things that are my favorites. I live across the street from this location so I really can't complain. The only issue I have ever had with a Trader Joe's is that sometimes they get you hooked on an item and some time down the road they discontinue it. I understand the reason for it, got to have a fresh vibe and such but when I like something I don't like the disruption of it Not being there anymore. Especially when they are the only ones carrying those items. I do like the rotating beer selection though.

One of my favorite businesses on the Hill. Great prices, great location, awesome staff. The best place to go for groceries if you want a warm environment and you don’t want to part with all your money.

TJ's staff is always friendly and I always enjoy the grocery shop TJ's. I was trying to find a TJ's local version bag when I visited in Seattle. I couldn't find it at the floor, but they were willing to help me to find a stock. I am really appreciated their assistance.

Even though Madison seems to always be under construction, this location is always stocked and has the best staff! The lot is a nightmare but 100% better than street parking.

4 things I almost always buy at Trader Joe’s:Wine, Fruit, flowers and plants. Can’t beat the prices on these almost anywhere else. Plus the customer service meets high standards of friendliness, competence, and going the extra mile.

There were no Trader Joe's in Manhattan when I left for the west coast, and living in San Francisco, then LA, and now in Seattle Trader Joe's is my go-to store. And if I have to play favorites Queen Anne is the location I go to even though it is not the closest. The staff are friendly per usual, the foods are simply the foods that I eat, and the customers at the Queen Anne location are so friendly. Thank you so much!

Great people. Almost always in stock. The only issue is that all Trader Joe's are an absolute disaster when it comes to foot traffic. The layout of all the stores, especially this one, make it feel like you have to fight through zombies just to get to some broccoli. I recommend going early.

Love this place! mainly go there because the soy products mainly Almond milk, organic soy milk and vanilla creamer, Great for Health shakes. And of Course really cheap wine that taste great for cooking. And the women that work their small, short, Young(over 21)and fine! But I’m shy I don’t talk until spoken too. Beside the huge age Gap not going to even try.(Now that I left this comment, none of them even give me eye contact anymore)! People are so concerned about what other people’s think, I don’t really mind.

Trader Joe's is its own style of store, with interesting products you don't find elsewhere (especially chocolatey snacks!), but also has all the staples. Some physical stores are better than others regarding space or general "feel". The one on Madison is not the most agreeable to me, but that's just me!

I recently visited Trader Joe's and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While Trader Joe's is often praised for its unique selection and friendly atmosphere, my visit fell short in several key areas.One of the main issues I encountered was the store's organization and layout. The aisles felt cramped and cluttered, making it difficult to navigate through the store smoothly. Additionally, product placement seemed haphazard, with items frequently being moved or misplaced. This lack of organization resulted in a frustrating shopping experience, as I had to spend more time searching for specific items.Furthermore, while Trader Joe's is known for its specialty and organic products, I found the variety to be somewhat limited. The shelves seemed to lack the diversity I expected, and I struggled to find certain items on my shopping list. It was disappointing to see that many popular products were out of stock or not available at the particular store I visited.Another area that was underwhelming was the customer service. Although the staff members were polite, they seemed distant and disengaged. It was challenging to find assistance when needed, and I felt that the overall level of customer service could be improved. Additionally, the checkout process was often slow and inefficient, resulting in longer wait times compared to other grocery stores.Price-wise, while Trader Joe's offers some reasonably priced products, I found that many items were more expensive compared to other local grocery stores. The perceived value for the price was not always justified, and I expected more competitive pricing for certain items.In conclusion, my experience at Trader Joe's was disappointing, and it did not live up to the hype surrounding the brand. The store's disorganized layout, limited product variety, lackluster customer service, and higher prices were major drawbacks.
