The team was so nice and helpful. We were shopping for very niche food after our pup recently got heart surgery and had some GI issues. The selection was great and we were able to find exactly what we needed and for a very reasonable price

I‘ll now go out of my way on my way home from work to become a regular here! Michael took amazing care of me tonight when I stopped in to get a few more things for my sweet Skylee that I am adopting tomorrow morning! He didn’t just make me feel comfortable to take my time when I walked in 10 min before closing; he let me share my story of me discovering my new fur baby and how all of these things happened symmetrically for it to be destiny…he doesn’t care about his time, he cares that every person who walks in that door even if it’s 30 seconds before closing, leaves as their newest devoted customer ❤️Would love to know more about the free Welcome Home goody bags for New Adoptions

I really love this place it's just down the street from my place. And I can walk in there and they remember my last visit and ask how my dog Tazzie is doing and was bummed she wasn't brought in. And even asked how she was doing with my choices I made with their help, how she was liking my selection. And another thing if she doesn't like something I always have hassel free returns or exchanges. It's great because I hate throwing away money.I suggest you try them, they have the feel of a small town ,but in the big city!! You'll love their personable being. Great job guys

I've been a customer for 40 years, and my dog (Pucci - 1984) loved to drop himself into this pet store for free treats. This was before gestapo entered dog world and made up the law that dogs could not roam freely. (During change in population from dog friendly to anti-dog proponents, along with other unnatural beliefs).Tonight I visited when I needed dog food and in store printing of new dog tags. My unruly dog was babysat by one clerk who changed that into an excellent training session in which he got a lot of treats.and loved being trained. That was great.I've never seen a clerk there who was not completely in love with pets. Always excellent service, good stock of dog and cat needs, helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Great store for pets and people.

The Seattle Pet Pros on Lake City Way has plenty of quality brands of food (like NutriSource) and treats for Ike, our 10-year old Great Dane. I noticed that there are even morecanned food brands to add variety to meals! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful...and Ike appreciates recommendations for treats. 😀

Friendly staff, poor selection of chicken feed and supplies. Good variety of fresh dog treats. My dog loves their pig ears the best. She's not so fond of the duck heads tho! They look creepy, too. Good local biz, but their only decent options are for dogs at cats - selection of supplies for other pets not so good...

I love this store.The location on Lake City Way makes it super convenient for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful, the prices are good and my boys are always very happy with the pig's & lamb's ears and bully sticks, Himalayan yak cheese and freeze dried...stuff. (Cooper & Jojo: "We're trying to get mom to buy us whole freeze dried duck heads! They look disgusting, we can't wait to try them!")

I started going to PetPros Lake City because it's close to my house, however, I'd travel further to get there. The staff is DELIGHTFUL! Products are top shelf. I never have to worry if anything I purchase there is good and healthful for my cat and dog. All around 5-star gig.

I love this place it's not so huge and cold feeling like the other large pet stores. It's more personable and content, your not rushed, or made to feel rushed or like your being followed because everyone is a shoplifter in their opinionThat really upsets me, because I spend a lot of money on my little girl and they should recognize their repeat customers. I am appreciated there.

The GM here is just the coolest person you'll ever meet, and keeps a friendly staff and gives the place a neighborly feeling.This part of town isn't exactly the friendliest, and the store isn't as well maintained on the outside as I might hope, but step inside and it really does have a good feeling to it.

Great Staff! Always so helpful, fast and knowledgable. Senior discount day and Specials really help with inflation. Wide selection of products and we can place special orders for our cat's favorites, if they are no longer carried. Lots of easy parking, open late!

3 1/2 - 4 stars. Convenient, easy to locate store off major thoroughfare. Somewhat small in size and inventory compared to other boutique pet supply stores, however the staff are friendly and helpful and the store carries many of the same high quality food and toy brands as the bigger chains like Mud Bay. Prices are similar as well.
