I went to this location looking for soho complete dog food and was helped by a woman named Al Even though they did not have this brand at this location Al was SUPER helpful. She took the time to call other mud-bay’s to see if they had it and we needed up finding it at the Roosevelt location. I loved LOVED her high energy and positive attitude, and kind service. It’s people like her that really make me day in the world, especially if you were already having a bad day. Thanks Al for being so AWESOME!!!

We brought our new puppy into the store and their service was over the top amazing. Having never owned a puppy so young before, they were informative and answered all the questions we had with professionalism and even asked us lots of questions about us and the puppy. They walked us through the entire store, sampling foods and finding the ones he likes most, trying on harnesses and collars, and even weighed the puppy because they were curious to know because of how tiny he was. They genuinely love the animals that come into the store and they went to great lengths to comfort us as new owners. I will be going there often now. I can't recommend them enough.

I received outstanding assistance at this Mud Bay and I had to leave a review. I came in needing some special food for my cat's health issues and Trinity was so incredibly helpful with providing recommendations and even sending me home with free full-size samples of various foods to try. I was notably upset and Trinity was so friendly, understanding, and kind. They also recommended some supplements and treats. Later my cat's condition worsened so I had to switch him to a prescription diet, and Trinity again was happy to refund the items that I could no longer use - even the ones that were opened. I will shop for all my pet care needs at this Mud Bay in the future because of the amazing customer service I received.

I love Mud Bay, but they need to do something about the parking at this store. There is virtually no street parking, so I parked in the big empty lot adjacent to the store, popped in to ask if it was okay to park there as a Mud Bay customer, immediately came out and had a $70 parking ticket (was gone less than 1 minute). I don’t know how they expect me to transport a 40 lb bag of dog food without any reasonable parking options. Won’t be coming to this location again.

They are so sweet here! I just adopted an old dog and we are working on some anxiety. While I was walking with him, a siren really set him off and he ran inside Mud Bay. The person there at the time was so sweet — let us sit in the back area until he calmed down, brought us treats, and was so kind. I do all my shopping here and they are just so helpful!

Everytime I go here, the staff are great. Friendly and informative, and I can count on good advice if I have any questions. Compared to going to a big box store for pet supplies, Mud Bay is the best. I really appreciate that the staff have their own experience using the products with their own pets so they can speak on it. Also, everytime I go in here I get to see the cutest pets! In the last month I've gotten to hold a baby kitten and see an adorable corgi on wheels. Day = made!

They have just what I need or will order it! I love visiting Mud Bay in Uptown to get treats, toys, etc. I recently splurged on a soft pet carrier. After checking it out in the store I checked the price on Amazon, which was more expensive. Always happy to support my local store, and it feels extra good to save a little.Plus they'll give you treats to try when you check out. Who knew my cats would go crazy for freeze dried duck? (Helped make that medicine go down for sure!)

Absolutely the best pet store I’ve ever visited. They let my dog roam freely and take in all the smells, and they helped me with her food, a new harness so that I could walk her more easily (she was pulling), among other things. They’re always willing to help with great suggestions, as well as offer samples so you can try before you buy, which is huge. It’s not inexpensive, but for the knowledge and benefit of learning from the employees, it’s well worth it. Now if they could just come up with a system for delivering those 30lb bags of dog food.... ;-)

This is the friendliest pet store I've been to. They really care about their customers and their owners. Absolutely amazing customer service. We bought a few items that our dog wasn't a fan of and they had no problems giving us store credit for the purchase. They also donate the returned goods to dogs in need. Really awesome community based pet store. Always a pleasure to come here over big box stores and the prices are very competitive.

My cat Quaker had stopped eating his regular food and the staff at the Queen Anne store could not have been more helpful! They guided me through various suggestions of what he might like, they let me trial some cans of food, and it took several days until EUREKA!! we had found the solution and my boy was eating again.Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with a mass in his stomach a few days later, but again, the staff could not have been more compassionate and understanding.I love Mudbay and I'm so fortunate to have such a wonderful store in my neighborhood.In time, a new little forever friend will arrive in my life and Mudbay will be my trusted source for the best products, knowledge, and wonderful staff!Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I think they are way better than Petsmart. They have the same return policy as Petsmart too. Prices are affordable the same as well. I like the fact that they have good organic treats and brands of food you won’t find in Petsmart that are too quality. They also give you fee dog treats and a roll of potty bags for your dog is only a buck! I really like this store. I bought my dogs bed from here too. It is comfortable foam, with a removable and washable cover. It’s a medium size I got for almost $30. I had don’t research for this kind for my dog went up to $100s of dollars elsewhere. He loves the bed, the dried turkey, chicken, and salmon treats they give and the food! He also loves their duck jerky. Also another thing they do that is important for the whole world is donate to animal shelters and everything you ever have to return is donated to animal shelters and I used to just HATE Petsmart would not donate their returns and help other animals or even give returned items to the workers but would only throw them away! They are better and do more for the people and animals so I gotta say this is now my new favorite store!

I go to Mud Bay for my fur babies food and treats. Been to different locations...West Seattle, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Capital Hill, but I consider my home store to be Lower Queen Anne. Great friendly staff at all locations.

My dogs love Mudbay's peanut butter treat's. They are found in the bulk treat bins so you can purchase as much or as little as you want. The treat's have natural ingredients so they are good for our little guys.

Super friendly staff- they really help you figure out what’s best for your pet and give you tips for how to use whatever you buy. Prices weren’t bad either- the toy we bought was priced the same on Amazon.

A Mud Bay as good as all the others. The only downside of going to this one is that finding parking (especially if there is an event going on at Climate Pledge arena) is really hard.
