I get my dog food here. It’s a brand and flavor a bit harder to find. I find the people who work here are knowledgeable about their products and the store is typically well-staffed and stocked. It’s certainly not cheap, the brands they carry are premium. But if you’re like me, you always try to do your best by your pet. Also it’s a Washington-based entity, so it feels good to patronize the business.

Super nice people work there! I was looking for a certain salve for my dog's swollen joints. Almost the entire staff started looking for it. They searched the internet and several product labels. They displayed care and concern for my pet. Such service is unheard of in today's service world. AA++!

I walked in and was immediately greeted, and when I asked for my product, it was immediately brought to the counter for me. I was in and out in under two minutes, leaving with a smile and a dog dog treat. Perfect excision

This is a fancy pet store. It has higher end food and treats for your pet. We like to come here for our dog because he had allergies. The people here are very helpful. If your pet has special dietary needs, this is a good place. The best deal for treats are the bulk treats.

Friendly sales associates, I go here for my cat’s food and toys. Their prices are a bit higher than other pet stores (HealthMutt, Petco) and their toys are NOT sturdy so I wouldn’t recommend buying the toys here as two out of 3 toys i bought there broke apart after a 5 minute play time with my cat.

This locally owned pet supply store makes the giant chain stores look terrible. Mud Bay has great selection but the knowledgeable people really make it a great resource.

The employees are always helpful, whether looking for special food for an elderly cat, or trying out different styles/types of wet food for new cats. Most of my cat's favorite toys are from Mud Bay, and I have fun picking out a new toy each time I visit (every ~2-3 months for more cat food). Shelby the hemp mouse is especially popular with my cats.They are careful about spacing and have hand sanitizer at the entrance and at the socially distanced payment stations. I have felt comfortable with their precautions and behavior each time I have visited since the covid situation started.

I would have to say this is my favorite Mud Bay. There can occasionally be parking problems but since it's on the backside of U Village (25th), it tends not to be a problem.Their staff is extremely nice -- I've been to 5+ their stores and these are my favorite employees.As with any Mud Bay, they have an ample selection of toys, food, medicine, etc. for cats, dogs, etc.

A local chain of higher end pet stores. The prices can be intimidating if you're used to only supermarket pet food and supplies, but they do offer a lot of quality products with knowledgeable staff. You also get the minor satisfaction of shopping local-ish.

Was disappointed they didn't have any WSAVA approved dog foods and instead only had boutique, exotic, and grain free food that the FDA has warned against. I might stop in to grab other supplies or treats but sadly won't be getting food for my dog there.
