I recently started taking my dog to Citydog! Club in Downtown Seattle and could not be more pleased with the experience. The facility is clean, light and welcoming. The staff immediately made me, and my dog, Bruno, feel welcomed and comfortable. My dog has slight separation anxiety and they calmed him and comforted him during his stay. I love that you are able to view the dogs on the live stream and they provide a report card to share how his day was. Knowing that he is well taken care of and looked after while I am at work is a HUGE comfort and I'm thrilled to have found him a FUN and safe place to visit during the day. Thank you to Courtney and the team! Can't wait for many more visits.

I love taking my pup to CityDog Club! The staff is friendly and the location is clean! My dog always looks amazing after his trim & tidy! It's also nice that he gets to play with other dogs while waiting for us to pick him up!

We are from out of town and decided to go to the zoo. We found Citydog! Club on Google and called on a Sunday. They happily helped boarding our pug for five hours. Great prices and very friendly. Will definitely return. Thanks guys!!

I would ABSOLUTELY no trust this team with your FurBaby. We are visiting from out of town and wanted to leave our beloved Bassett Hound with someone we could trust while we explored the city on Monday afternoon/evening of 4/22/24.I pre-registered him earlier that morning and provided all this vaccinations, etc. We arrived at 1pm for the meet and greet and Oliver passed with flying colors. - No concerns - I might add. We said our goodbyes and provided a dinner meal & milk-bone for him later that evening.Upon arriving at nearly 8p (they close at 9p), I noticed Oliver was in a 3'x3' fenced in area all by himself. Upon going inside, I inquired as to why Oliver was in the 'naughty pen'. They shared he became "annoying to the other dogs" and for most of the day he was kept in confinement. I asked why I was not contacted if there problems or concerns & no response. I further inquired if Oliver ate his meal that I provided to him? Low and behold, he had not been fed dinner. (I would become irritable and HAN-gry with others if I'd not been fed as well).In complete dismay, I collected Oliver and headed out. Upon getting him into the car, he REAKED of urine. Upon smelling his paws, under belly and rear end, it was OBVIOUS that he had sat or even laid in his urine (or worst yet - another dog's urine). Upon getting him home, I needed to bath him twice to get rid of the stench.Overall, I would NOT recommend this dog day care to anyone. Put your TRUST in someone else.

I love Crista my dogs are Shorkies aka Cupcake and her sister Coco Chanel are groomed here and she won't let me brush her so Crista has the magic touch and I've had no issues and everyone is polite and good with my doggies.

These are some of the nicest people around! I'm never anxious or worried when I leave my dog here, and I know that they'll take care of him as much as I would. The manager, whose name escapes me, is also one of the most wonderful and understanding people there is. Special shout-out to Neo who always takes extra special care of our big, loud boy!!! Thank y'all!!

My toddler wanted to say hello to the dogs through their exterior windowed room and a very rude employee yelled aggressively and raised his hand at my child. I would never trust my dog to a place with an employee like that.

When we moved to Seattle 8 years ago, we were used to our groomer boarding our dogs and sleeping with them in her bed. Our next groomer had some big shoes to fill.City dog club is vastly different. We were not disappointed, however! We have tried groomers that are closer to us here in Renton. One gave our dogs demodex MANGE from not checking health of clients and poor work area hygiene, which was horrific! The other had our dogs come home smelling like feces because her shop was so filthy!Those are low standards to be compared with, and we learned our lesson! But even when we compare our the actual grooming service from where we used to live, City Dog club has consistently provided better, excellent grooming services for our Bichons and Poodles 🐩 who have hair that continuously grows and must be clipped every few months.We highly recommend the groomers at City Dog Club and happily drive from Renton to City Dog Club in midtown Seattle now!

I have loved taking my dogs to CityDog!! I have never boarded my dogs prior to CityDogs, but now I have zero hesitation boarding them. We have used CityDogs several times over the last two years. The staff is always welcoming and talk about how much they enjoy my dogs coming in. I love watching the day time camera and seeing my dogs interact with the staff and other dogs. They really seem to enjoy themselves. Leaving my dogs is hard, but CityDogs makes the process easy. Thanks for loving my dogs like I do!!

Of all the options in the area, CityDog Club strikes the best balance of cost, convenience, and care. They're the only place I know that doesn't require reservations way in advance, and they are open late which is super convenient for working professionals.I love that they know my dog Penny by name and welcome her enthusiastically when we arrive. They also help adjust her behavior when she needs it. Drop off and pick up are super simple, and I really appreciate that I often request a bath the same day and they happily oblige. Penny loves this place, and I do too!

Why does the downtown City Dog not have blinds in the overnight daycare centers? I find it absurd that these dogs can see and be seen at street level. in an already stressful environment, this extra and unneccessary stimuli can add more stress and it seems so careless of this business.

So far, we are very happy to have found Citydog! I love that they have live stream so I can have an idea of what our pup is up to. The staff has been kind and attentive; the person working the front gave us a tour and answered all of our questions, and our puppy was so excited to see them again when we dropped her off in the morning. Their open hours are perfect for when we work long days.

Bow Wow! What a nicely kept doggy daycare. I had so much fun just walking by. Dogs came to window to bark at me. I did not use the service but you can see how well the dogs are cared for just by passing the windows! It's clean and staff is readily available.

A bit apprehensive because of some of the reviews but my suspicions were confirmed when I overheard a manager loudly gossiping and bad mouthing their other employees to one of their staff. It was very hateful and makes me feel uncomfortable leaving my pet with them. The other employees seemed really uncomfortable with the exchange. I wouldn't trust them with my dogs at this point.

Our Dog Penny is always so happy to go here and so happy and tired when we pick her up for the day! The staff always remember Penny by name and Penny is so happy to go back to the daycare area with them!

At first sight the place seemed very nice and well decorated. However there was an assistant manager that came off rather as rude and grumpy. His service made me uncomfortable.

Sad walking by here seeing all the dogs just left plopped into a room during the day. Walked by at 945pm and saw 2 dogs just laying in the room no lights on place closed, just depressing overall, wouldn't put my dog in doggy daycare. There are not many doggy daycares that provide supervision and rules.

The team is absolutely amazing. They treat my dog, Zeus, like he is one of their own. He loves to come to the play park and has a hard time leaving it. I drive all the way from Lynnwood before heading to work in Bellevue because I know how much Zeus loves being there. I appreciate you guys so much!

I have had the good fortune to take the "BDE" (best dog ever) Lucy to The 8th & Olive branch of Citydog, for her quarterly spa day. The Citydog! team has been great. First class people. It's clean, on time, priced fairly and she looks great after being groomed by Christa. Highly recommended!

Everyone at City Dog is genuinely happy to play with your pup all day and makes sure each dog is cared for and safe. Go for a tour and they'll show you how much they care. At the end of a day of daycare my dog is happy and tired - and if he's had a bath that day, he comes home smelling like blueberries.

This place is great! The employees are friendly & very good with the dogs, we get my dog's hair cut here & Christa does a wonderful job, she listens to what we want, as far as the look we're going for. They're also great with the doggy day care they have. There is always someone in there with the dogs to make sure there's no fighting or problems. They're just very attentive & do an excellent job!

We recently had our first experience at Citydog! It was a meet and greet, and was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it was well kept, and the goods and services offered are plentiful and awesome! Keep up the good work, Citydog!

My husband and I were staying downtown and had to walk by city dog a couple of times and it broke my heart. There was a section with all little dogs mostly just sitting there and not okay f with a small dog in the corner just shaking. A young looking guy was just walking back and forth without even paying attention to any of the dogs or noticing some of the dogs and how stressed they were. The other side had larger dogs and they didn’t have anyone in there attending to them and several of them also looked quite stressed out. It was very sad and didn’t look like a happy dog place at all.

My dog, Calypso, had so much fun playing with other dogs during daycare and there was no trouble at nighttime when we left her there. The staff was super friendly and made my anxiety go away immediately. They listened to her care instructions and did exactly that. And, I didn’t know that the first time my dog did daycare that it was complimentary so my total for her daycare/overnight stay dropped from $63 to about $13. I highly recommend this place for your dog.

My dog stays here at least once a week for daycare and absolutely LOVES it! The staff are friendly and professional, the place smells great and they separate the dogs by size. In addition, they make sure your dog is up to date on shots so that everyone stays healthy. I even tried their boarding service for 5 nights and it went extremely well. When I picked my dog up, he slept for 15 hours so they certainly get plenty of exercise while there =)

City Dog has proven unreliable to us several times however we hit our limit this week when they handed us the wrong dog at pickup! On 5/31 they put another dog in our harness and handed him over which means they are negligent and unaware of what dogs they even have! We corrected them and took OUR dog home. I called to complain because I was scared and upset. The first time I called, the manager put me on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on me. When I called back, the manager Kelsey would not speak with me. The employee I spoke with had no idea what was happening. She told me she had just checked on Butters and to come pick him up! I told her Butters was home?? She then asked me if we had taken two dogs home!!!! When I asked for them to email me a confirmation of my refund, they hung up on me. They have yet to refund the charges from 5/31. Then yesterday we received an email saying Butters had been checked out for 6/1 and they charged us $30! They currently owe us $60 - a $30 refund for a service I asked for a refund for, and $30 for a service we never used! They have no idea what dogs they have in their care and they are negligent, have zero sympathy, zero customer service skills. Please save your money, sanity and safety of your pet and go somewhere else.

I had a bath/grooming appointment for my dog yesterday. We arrived on time and was told that unfortunately they would have to reschedule me because another customer dropped off her pet late, and they couldn’t take my pet as there’s no availability. That just caused a series of changes in my daily schedules as I was supposed to attend an event without pets and lots of last-minute changes needed to be made on my end.This is simply unprofessional. Why would you punish a customer due to another customer’s fault? And why didn’t you build in any buffer / flexibility in your daily operations? I will not re-visit this place as it’s simply so unreliable.
