This is a great place to board your cats! My cats stayed here for a few weeks and returned home happy and healthy. The staff is very kind and helpful: they accommodated a last minute tour requested, worked with us on scheduling, and gave my cats lovely, spacious suites with windows. The webcams and google photos album are also a wonderful addition as it was great to be able to see my cats whenever I missed them!

Although we did not end up booking with Cat Sitting Hotels, they were very accommodating and were willing to take our diabetic cat in a pinch. We prefer to keep the cats at home, but would book with Cat Sitting Hotels any time otherwise. Great to work with!

I boarded my kitty here. I was very disappointed on how they treated my baby here. They feed my kitty all different kinds of food. Not to the way I showed them how to feed my baby. Wpplebcam didn't work. When I got there to check in. I was surrounded by hoodlums. I felt un safe. I wouldn't takemy baby here at all again. Also why my kitty was there she caught a cold. I don't know but I don't know if it's a homeless sheltor a place for kit

I have used them 3 times, with the last time being an extended stay. I had to relocate across the country and had to leave them behind in Seattle for a few months. It was painful being away from my babies April and Charlie but I knew they were in good hands here. They kept in touch with me regarding my pets well being and health and the cameras are a great bonus. Definitely recommend and trust this place to keep your babies when you need to go away for a long or short stay. Plus I think the experience was good for the kitties as it has enhanced their characters.

What an amazing place. They took great care of my Lil girl Ambyr, giving her rubs and sending me great pictures throughout her stay. This was the first time ever boarding her up and her even interacting with other cats so we were a little nervous about everything. The staff made us feel very comfortable and gave us access to the 24/7 Webcam to check up on her.I was happy to hear that she took to her area and the other cats well. She made friends quickly and found many great window spots throughout the areas to lounge about. I was very happy with everything and will tell you to bring your fur kitty over there.Ambyr is surely looking forward to her next stay.Great price, friendly, reliable, and attentive staff. *****

This is the BEST place to take your cat for boarding in Seattle hands down. You can really tell that the people running it truly care about giving your pets a comfortable, fun, and safe place to live while boarding. They have video cameras to let you check in on your lil fuzzy friend 24/7 to see how they’re doing which I really appreciate. I had a really really shy cat so I was kind of anxious for how he would do while at the hotel. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, this woman must have been the cat whisperer because when I got him back his behavior and personality has totally changed and for the better! He would hide under beds or in small spaces all day and rarely come out. If I had people over forget about it he wouldn’t come out for a second. I tried so many things to help his confidence but nothing seemed to work. But after I got him back he now is out and about investigating the room, playing, coming up to you for pets and just seems so much happier and confident in his own skin, it’s literally a miracle. I have no idea how she helped him so much but I am forever grateful and would recommend everyone to bring your cats to them! It’s not just a place to board your animal, they will help bring the best out of your pets for you once you get them back! Thank you guys again so much.

Just picked up our 1yr old kitten brothers Tourmaline & Jasper- they were well cared for but excited to see us when we came to pick them up.Attendants here are very helpful, answered many questions via email and phone prior to drop off. Additionally they were very flexible on how they received records. Oh yeah, and our flight was flighty delayed and they were willing to stay a bit after closing time so we could pick up our cats this evening.Thank you all so much. So disorganized. They have 2 locations and the 2nd one is incredibly hard to find and that address is not listed anywhere findable. For both drop off and pickup there was no one there and they didn’t answer the phone. 2 stars because they seemingly took good care of the kitty which is ultimately most important.

Loved the staff. Our cat was know in the past, as one that did not get along with others. She seemed to love Cat Sitting Hotels. We loved the idea of a space that was her own. And that she was also allowed to explore. The web camera is a bonus

I literally brought my cat right after flying 10 hours and he was so stressed, they made sure that he started feeling calm and I didn’t take a long time to them to figure out which was his favorite toy and know him better! They are very friendly and will also send you pictures. It’s nice that they give you a live camera to checkout your cat any time you want.

I’ve been taking my cat Colby here for a few years now and it’s hands down the best place for your cat when you go away on trips. You can tell that the staff is passionate about what they do and they have 24hour cameras that you can check on your fur baby when you’re away. Plus I love that Colby can roam around outside his cage after he gets settled in and get play time with other cats. Their prices are also great and you have the option of different kennel sizes for your cat. It more than just a cage as well and it’s like a mini private room for them with all their necessities.

I’m grateful that this place had an opening for my cat when I needed to take a 2 week trip out of town. However, I’m appalled by how dirty this place is and the total lack of customer support from the staff. For the same price, you can get much nicer accommodations elsewhere where they provide food. We usually use Whole Cat and Caboodle.Few things that really didn’t work for me:1) they didn’t bother to pack up our cat ahead of our arrival. We called them 45 mins in advance of arriving and had to chase our cat around for 30 minutes bc there are ALOT of nooks and crannies to hide in2) this place (both locations) is not clean. At all. It’s quite filthy. It looks like no one has swept there in ages and the nooks and crannies make it impossible to clean.3) it’s byo cat food, which is fine but they charge as much if not more than other places that provide food.4) no one gave me any instructions on how to access the webcamIt was a safe enough place for my cat to stay while I was away, they did send some photos which I appreciate. Not many pros other than that.

The best in the west! No other place that I know of would let your cat roam freely and not leave it locked up in a cage. Makes me feel at ease that our cat has its freedom! The folks running the hotel are super awesome friendly and warm hearted as well! I drive approximately 40 minutes just for them whenever I need to travel and leave my cat behind. Rest assured they will take good care of your feline family member!

You can tell everyone who works there really loves cats and makes sure all of the pets feel at home. They have so many toys and scratchers for all of the cats and allow them to socialize and play outside of their rooms (if allowed). My cat seems to enjoy her time there and I don't worry about her while I'm away. I also love that they have cameras so I can still check in and see her!

Really like this place. Our cat unfortunately didn't get along with other cats (we thought she would) but the employees there made sure she got a lot of attention. I love their webcam system. We sometimes had to call them to turn the webcams on or see which one she's on, but it wasn't a big deal. I also really like that they specialize in cats only, and the "kennels" are actually perfect for cats with sunlight and plenty of space.

This place was excellent for my cat Max. They took good care of him, allowed him to walk around all day and even have a camera system in place, where you can watch your cat to diminish the pain of being away :). I'll bring him back in the future. Having had experiences with kennels that kept my cat locked all day and seen how much it impacted him negatively, I highly recommended this kennel.

I absolutely adore this place and both me and my cat will miss it.I put my mischievous tomcat, Dusty, up in this hotel twice during my move to Houston. It has a somewhat open concept in that the cats each get their own room but during certain times, the doors to their rooms are open so they can mingle which I really liked because my cat is a VERY social one. I also got to meet a sweet black skeleton cat and a gorgeous (and VERY regal) orange floof. All the cats seemed super happy, calm, secure, and confident. Cats can spot bad people and dangerous environments like nothing else so that fact alone is just about the best endorsement you're gonna get.The staff are 11/10. As much as I missed my cat while I was out of town, I was only able to orchestrate the move because I knew that the people who work here are great and that my little jerk would be in excellent hands. For instance, when I went to pick him up for our flight, the attendant was kind enough to retrieve him from both his room and ANOTHER cat's room when he ran inside (I weigh 250 pounds and was worried about breaking something) and was SO incredibly gentle with him. This place really, sincerely only picks the best to handle your little friend.They also have password-protected webcams which I naturally checked often (my cat was rarely in his room and was always up in another cat's business so I didn't see him very often but I appreciated it nonetheless).I used to live in Capitol Hill, a whopping 30-minute drive away (the bridge was and is still closed at the time of writing), and while there were other cat hotels that were closer, I know I made the right decision to choose no one else and would do it again if I could.Overall a 5/5 and 100% deserving of your business.

I was really pleased with the service offered! The space is very much set up with cats in mind: calm, cozy, with plenty of little cubbies to hide in and ledges to jump on. There was even a bird documentary quietly playing for the cats! The employees all seem to genuinely love cats and were very attentive to the kitties. Once the cats adjust, they're given the option of moving around and exploring the common spaces, but the kennels are comfy enough that even shy cats will have a nice stay. I recommend this place and would use it again.

They are the best! I am very confident when leaving my best friends cat Rainbow here. James is very understanding about her needs as well as other cats whom stay here. They make sure your cat gets the very best TLC when you are not able to when on vacation. They have web cameras for each stall that they are boarding in so that you may check up on your kitty. :) That is FANTASTIC. There "kitty Palace " is big enough for your cat to be very comfortable.I highly recommend bringing your cat here.❤️Thank you to all of your staff! Keep up the fantastic work that you do. 🤘😁🐈🐈❤️

I'm overdue writing this review. We have been taking our cat here for the past couple of years and this is the best experience we've had boarding our cat. Previously when we had to board our cat at other places, she was very scared of the other cats and sometimes came home feeling ill. Ever since we've started taking her to Cat Sitting Hotels, she has become used to other cats and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Greg and his team are true cat lovers and do a great job of getting to know the personalities of each individual cat they keep. If your cat is comfortable interacting with other cats, they are allowed to walk around and stretch their legs if they need a break from their cat suite. If your cat prefers more privacy, that is provided as well. I always thought my cat just hated all other animals, but the first time I took her to Cat Sitting Hotels, I discovered her happily walking around and snuggling up with other cats when I picked her up because the staff do such a great job at helping the cats feel comfortable. We don't take her anywhere else now!

Our cat stayed here 4 nights and we were able to check on her through a webcam. After a couple days in her 'suite' she was let out among the other cat guests of the hotel. She seemed to enjoy her time and the staff is very friendly. I recommend for a place to board your cat!

My kitties had a great stay there! Appreciated being able to “visit” them remotely via webcam, and I found myself doing it every day :) The people there really put a lot of love and care into making our fur babies comfortable, and we’ll definitely visit again in the future!

This boarding hotel have cameras in every holding unit, so you're able to see your pet at any time, which I loved. Though my cat was pretty unresponsive, the employees tried to get her engaged in activities and keep her happy, which I appreciated immensely. When I dropped off and picked up my cat, they were there immediately to either take her, or let me get her. There was no waiting around.

I just dropped off my 13 year old cat for the first time for 9 nights. We were greeted by several happy cats walking and climbing around for exercise /social time. I watched Greg give her her medicine which went just fine. I've checked her 24/7 web cam and she's eaten and seems content. This is harder on me than her, I suspect. I think boarding her will be fine. We've made future reservations, so this is the experiment. Will give update later.Post Vacation pick-up-my cat was a little shy and confused when I picked her up after 8 nights. Otherwise was healthy and had taken her oral liquid medicine and ate her food. She was starting to explore her cubicle and outside her cubicle when offered more space to look around. I checked in alot on the webcam while away. The staff are so nice. When we got home she became her regular self and has been very happy.

I'm happy with my experience using CSH. The crates are spacious, and I like that the cats get roam time (with owner permission). The webcam service is a nice touch; I didn't think I'd use it, but I occasionally checked to see what Kitty was up to. I'd never before used a boarding service, and I worried my cat would bring home fleas or a cough but she didn't. If in-house catsitting isn't an option, CSH is a good alternative.

Best experience ever!! Greg took extra special care of our cat while we were away. I wish i could give more stars...look no further for your cat's care while away. Everyone here loves cats and with the live cameras you can check in at anytime to see what your kitty is up to. Rooms were very large with many amenities... we highly recommend and will use Cat Sitting Hotels for future travel.
