Read please. On 10/25, after getting over a cold and a long week at work. I slept the day away and arrived to the store at 702pm. The unnamed hero let me know me the registers and store was closed. I informed them my dog didn't have food for the day. Without hesitation, she asked what kind of food my dog could eat, and proceeded to grab a bunch of samples.I bartend and deal with the public everyday. She could have just shrugged her shoulders and said good luck bud. Instead my dog got a meal tonight. Life happens and I didn't prepare myself or my dog accordingly. It was a small gesture that made a huge impact for my night. My dog would have been fine, but instead he got his meal tonight.Only The Best at All The Best. I hope this review reaches her, hence why I gave the date. Once again 10/25 702pm.

My Dog loves it here! All the staff are amazing and always helpful. Lots of good stuff and love for your pet. Graham and Vic gave my dog so much love today, she was almost dancing when we left :)

Really appreciate the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff here. They give you lots of freebies to try. They want their products to work for you so they are quite flexible about returns/exchanges. They are well-established yet still local, definitely my go-to for my pet’s needs in the Seattle area.

I love living so close to the best pet store in Seattle! They get to know our animals and give personalized and knowledgeable recommendations. The food and treats offered are made by independent well-vetted companies with excellent quality control records. If your picky pet doesn't like what you got them they will happily take it back and if it's opened, they will donate it! All around such a good company with terrific staff.

I am one of the many people in the neighborhood frequenting All the Best on Madison — for decades. The staff members are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Today I mention Gabby, Sophia, Justin, Mika’il, and Graeme, but all staff members are included and deserve this accolade! Great staff and quality products!

I *just* left this store after visiting for the first time and I’m so pleased I can’t help but write a review as soon as I came home. I was greeted by such sweet staff, who actively listened as I blabbed about my cat situation. I signed up for the rewards program since I had moved to the area recently and even though my cats birthday just passed recently, the sweet person up front still gave me a goodie bag for my cat which I really appreciated because she’s 16 and may not have another birthday. My old lady was immediately so intrigued with the toys and she hasn’t been interested in her toys in awhile, she has already favorited the furry ball from her goody bag. Such a treat to see my senior citizen playing like a kitten again. The lovely staff at this location have easily made me want to be a regular customer and they all deserve a raise

I've been going to All the Best for years, I've been to many different locations and they are all great. That being said, Riley is the reason that I keep coming back to this location. Riley has helped me with my dog so much over the years. She always has excellent recommendations and goes above and beyond every single time to make sure that my dog is well taken care of. She has special ordered different products for me, helped me find the right food for my dog, and is always a pleasure to see. Truly any issues I've come to her with few years she has had ideas for me on how to fix it. The entire team there is great and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was out of cat food, and arrived at 7:07. Store was closed, but Marissa came to the door. When she found out what I needed she took the incredible step of putting together a bag of sample food to hold me over. That was above and beyond amazing service. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Today I came into this All the Best location (Madison) after having a really bad experience with a bus driver. I wanted to do some retail therapy and I also needed to charge my phone since it was only at 4 percent. They said no they don’t have any extra phone charger which is understandable. As someone who works in retail I understand that they don’t know me 1. and 2 if something happened they probably didn’t want to deal with it. However, what was not acceptable was while I was waiting for about 20-30 minutes for my partner to arrive, there were staff members all around me “facing” the store. I felt like they were being racist towards me and were treating me like I am crazy. They were checking on me like at one moment I was bent down looking at the ingredients and a staff walk back and look down at me like wdf u doing. I felt like they were also judging me for having autism and stimming. That’s great that you don’t have disability and can function “normally” not everyone can. I wish they were more understanding then to be treating me basically like I’m about to either robbed the store or I’m crazy.Then when my partner came they saw all the same things that I was seeing. We were going to buy some things that we needed but we will be shopping elsewhere from now on. This is completely unacceptable of a business to do to someone that is disabled as well as POC.

Wow does this place have a lot of different yummy and interesting food items for dogs and cats. They even sell goats milk for pets with sensitive stomachs. In fact they have many different types of food for dogs and cats with sensitive stomachs. They have lots of chewy bones, pig ears and other healthy chew toys not made in China. Some of those animal chews from China are questionable in their healthiness. They have dog and cat beds, climbing toys and many different sized crates. The staff is kind and helpful. They donate food and items to those in need. It's a great store.

My dog loves coming here as much as I do. The staff is incredibly helpful, and very respectful -- they always ask me first if my dog can have a treat. My pup is now at the point that he'll sit as an employee approaches to get a treat! They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and if you're overwhelmed by the selection, the employees are extremely knowledgeable.

Seriously one of the best - if not the best - pet supply store! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the selection of cat food is good and there are many toys and hygiene/health-related items to browse as well. I got some toys here that my cat absolutely adores like the "purr-peller" attachment & wand, plus the classic scratch lounge which is usually a hit with most cats in my experience. I love that this store gave us a little present bag of goodies for my cat's birthday, and are usually generous with other samples and coupons/offers/deals. We will keep coming back since they seem to prioritize carrying healthier, more natural products than most traditional pet supply stores.

I have been a customer at this All the Best location since about 2005. I no longer live in the neighborhood but I work near by and make a point of stopping when we need to stock up. They have a great variety of quality food, toys and care products for both dogs and cats. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. If your new to higher quality pet products or your unsure what to get I highly recommend going in to any of their locations.

The store is bright, clean, and well organized. The staff was helpful and kind to my pups. I knew what I needed and I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes. I didn't find my dog's food to be any more pricey there than any other pet store and when you take shipping into account, it's actually cheaper than ordering it online. I would go back.

Had such a great experience here. A young man Ivan helped me pick out the perfect supplies for my little yappers at home. This guy deserves some recognition. He said he was just hired but seems like he has been working here for a while. Great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomended this place to anyone who cares for their little or big companions.

All the best is pricey but that's because they only carry high quality food and products. This saves you time by taking the guess work out of choosing the best nutrition for your pet. Parking would be nice, but it's not difficult to find street parking nearby and their employees will help you carry your stuff out to the car. I love their customer service and if you join their rewards program, you'll eventually build up your points to get a $20 discount. On my dog's birthday, we got a discount on our purchase, and a free bag of treats and a tennis ball!

You are always greeted with friendly staffs here. They patiently respond to your question and offer help when needed. It's a petite shop and really only focus on dogs and cats, but if you have needs with products they don't have on their shelf, they will offer to order it for you when/if they can.

I like that they get in new cat toys because I can always find something to get like the sushi nigiri toys I got last time and the variety of go cat attachments. We had a lot of fun receiving free birthday bags when my cats turned 1 year old. I made a purchase over the phone for someone else to pick up for me and he was sooooo helpful and super nice. Just a really great store.

Riely at All The Best Pet Care is INCREDIBLE! When my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, it was quite the struggle to find a diet that worked and keep her stable. Riely took the time to review options and ultimately we found a way to keep my old girl going!
