While on our way from Seattle back home to the Bay Area California, our car window shattered seemingly out of nowhere, causing us to be extremely shaken up and distressed considering we still had a 11hr drive ahead of us. It was windy and raining and there was no way we could drive that distance without patching the window.We drove to tractor supply and I told a kind cashier what happened who then pointed me to a woman who’s name I believe is Ro, I could be wrong, I really wish I got her name. She was so sweet, helpful and understanding. Taking the time to assist us in cleaning out broken glass and helping us obtain materials to patch the window.I wanted to leave a review hoping she’ll somehow see this and know how grateful we were for her. We ended up driving through a blizzard on our way home! Lord knows we needed help patching that window for the drive we had ahead of us. You are God sent and have many blessings and good karma coming for you miss. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help us. Keep being you. You’re amazing.

Editing my review 5 months in. We’re here again today and come once or twice a month for the dog wash.The dog wash area is going down hill. It was amazing first few times we used it, but is more and more uncared for every time we come. One of the tubs is leaking water everywhere and was like this last month when we came. The floor is covered in water, and they have towels lining the doorway outside of it so the water doesn’t seep outward into the store. There are clumps of hair everywhere, and every surface has hair on it. I understand it is a public dog wash, but I don’t feel the employees are giving it the normal cleanings it needs to get to keep it nice and well kept. There are still lots of soap/shampoo options and grooming tools, so that’s a plus, but the cleanliness is definitely lacking. Bummer.Loving the dog wash! $10 compared to $20+ for self serve at other locations in the area. Soap, grooming tools, towels, and blowers provided. Wash area was clean, tidy, and fully functional. We will definitely come back!

I love the fact that there's somewhere closer that I can go for pet food. I know the Lacey store carries chicks, not sure if this one will. I'm hoping they do. Their plant selection is a bit minimal, but then again, it's barely Spring 😆. It's just great having more selection in our tiny town.

They seem to be out of stock of everything I need and my orders constantly get cancelled or modified making me have to go find the feed at other stores. The first few times I ordered, they had everything I needed but the last several times it’s been bad..like 3/4 of my feed is unavailable.

With plans to leave out of town in the morning, I was very sad to come home to a burnt chicken coop. With a mad dash down to the here I was pleasantly surprised to get the display coop so I could get the chicks out of the 30 degree weather. From start to finish the crew was very helpful. My woman was almost in tears when she seen me return with a coop ready to go. Thank you so much!!

I like this store a lot, however will not be buying my pet vaccines here. Twice as much as their competitor locally.

Waited in line for 5 + mins to be told to go to the next line. The next line was taking close to the same amount of time. The cashier answered a phone call which is rude while helping a customer. Then we went to try self checkout where it doubled charged us. Tried getting customer assistance to remove it, but knew no one would help. By this time the other line opened again where the guy told us to go to the other line. Ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Don’t recommend this tractor supply.

In the Rochester, Wa. store. Employees were good. Its recently new, been open for about 30 days. I find about a 1/3 of my needs, otherwise I goto the other TS stores near by to get the rest. I know their new & need to discover their customers in their area, which is alot more then what their selling. I would guess doubled or more. I spend thousands every yr at TS. Your in my neighborhood. So order MORE so I can stay in Rochester. Ur slowly losing customers to Yelm, Oly & Chehalis. Hope u get it figured out😁👍
