I love the store, but don't care for some of the people working for you all. For example I'm a disabled person and I was at your store three Sundays ago right before closing and I was using a Riding Cart and I just checked out I was told to get off the Cart so they could put it away for the night, and I was forced to take my groceries and myself and walk the long way around to get out of the store and back to the car I came in. Is it in your policy to treat disabled like that? Because of so someone needs to turn you all in. The way I was treated was uncalled for and caused me health problems afterwards.

Beware theEvil Witch of walmart duportail CORRENA** the front gray haired cashier over the self service department is the rudest old lady I've ever met. The bacon was labeled 5$ and rang up 18 so I asked the lady to help me. She yelled at me and demanded I come with her to prove the price. I was so shocked as I'm with my LITTLE GIRLS and don't work there. I go with her tho against my better judgment and when we get there she pulls over a meat department employee to help who scans the bacon 5 times and it rings up 5$ so she says they need to fix it and she can't give me the price. Then she moves over the tag and says it never was where it first was though I have the original picture cause things always ring up now wrong at Walmart. She yelled at me in front of the whole front end like she was losing money on the bacon. So mean and ugly inside this woman is, not a good look for walmart.

I get most stuff I need here but some of the employees ate so rude! I asked one employees where something was and she shrugged and said I dunno and walked off. I was super mad! I wanted to yell but then I'd end up on YouTube lol I reported her in my survey email and they responded they will look into it. I'm sure that was all that happened to her. She deserved a write up.

Man these Spark Walmart + delivery drivers can not read a simple adress. Twice in 7 days they delivered my items to the wrong location. Second time the items lost and they only offer $10 credit. Something so simple failed easily. Sadly it’s not the store itself but the people they allow to bring your items to you. Customer service is quick to just throw $10. Do better Walmart.

I really love going through self-checkout only to forget one simple item. I asked one of the 6 blue vests in the self checkout area if they could have someone run back and get my item. NOPE, they ALL were too busy being hall monitors. When I point out that there are 5 people monitoring in 4 rows of shelf-checkout, I was pointed to customer service if I had a problem with it.

I dislike going to Walmart, bought meat there with plastic inside. Plus something that looked like a parasite. So no I do not shop for meat here. The customer service experience, well there is none . Your treated like you do not matter , and that your taking up anyone's time by asking where something is.

Employees are super helpful. This store is always clean. Love the produce section. Just wish the Oriental/International section was a bit larger. Otherwise, fun shopping.

Even on Christmas Eve the customer service I received in the Electronics department was great. It was a mad house but the gentleman helping me was calm, cool, and collected. He provided service with a smile and that means something today. Thank you for helping me get a 58" TV - I appreciate you all.

Not providing plastic bags even for a charge is such a joke. You’re screwed if you don’t bring in your own.have to spend a dollar plus for reusable bags that get thrown away more than re used

Went to pick up a client car they messed up his oil pan AND as we’re arriving to tow it the workers are standing around laughing and take a picture of us picking the car up , DO NOT get an oil change here clearly these workers had no remorse very unprofessional. All these cars in there and they’re standing around just fooling around do better Walmart 👍🏼

Arguably the worst Walmart in the tri-cities area. Workers at this store were particularly rude to a friend and myself. It felt like they honestly didn't want me shopping there at all. Good thing we have options as the Pasco store seems to be where it's at as far as walmart goes.

This is a LONG OVER DUE POST!I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the manager APRIL (don’t have her last name, but she is a manager)I had been scheduled for a tire replacement at walmart when I got there the first time I was told by the tire center that they are full and can’t take anymore vehicles I had an appointment but they were so booked that they had to reschedule me to the next day! I said okay that is fine, they take my information I get the text confirming appointment and I go about my way! The next day comes and the gentleman is looking up my appointment and says to me that they are short staffed and can’t get me in .. at this point I’m getting annoyed because I was scheduled for the 8 AM slot, I took work off, & I have my 1 yr old with me , but I didn’t want to make a scene and asked them when can I get in they said next morning. So we go through the whole process of re confirming the appointment and I leave. Now the next day comes! I go in and talk with the gentleman up front it’s about 8:30 ish AM I’m exhausted, it’s cold & I have my baby with me. The gentleman proceeded to tell me who ever set my appointment set 4 people within that spot at this point I was upset because it’s my 3rd time here , I’m taking work off, I’m dragging my baby in, & it’s just unprofessional and lack of communication on the tire centers end! So I ask politely to speak with a manager.April the manager comes! The gentleman who works for Walmart explains the situation and I also explain the situation! April didn’t once downplay the situation or ask any questions she IMMEDIATELY sprung into action April went above and beyond & made sure the no matter what my vehicle was next! She made sure her communication & I was top priority she even gave me a gift card for my troubles! If that’s is excellent customer service I don’t know what is !!! April thank you I hope the upper managements see this and give you a big raise because you deserve it! Thank you again April

Updating the review I had left one year ago to this day to be exact.With employees changing and new ones taking place and the store changing up stuff I would highly recommend against shopping here.The employees around the store for the most part will avoid you at all costs, customer service just tells you that you have to call this or that number or avoids fixing your issue period.Prices also do not match the shelf labels when shopping "got pants that tag stated $22. Something, came out to near double that at register".Oh and they really need to train their people more on WA state laws, when leaving the store all I had was a bag of candy for the wife and a ingredient for dinner the girl got real mad when being told no to seeing the receipt.To be put simple yes there is Shop keepers right however if falsely detained or accused over something so little such as a can of sauce and a bag of $4 candy is hilarious and gives me the best laugh of the day.When she stepped in front of me asked for a receipt I simply replied no amd to which she side eyed me and went on a walkie as I walked out. Take out your self checkout stations if you can't do your jobs and just check me out at a register and instead be a cheapskate company and get rid of jobs and leave me to do your job then ypu can trust me to buy 2 items not being more than $10 like for real it makes me laugh now thinking of that stare she gave.Also managers here are a pretty good joke to laugh about some of them are great and amazing people but some like I think her name was Suzan or Suzi or something a older lady in the front tried to tell me I can't even after checking out carry my stuff out in a bucket I paid for or they would have to search all my items and match the receipt.Granted yeah I should have bags but if I forget them I'll carry my paid goods out which FYI " In WA once you have purchased something it is your property now even food items so if taken from you and not given back you can go after then for theft kind of a uno reverse card".But like usual I don't care for what workers say when they are on a power trip and will shut them down pretty hard like the girl with receipt check I told her no and she can have a cop check but she will not be touching my property which really made her steam with anger haha.Anyways this store is just overall disorganized, wrong prices, messy sometimes, poor management and trained employees.Also to mention do not work here ypu will be treated like utter garbage fyi!

My favorite location in the tri cities. I’ve been coming here for years but I’m finally leaving a review because the night time manager I believe his name is Josh took the time to help me out at self check out on a busy holiday Friday night.I found a Hart tool I need but the price was lower on the app, I requested a price match and noticed the box was re-taped as if it had been a returned item. Buddy checked his scanner gun to see if the system would allow him to not only match but also discount the price and boom got me a fair price that I was happy with.

I only use curbside pickup when I shop from Walmart and their curbside pickup is quite disappointing. There has been numerous times that I’ve called to check in and had to call 5+ times to get someone to answer. One time I called 10 times with no answer so I called the store, they told me they would check me in so I waited… and waited for an hour!! Finally I called again to the curbside pickup line, which was finally answered, and they said I was never checked in!Honestly not worth the 5% saved in my opinion

I was followed by girl who is "undercover" and a Security guard. Blonde hair looks 16. No matter where I went they followed. Scared my daughter. As I was checking out the girl who is undercover yelled out did she get everything in her bag. And I answered back say yah I did and you guys won't leave me alone. She continues to say your just mad cuz you got caught. I didn't do anything and too be accused of something I didn't do in front of my daughter and everyone. Was very uncalled for. She was pretty loud about it. I told her i didn't do anything she continues smiling and laughing at me and pointing at me. Same with the gaurd. I was getting stuff and was followed around and accused of stealing. I confronted the manager about her behavior in costumer service and how she can't be assuming and yelling across the room about someone. i also talked about the gaurd behavior. His words were they can go where they please. Yes i get that but it comes to a point where it becomes harassment.They both made themselves very Obvious about what they are doing. Girl who is undercover gets a kick out of it and makes it known that she "caught" someone. She likes the attention.I was disrespected and embarrassed because I was falsely accused of something I didn't do and the manage was more worried about my cursing. (As someone would be upset as much as I was.) And not worried about his customers or employee behavior. I am very upset with this store. Was I just a game to you? I'm not okay with this and would love to speak to someone higher.

No longer lowest prices. Employees seem pleasant. I like self serve cashier. I dont like being asked for my receipt when leaving. Maybe just block from cashier to exit so only paying customers can exit one way. They have enough cameras to not make honest people feel the distrust. This is a bad proctice and you can do better. I always leave dusgusted with Walmart when asked to prove my purchase even though I decline. Latest vist they seem low on product. The self check helper was friendly

This is the cleanest store that I've been into and I've been coming here now for about a year and it's clean all the time unlike some of the other centers are chaotic dirty and unorganized, I have also seen a worker at another Walmart center where in pajama pants, That's when I decided to switch up stores and go to the Richland Walmart they always have what I need and I go late evening so not a whole lot of people there and the staff working is always friendly and polite and professional Way to go Richland Walmart

Do not go to the self check out the seals on most of the pin pads is broken and a couple of them have the void on the screen showing they have been tampered with when I showed the employee she tried to brush it off and push the sticker back so it wouldn't look like it that is very sketchy I'll post pics of the pin pads

West Richland Washington Walmart shopping carts are HORRIBLE! They are difficult to push, rusty, some of them won’t move. I have never used a decent cart at this location. Spend some money and maintain these carts so we can actually shop in your store. Target and Winco are the better options.

I would highly recommend this place. They take their time and your service does NOT feel rushed. I felt very comfortable and definitely returning. I felt very welcomd and very well taken care of. I tipped 50% of my total because I felt my service was top quality. 100%

Was stocked and had what I need3d, nothing special to see here folks. I prefer using walmarts within the Oregon borders as they do not charge sales tax.
