I was hooked with the first tamale! The food is delicious, owner and staff are exceptional and work hard to gain and maintain their customers. Always quick and friendly service. My only critique is that the filling is a little less than original. Still I am, and always will be a loyal customer and they will always be my go-to for tamales and the other authentic Mexican food & beverages they offer.

We enjoyed chicken & pork tamales and their refried beans Christmas day. Delicious!!! We don't know what their secret ingredients are in their beans. They were amazing & not anything like we'd tasted before.Friendly & accommodating staff during our advance order and our pickup.

This place is outstanding! The service is amazing including the atmosphere with a cute interior and good new location in Richland and a coffee trailer with tamales in pasco. The workers are amazing and definitely enjoy their job. The tamales are very tasty and I read some of the reviews and honestly I disagree with the fact they are too small. Anyone who said they were too small or lack something are people who are too cheap and have nothing better to do. Love this place and will always come to them! Will always recommend them to others!Vegetarian options: Along with gluten free they have vegetarian options which are very deliciousDietary restrictions: All the the tamales are gluten free which makes it amazing for celiac conditions

Me and my boy daniel(always wearing a raiders poncho guy) will be hungry waiting for food to open till 10am on the weekend but not here though!! Miss Tamales be coming in clutch at 6am and yes it may be early for a big nice breakfast chorizo burrito but that doesn’t matter! We men gotta eat and if Miss Tamales can help us it can for surely help you!! Love two hungry hombre's!

Hot Tamales is amazing! Best tamales in town! The tamales are always so good and the different options are perfect. (And not a bad price at all) The staff is always so friendly and very professional. I definitely would recommend stopping by the next time you’re in Richland! 10/10 Recommend. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered a half-dozen tamales and got my bag with salsa covering the bottom and no napkins inside to help with the awesome mess that was dropped into my lap. The tamales taste alright but there really isn’t much for meat in there. Probably a 70/30 ratio of maize to meat in a tamale that’s smaller than most dumps I take. At nearly $3 per tamale, you’re better off getting the 30 pack at Costco. One good thing to note is that their tomatillo salsa is some of the best I’ve ever had.

I had the green tamales. They were good but super tiny, I figured $30 for a dozen we would get a little bigger than a small skinny tamale and salsa in little cups on the side. Kinda disappointed. (Picture for reference) Gave 3 stars only because they were pretty good taste wise.

I love love love Hot Tamales. I actually thought I didn’t like tamales until I tried theirs. YUM! Pretty sure I’ve had just about all of them, and they are all delicious. Made a quick stop here on our road trip to Portland, because we were hangry :)Super nice lady explained all the tamales options to us as we were new to the topic. Tamales don't really exists in a lot of places in Germany. Got six with three different flavors and we liked it! Ate them in the car and got off back on the highway.Great! Thanks a lot for the nice experience!

The pork tamales were good but the size of the tamales was disappointing. Also had more maza than meat. Spend almost $40 on 6 tamales a small side of beans&rice and 2 cokes

I cant say enough good things!!! I’m so picky about my tamales because my grandma makes them so amazing but these tamales never make me second guess an easy way out for dinner. When I’m too tired to cook I KNOW I can order tamales and they are going to be PERFECTION each time!! They are so good I crave them at all hours of the day!!! Aside from the perfect flavor that their tamales and rice + beans carry, their customer service is probably one of the best I’ve ever gotten to experience. It is evident that they LOVE their community. They LOVE to serve. You feel it when you get your order delivered or pick it up at their shop. They are willing to go the extra mile to make your day easier!! I love these people so much!!!

This place is one of the gems in our town. I go here for the fabulous flavors of their tamales, it's comfort food to me. The Rajas is so flavorful, but you can't go wrong with anything they have. Fabulous owner, well trained staff, the best food.

The tamales are delicious. My husbands Co worker has gotten some from Eat Hot Tamales and they were excellent! I love the Champurrado especially 😋 and it was Heaven during the really cold days we had here in Tri- Cities and my youngest out of my 3 daughters loved it also. I hope to stop by again sometime soon and get either another delicious drink or some yummy tamales.
