My doctor prescribed an eye drop for my upcoming surgery. I was told by the pharmacy staff it will be ready in 3 days. Then when I planed to pick up, the staff told me I need to wait for another week. I couldn’t process the eye surgery due to the delay. The staff there was so rude and not responsible. He told me it is my job to find another local pharmacy store and then he will gladly transfer my prescription. How awful the service was at this QFC pharmacy.

I didn't get a couple things on. My list because I can get them for less at another store. I have a coupon for one dozen QFC large or jumbo eggs. When I was checking out the clerk informed me that I wouldn't be able to use the coupon because the eggs were cage free. I took the eggs back to the case so that I could get the right eggs and all of the QFC eggs were cage free. 🤨 No 🥚🥚 for me. Someone needs to get there clucking chicken manure together.

The people at the deli are very rude and don't pay attention to people waiting to be helped... I love their sandwiches but not at the expense of being what seems like purposely ignored with an attitude 🤷

My mom lost her purse there. I went there to get it. The guy "Jay" at the checkout counter said no one was in lost and found while he was working, and he's been up front the whole time and never saw anything. He said this several times. I thought it was suspicious. I spoke to a manager who claimed she saw the purse at the time he said he didn't. I was confused. I went back there because it didn't add up. I asked someone else to open lost and found, and it was in there. It is possible it was a mix up. But even if it was the very fact the manager knew it was there and didn't tell us is extremely odd. Also her story conflicted with his on several points. Regardless, I got the purse back and my mom was very happy.

Very nice QFC. It’s big, we’ll lit and well designed. The deli/bakery area is very nice and produce as well. I found the employees helpful and pleasant. Parking lot has a big hole in one of the lanes but other than then the shopping center is great with a really nice starbucks on the corner

I hope management reads this. Your team needs training on social graces. I came in this morning to pick up a few items and the store was not busy at all, I maybe saw a few other shoppers. As I searched for my items, I passed by 5 QFC employees and then the employee at checkout. I made eye contact with every employee, smiled and not one smiled back or said good morning. Makes me want to drive the further distance to another grocery store.

if you're in a hurry, don't stop by, there are never enough employees, those who do are rude and rude, if you need to buy a money order in the morning this is not possible because customer service only opens at 10:30 am , you come back in the afternoon and there is still no one working there, they ask you to wait to call someone to come and see you, it takes 20 minutes for someone to arrive and when you finally get answered, the person doesn't know how to make money orden, and it takes another 10 minutes to discover this, a prime area with an extremely disorganized market

My favorite grocery store for 20+ years.The original flower lady, linda was so great! Best florist around! Flowers quality and selection now the worst. Shelves not well stocked.Spirits are a total inconvenience now! The new space for spirits looks terrible.All I want to know is whether or not this store will be 5 star again. If not.... im definitely looking for a different grocery store. So disappointing.

Nearest grocery to the densely populated, family-oriented Redmond Ridge -- making it very convenient for folks on Novelty Hill.Has Pharmacy, great grocery selection, Orca Cards, Organic and local produce. Quality of produce is one of the best around here.This is our go to store!

Recently increased the number of "self-serve" checkout lines, which are fine if you don't have many items to purchase, but are aweful if you have a full cart; usually only one normal register is staffed now. Rearranged store and reduced selection of products awhile ago (making many that we enjoyed unavailable). Staff is still as great as ever though.

The store itself is fine. It's well lit and always feels clean.The Pharmacy is another story. The staff are rude and impatient, they never pick up the phone or leave you on hold for minutes before hanging up. Many of them also make backhanded comments about doing their job.Go anywhere else if you can

Thank you to the QFC brand and staff on Redmond Ridge. During this time of uncertainty, staff have been calm, helpful and are always stocking to keep up with the demand as best as possible. It has been awesome to be able to use our local store for what we need. I don’t know what the coming weeks will bring but my family appreciates the effort so far. Thank you to those customers buying only what you need so our store can continue to serve everyone until we get through this time!

This grocery store is a gem. It has a wide selection, flexible hours of you work late, a great pharmacy. I didn't expect to have better grocery store options in a more rural area, but we do.

Quality and service has been deteriorating for the past year but has gotten incredibly bad since the pandemic has hit. I have bought berries and other produce on more than one occasion and all have gotten moldy within a day or two at the most. All are stored properly by me. Flowers have always been a great department but even those have deteriorated in quality. Woman who does sushi frequently doesn't wear a mask; younger people who work there wear the mask around their chins so they can easily talk to each other rather than work. When I have complained to manager I was told, there is nothing he can do about it. Maybe he can't control his employees, and even though there is a sign that says masks are required as you enter the store, that isn't enforced either. The young man at the check out before me had no mask on; several young people walking thru the store had no masks on. Obviously QFC doesn't care about my business, so I for one, will be taking my shopping elsewhere. QFC is convenient but not worth it because of their attitude or quality of products.

Huge and clean grocery and more store! Friendly and busy place. Reasonable prices, shop on sale, and rewards program has saved me about 1$/gallon gas every month. Good organic selections, produce, bulk, pharmacy, l floral, etc. Fast checkout every time I've been there.

I customized a cake for my wife birthday. And I was really impressed how they did it.. I could play a lot of money somewhere else, I was so happy it come out they way I want it. Very good stuffing and management at the QFC bakery. Good job!

Newer store is so clean, bright and attractive. Excellent selection, wide aisles, helpful staff, fresh fish and meat counters, extensive wine department, and one of the best produce sections I've seen with abundant local and/or organic fruits and vegetables.

This QFC is my favorite. Parking is easy any time of day. Great selection of fresh flowers. Always a good selection of produce. Associates are especially friendly and helpful. Check out is fast and efficient.

When everyone else was long sold out of a Christmas ale I greatly desired, this QFC had several 12-packs of it, so I stocked up on a few - much to my wife's chagrin. When you find it, snag it!Yes, they have some wonderful artisan breads, and you are going to pay a bit more for it; but eating healthy meats, cheeses, produce and dairy at a small premium is worth it for us.

Friendly service, clean store. Plus, they know to put ice cream towards the side/back of the store so you have to walk the whole thing in order to get to the important stuff.I find that, at normal prices, QFC tends to be a little more expensive than, say, Fred Meyer or Safeway, but not by much. And they frequently have really good sales that make them very reasonable.

This grocery has a small town feel and is better stocked than the Safeway in Cottage Lake or in Duvall. Good service and good selection but make sure you get a frequent shopper card because the discount is significant.

Always quick checkouts and friendly staff. The store has lots of unusual food items you can't get at other supermarkets like their imported cheeses. I've had a few run-ins with snobby customers, but it's not the stores fault.

This place has the best customer service way better than Safeway down the street. Everyone is so friendly. The bakery did a great job on my sons cake on such short notice
