We just moved in Redmond and found this incredible pet store. They have so many good stuffs. You can find some precious food, treats or toys even in a corner. The owner made a great selection on the products!They even had some dog magnets. OMG they are so cute!！The staffs were very nice and enthusiastic! We had a wonderful shopping experience there. I’ll definitely come back to buy more things!

Great staff at this place. We recently moved and this store happened to be one of the few places that has 6 pound stella and chewy raw beef bags.Overall very kind staff, very responsive and helpful.Additionally, their special order is the fastest i have seen. Everywhere it’s one week but this place got my special order for 2 days

Eastside D&C has some of the kindest, most thoughtful pet store staff I’ve ever met. And I’m so grateful and want to say thank you for every kind word and every kind gesture that you have shown us (and there have been many).Thank you for being so warm and welcoming, for always saying hi to anyone who comes in. Thank you for always offering my dog a treat and for always being so gracious about giving us the space we need when we ask. Thank you, thank you. You have no idea how much that means to us - to have a safe public space where we can just hang out and do our thing without worry.I live in the area and often pass the store during daily walks with my nervous pup. We’ve been going in on and off to practice just being in public spaces, around people etc. And because she’s nervous and easily startled, I always have to ask the staff to leave us alone. And they always do - and always so kindly.Today, we were there again and there was a couple who came in with their dog. Because they were standing between us and the exit, we couldn’t leave (my dog is also dog reactive). When one of the staff realized what was happening, she immediately took a treat and led the other dog and it’s owners to another section of the store, clearing the way so that we could leave safely. I didn’t have a chance to say it, but I was very touched and very grateful that she was so thoughtful and kindly respected our needs even though we’re not in the “regular, friendly, easy dog” category.Having a sensitive, reactive dog that struggles in so many situations that others take for granted can be difficult - especially when we’re in public. And it means a lot to us that there are people like the Eastside team whose little, everyday acts of kindness make us feel seen and supported. We’re so happy to have you be a part of our neighborhood community and are truly grateful for everything you do.❤️

This is a wonderful location. Our dog is allergic to so many things and this store has such a variety of foods and a deep knowledge of the brands and how often their ingredients change. I highly recommend this place if you have a pet with lots of allergies.Tip: They can also order specific food for pick up if they don't have what you need in stock.

So disappointing shopping here after reading everyone else’s reviews and even having a good start here myself. I’ve spent a good deal of money here, even got a “rewards” account with them. However, anytime I’ve gone to return items, they seem to be inconsistent about what the return policy is and what items can even be returned. I’ve purchased multiple leashes and harnesses for my pup (and with the shop employees’ recommendations), only to find that I’ve been sold faulty product that wears down or breaks within a month or two. They’ve only accommodated 2 returns of the maybe 4 I’ve attempted to make. Again, this is product being recommended to me by the employees so not only am I trusting their product knowledge, but it’s also product they promise has guarantees/etc. So it comes as a surprise each time when I’m turned away for a return on product. I’d recommend just sticking with mudbay or all the best, as they’re super knowledgeable, have great policies, and I’ve even gotten free product from them both!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I go here all the time and all the people who work here are so so kind and always willing to help with anything you need. Normally when I go to pet stores I just try to get in and out but the friendliness of the staff here just makes every visit such a joy and I always leave smiling. I buy all of my kibble, food toppers, broth, toys, collars, etc. from here.

Wide selection of pet products. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. I was able to find a new fleece jacket for my adventurous puppy and a birthday cookie and toy for my 8 year shiba. Lots of good treats, toys, and accessories you won't find anywhere else. Even dog and cat themed gift items if you're shopping for an animal lover. I always end up buying more than intended here

Owner is a great person, small business (just the one store!), I love supporting her store! Products are fantastic at reasonable prices for high quality, and they will order stuff specially if they don't have it in stock. The staff there is very nice and knowledgeable. They allowed me to borrow their leash when I forgot mine, so I was able to bring my elderly dog inside.

Absolutely loooove this store. Holy smokes, talk about amazing customer service from Dawn and staff! I came in there asking about a coat and found the most perfect fit for my mini doxie, thanks to Dawn! My pup was greeted by a treat (with permission) and lots of loving attention. Dawn then went above and beyond and assisted with questions regarding different types of food diets and sent me home with different samples to try! The sheer volume of different products for your fur child is amazing. Looks like I found my go to pet shop! Thanks all for that impeccable customer service.

The staff was so helpful! I was having a hard time finding the right harnesses for my dogs and had tried several brands from the chain stores throughout the area. One of the staff saw that my dogs' harnesses were ill-fitted and recommended a better product AND helped me to fit them properly in store, all while respecting my dogs and their general apathy toward meeting new people and disinterest in strangers' attention. I recommend this shop and the product they introduced me to all over town.

Don't bypass this place because it's in the mall and you think prices will be too high. I was incredibly surprised to find these guys offer the best price on my choice high end dog food. They have a wide variety of food, fun and treats all competitively priced. I now buy all my food here and many of my treats. Additionally, my dog insists on visiting them a couple times a week on our walks and the employees always greet her with a treat. These folks have earned my repeat business.

Dawn is one of the most well informed and educational people in the area when it comes to dog and cat food. She's kind, helpful and always happy to help. The shop carries the best treats, toys and accessories and anything they don't have on hand they'll happily order for you. The entire crew always is so kind and remembers your pets name and inquires to their well-being and are always looking forward to seeing you.

This store is amazing! Has so many items and the staff is super helpful. Took time to help us find the items we were looking for and gave great explanations about the product. They have so many types of Primal food as well, we will definitely be coming back!
