Called during the aftermath of the massive freeze, despite being inundated with burst pipe calls due to the cold temps and being down a front end scheduler Amy still made sure to call after hours and get information to figure out the best course of action to determine who to send out to troubleshoot the leaks in my laundry room.The tech they sent was extremely knowledgeable and quickly troubleshot the source of the leak and after determining the cause was not the heater, removed it to find a burst pipe behind it.He was able to get that pipe fixed and added a cap to the other leaking spot so we would be back in action and have functioning water again! Would highly recommend for any plumbing mishaps, renovation plans or otherwise!

These guys are great! I had a broken water pipe, and they came and replaced it. They replaced all my old pipes. They were friendly, professional and did the job well. I highly recommend them!

I thought due to the weather, my pipes were frozen to the kitchen sink. But I had just filled up a bowl of water...then there was just a trickle. Thankfully they were able to come the same day...I was embarrassed as my kitchen looked like a tornado hit!! I was just getting over a cold. Once there, we looked at the water pipes in the basement, the broken pipe located outside (was told that had nothing to do with the pipe to the sink, but the sprinkler system). I was SO happy to find out it was just the screen to the faucet that needed to be cleaned. I am not going to lie, but I started crying! I thought for sure they were going to have to replace piping. Thank you, and the plumbers for an amazing service!

Fantastic. I left a message before office hours, and got a call back within minutes of opening time. They sent out a plumber right away, and within an hour of him arriving he was packing up and our sewer drain was clear. Every step along the way was professional, fast, and friendly. We bought a brand new build 3.5 mos ago. Paulson is the contracted plumber. During the process not only did he never return phone calls or emails. We had the wrong tub installed. Our toilets wobble, and most recently our brand new (3mos old) heater went out. Took a whole day for the technicians to arrive (who were kind) who then informed us they don’t have the parts bc Paulson only works with 3 suppliers (same issue with prior tub). Now we will be on day two of zero hot water in a brand new home unable to utilize the home. We have had to take time off work just to watch the plumbers not able to fix the water heater and now more time off when they get the part. (Which should be a new water heater if they had good customer service! ) Poor quality. Poor customer service. And we are bound for a year due to the warranty. Would never use this company ever. Asked them to come take a look at our remodel and bid the project. Ken showed up and said five words and left. We called a week and a half later and they said they weren't interested in the job. Now we are a week behind schedule and have to scurry to find new plumber. Very confused why they couldnt call and tell us sooner. Very poor buisness! Very rude lady on the phone.

So I had clogged my kitchen sink. I tried couple different things to fix it , I've never had to call a plumber. But I broke I went and bought a snake and still coudnt get it. I called them they wear super professional, I asked how much ans they told me the prices, and said they could come out the next day. I ended up going with a competitor who was alot cheaper ans who got out within 3 hrs , but I appreciate how freindly they wear in there willingness to help me

Super expensive. The plumber took an HOUR to unclog a sink ---- an hour. He futzed around, said he did not run the snake far enough, took more time to run the snake again. An hour???? Then he worked on a water faucet outside, and the faucet still leaks!!! When I called to discuss the charges, the receptionist could not have cared less. Be prepared to pay a lot for a little.

When I lived in pullman I was renting a house and noticed a hose was hooked up and running at the back. It was routed to my neighbors house. I disconnected it. Later I found Ken in my backyard reattaching the hose to my house. I asked him what he was doing, he explained he had to shut my neighbors water off so he was going to run it for about 3 days from our house. I told him absolutely not. He said "why? Doesn't your landlord pay for the water?" As a matter of fact no, I paid for it. So he was very rude and disrespectful towards me and bolted off. Still irritates me and that was about about 4 years ago and it was Ken not one of his employees.

I called Ken Paulson Plumbing a little before noon in desperation: a frozen pipe burst in my basement and water was flooding the floor. In about an hour they sent out Jeff (my plumbing Superhero) who had everything repaired and under control by 2pm. Not only did he fix the broken pipe, but he fixed it so that it won't break in the future again--he didn't just fix my present problem, but thought ahead. Thank you, Jeff! Thank you, Ken Paulson!

I really like these folks. I've used them several times. They do good work and when they don't, or there's problems, they make it right. Make sure you ask lots of questions and raise your concerns. They've never made me feel stupid for the simplest fixes or questions
