Great all-around customer service. These guys are extremely thorough and bring even the slightest problem that you may be unaware of to your attention. Fletcher is always accommodating and will try and get your car in for repairs ASAP. It's nice to have a repair shop in the area whose prices are fair where others in the area try and price gauge you. I wish I could give them 10 stars!I had a tire blowout and had to get back to Seattle. I walked in at 7:30. They had 2 tires that would fit my rig. He told me that he was booked solid, but would fit me in and get me on the road by late afternoon. My new tires were installed and I was back on the road by 10:30am.I have honestly not had this level of service since I moved from Iowa. Not only did they install my tires, they did a complete inspection (after my bonehead maneuver that blew out my tire) This is what a home town shop should be. On the West side, or at the local Schwab, I would have been given the 'sucks to be you' attitude. This shop went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful.My daughter is a sophomore at WSU and I told her and all her friends, if anything happens to your rig, go see Evergreen. They'll treat you right.AMAZING customer service. And be sure to give Howie a scritch.

You told my son he needed to change out fluids that has already been changed.You sliced his radiator hose and wanted to charge him $400ScammersSame old gameFix one thing at a good price, so you trust themthen tell you three things that are wrong and overcharge you for that. Even break something.This scam goes back for decades and these rinky dink shops keep doing it; even after being fined.Taking advantage of college kids.The manager confirmed the three fluids did not need to be changed. But still won't admit they sliced the radiator hoseYou admitted to my son that your mechanic has lied about the fluid thing before. And he's still employed. Thats theftThis might be a coincidence, but the same day he noticed a leak under the fuel tank, then his fuel line off the pump came off and sprayed fuel everywhere. So at 1100 pm on the road to Spokane he's underneath and pushes it back on. Not leaking now.Since when does a fuel line without a tool come loose. He pushed it back on and has not had a problem.

They are AMAZING! Will be back when my subee needs serviced again. Had my clutch and serpentine belt replaced and my Subee is running happily again! Had a horrible experience with another company in town 3 years ago who supposedly fixed my clutch and well here we are! If you want to save yourself some money in the long run I would take my vehicle to Evergreen Tire and Auto repair! Thank you Again! 😊

these folks rock! i’ve been getting my car repaired/maintained here for a few years now and the service has been nothing but wonderful. they are respectful, transparent, and do a damn good job for a great price.

Yes these people took my money for a alignment they didn't give me an alignment then they said I needed ball joints and arms then they said they were going to send me pictures and a legible written out thing of everything that needed to be done with the car still haven't done it and I left several messages they gave me a receipt with a bunch of scribble that you can't even read and then I was so tired from working two jobs but I didn't realize that they overcharged me for just looking underneath and tightening a few bolts they overcharged me for an alignment that they didn't even give me and now they won't even give me what they say is wrong with my car that's not I checked with my other two mechanics and then my third mechanic and they said they didn't see a problem so what the hell and then I also mentioned this company to other people and they said they're just like that they do this kind of stuff all the time they have a reputation for that

I’m posting on the behalf of a friend of mine. I was with her each time she went in for her vehicle. We went in to get a quote on a pretty severe coolant leak. We worked with the owner (I think) and he came off as a really great guy. Talked to her about what was going on and took a look right away. Afterwards they agreed to drop her car off for an estimate on what the repair would cost. Today she received a call saying the work had been done. However she didn’t approve the work and never received a call, some form of miscommunication on their end. When we got to the place to pick up the car, the gentlemen sincerely apologized and did what he could to solve the mistake from the miscommunication. He really helped her and further explained what had caused the issue in a teaching way rather than a talking down way; which made me surprised considering my past experiences with auto repair shops.I asked him for a quote on something thats going on with my car and he brought parts out and explained clearly what might be going on and how I’d need to fix the issue.Overall, the gentlemen was very knowledgeable and wanted to do what he could to help both of us. I highly recommend their services from this experience.

I posted a poor review of this business, but the owner personally called to make amends and work out a solution. Multiple misunderstandings occurred, none of which involved the owner. He was very apologetic and did a great job of clearing up the miscommunications. Situations happen. Responsibility was accepted on both sides. I have no concerns about following up with the current situation or future repairs with this business.

So wonderful! I came to get winter tires put on my car for the first time ever. Fletcher recommended a well priced set of 4 and was able to get me in quickly. I brought my car here when it randomly started having issues with acceleration and ramping up the RPM's and they were able to get my car in for a transmission service the same day. I then had another issue the next day, and dropped it off to be diagnosed the next day. I'm not sure what's wrong with it (yet!) but so far I have had a great experience with them. I am a broke college nursing student and commute an hour to class daily so a car is very important! I've been going to Evergreen for almost 5 years now. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is great-- very friendly, professional and accommodating. I've counted on them for putting on and removing my snow tires every year, fixing leaks in tires, and oil changes. I recently ordered a pair of tires from them for my travel trailer after shopping around for prices and availability. They've done a great job with everything. We drove our car into Pullman on Christmas Eve. It started making a loud screeching noise while driving. The only shop open on the day after Christmas was Evergreen. The man had an idea what it was and fixed it in 2 minutes at no charge. What a great shop!Service: Auto maintenance

Great service and friendly staff who take the time to research options and thoroughly explain services and costs. When I moved to Pullman in 2015, a good friend recommended Evergreen to me. Since then, I have gone to Evergreen for oil changes, tires, and headlight issues. During my first winter I asked Evergreen to check my tires and they said that as much as they would love to sell me new tires, my current tires looked great and did not recommend I replace them just yet. I really appreciated their honesty. Over a year later when I realized my tires were not handling harsh winter road conditions anymore, they helped me find appropriate studded tires. Apparently my Honda Fit has an unusual tire size and they spent time finding suitable winter tires. I then encountered issues with my headlights and they helped sort that issue out and looked into possible car model issues that might be causing problems. In short, the staff there have always been friendly, helpful, and willing to spend time looking into options and information for me, which I very much appreciate. They also have the sweetest shop dog :)

We LOVE Evergreen! Not only do they provide great service, but it’s at a beyond reasonable price. I recently went in for an oil change and my coolant reservoir was mysteriously empty, so they recommended I have a pressure test (typically at least $80, with additional costs for repairs). I brought it in for the pressure test and, since nothing ended up being wrong, they filled up the reservoir and sent me off - no charge! If you’re looking to get ANYTHING done with your car in Pullman, go to Evergreen!!!

I had a good experience when dealing with getting my vehicle fixed, and this is all thanks to how easy evergreen tire made the process for me. My vehicle broke down a month ago, and sat on the side of the road for weeks. I thought i would have to get it towed away for good due to the high quotes that i was getting when i called different shops in town. When finally i contacted evergreen tire and they were able to give me a reasonable price that was lower than getting a new car. Their staff was knowledgeable, and gave me options when it came to pricing. They had excellent customer service and i will definitely be calling back for any other car issues.

We just moved here from Kansas so this was our first time purchasing snow tires. The Evergreen staff was so helpful and friendly and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions to make sure we got the best tires for the local weather. One of the most personable automotive shops I have had the pleasure to do business with. They worked on my car off and on for about 1 week because I was very particular about what I wanted my exhaust system to sound like. They went above and beyond in terms of research, and were in touch with me throughout the entire process. Further, a huge bonus for me was that this shop is filled with automotive enthusiasts. The employees know what they are talking about when it comes to aftermarket parts and custom work, and I will definitely trust them to do more work on my car in the future.

Went in for the first time after trying out other local shops and was pleasantly surprised. I received a large estimate from a different shop for things that were by no means ready to be replaced, I expressed my concerns about the estimate, and Evergreen checked it out and reassured me that the prior estimate was not entirely necessary. They walked me through the whole process of what needed work in the future with pictures and diagrams, making for a truly transparent estimate. The shop dog is adorable, and a cherry on top of the cake. Overall, an excellent experience!
