Tanya greeted is with a smile and very friendly, 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 employees for sure. The place was very neat, clean and bright. We went in for our free ice cream day and it was so tasty.😋😋 Crisp, fresh cone, and cold, creamy, smooth, chocolate and vanilla swirl, soft serve ice cream, the best there is ❤️😋❤️😋💯‼️ There is plenty of free parking and also a drive - thru.Kid-friendliness: Totally kids friendly place. They have high chairs, booths and tables. There is out side seating, too.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair parking spaces close to the door and no stairs for easy access to the restaurant.

I did the drive thru and I never did find out what was going on but the line was super long and just ordering it took well over a half an hour then another half hour to get to the window. It seems like one girl was doing all of the work while the other 4 girls stood there talking and laughing. Not a good experience for that night.Parking: The parking lot was very clean and isn't hard to find a parking space either

Can you guys please implement one person to do door dashes especially at night during rush hours? I doordash here a lot and have to wait 20-25 minutes just to pick up my order and it’s very hard on the people already working the drive through and the front counter. They all look so stressed with these doordash orders. Taco Bell had the same issue but now they’ve implemented a doordash specific person and it runs a lot smoother.Theres one guy I’d like to shout out who always seems to be alone up front he has short brown hair and he is very kind. Please help out your workers dairy queen

Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso are always amazing. The chicken Small Rotisserie Bites were good too, although to be honest I got them for my cats so they would let me eat in peace.Only thing that bugs me sometimes, is the size of the Soft Drinks, they are just getting smaller while the price stays the same. However that is how it's becoming with drink sizes everywhere. It's good food for a pretty good price.

This place previously wasn't so bad, but something is going wrong with new staff or management. I watched a frustrated new employee struggling to understand how to punch up orders and being rude to customers. The (I assume) manager was very short with them, but rather than helping them process the group of people that were backing up; they just kept walking away after getting the employee through one step of the process... the result was a long wait and a poor experience... I was feeling bad for the staff, and then we just got chewed out for trying to explain to them what our order was given that they couldn't seem to find it on their outdated system.Get with the times and let people order at a kiosk or something. Also, treat employees and customers with respect. It's not worth keeping this place in business if you can't figure out how to treat people with kindness.

I went through the drive through. No one spoke over the speaker at all for 10 mins. Several cars waiting in line. Many pulled away and didn't want to wait. No one spoke to me on the speaker when I talked. I pulled forward and waited to get to the window another 10 minutes. I told the guy at the window my experienced. He said go back around and drive through again. "Don't care, you gotta go around." He got another persons a gal-older woman and she said, "Oh well...too bad you will have to pull around again. We don't have time to help you. We are too backed up to help you." The people at this Dairy queen do not care that someone waits and do not care if they inconvenience you. Do not go here unless you have 30 mins to wait in a car for service.

I rarely ever eat fast food and this here is an example of why... a few bites into my flame thrower burgie, I have the sickening sensation of hair twirling around my tongue. The even worse sensation of pulling the strand from my mouth full of food and its a very short light brown hair in which I can still see the white follicle. I have waist length jet black hair.... It could maybe be possible it's one of my son's that SOMEHOW got into my bite? So I rotate the sammich and take a bite from the back and ANOTHER disgusting same short brown hair is inside. I gag. And shame on whoever was working last night at 6 with no hair net dropping their DNA in people's food. Y'all need to get it together☠️

The food is tasty and the workers are nice enough. It would just be very nice if the place selling mostly ice cream could put together an ice cream that doesn't spew all over the car EVERY time. I have yet to receive one, because no one in the establishment seems clear on how sealing containers work.

A true grab-bag of a Dairy Queen. You’ll either wait in line for 20 minutes for your order as they’re severely understaffed, or you’ll wait 15 minutes for your order to be comprised of several other people’s orders.I don’t believe it’s the fault of the staff that these things happen, when there are only two people working for the entire dinner rush you’re going to end up sometimes making a large soft serve the size of a hummingbird egg.The food quality is what you would expect from a DQ, it’s middle to lower end of fast food in my opinion.Unless you’re patient or wanting a blizzard, McDonalds is a minute down the road.

I work at dairy queen so I can say several things. First, we always ask after everything if that all you wanted to order or if you want anything else. This is because people only order one thing a lot of the time. Secondly, we are always working on something, whether its a doordash, another counter order, a drive though order, or just cleaning things. We will always try to get to you as soon as possible, but sometimes we just cannot get to you right then. Last, we serve Fan Food, not fast food. And if your order is incorrect, we'll re-make it for you as it's most likely our fault as we can mess things up in the rush to make everything and get it out at once.

Hadn't been in quite awhile, so I decided to go through the drive thru last week (last week of March)I ordered "a cheeseburger with bacon."Worker offered, "It'd be cheaper to order a deluxe cheeseburger and take everything off."My response was, "I'm not concerned either way as long as I get a cheeseburger with bacon, please."Spent between 10-15 minutes in between ordering, and just getting to the window.I was third, there were only 2 cars in front of me.Got to the window, and the worker seemed unhappy, and a tad awkward.I waited a couple more minutes, took my order, got to my lunch-spot, and found out I had received a "plain" burger - no ketchup, no mustard.I was able to give it away (didn't have food/condiments at the office, hence my going to Dairy Queen) and I scrounged up the ol' oatmeal (I was seriously avoiding), so this was not the "end of the world," but I was confused by the lack of condiments when it was not discussed.So per this experience I recommend making sure you are explicit about all toppings, and next time I know to stick my way of ordering what I want.But, that was a VERY long wait for "fast food," so not sure when I'll be back.

Food was adequate. We ordered our food. When I went to counter to get ketchup for my fries I had to holler numerous times to find someone to help me. When my husband went to get our ice cream that we had paid for the skinny woman gave him attitude, after once again trying to get attention and waiting for service. All three cones were different sizes even tough we ordered and he told the woman three small cones.

Very friendly employees, always good stuff, not too long ago I ordered the Dirt pie blizzard, no worms, but it came writhing in worms, well I said " hey, this was meant to be without creepy crawlers", well no problem they say, and I got a whole new large "worm-less" blizzard. Nobody was angry or rude as i have encountered at other similar restaurant, no it was smooth sailing, and I left with two large Snow storms.... great store, great staff, great food.

One of the female workers at the drive thru window is pretty rude. Not sure she's the best person to have in a customer service position. I understand some people have bad days and that this job can be stressful, but if you can't kindly interact with customers, you should consider a different job.
