Honestly a pleasant experience buying a Colorado from Chipman & Taylor. Adel (the salesperson I worked with) answered questions in a timely manner and was great to work with. He didn't pressure me when I came in to look over the weekend, and there was no over the top calls/text messages between then and when I said I'd come back by for a test drive which is one of my biggest pet peeves and why a few Colorado deals had fallen through at other dealerships when I was basically ready to write a check.Everything was well handled and he followed up on the items he said he would. Greatly appreciated the experience and am happy to have been able to have a good car buying process local to Pullman.

I went in here trying to get a good car for a good price and I have to say I had the best experience here. Luis made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed made sure this car was A1 before selling it to us. I just moved to this small town so I was iffy about how this could go. Definitely was not disappointed. They worked with my budget. That was a plus. Luis is the best. Thank you for going the extra mile to get me into a car that I so desperately needed. I purchased a car from this dealership last month. During my initial visit, the salesperson asked about my budget and recommended several other options. However, on my second visit when I wanted to explore other cars in the parking lot, the salesperson judged me that my budget wouldn't suffice.Consequently, I ended up buying a used car. Before signing the contract, the sales exerted immense pressure, claiming others would offer more if I didn't buy today, and that the discounts were limited to that day only.......Then drama issues started......Nine days after buying the car, I received a call from them asking if I had a driver's license (they knew I only had a permit when I signed the contract). The next morning, the salesperson asked me to drop by the store, stating (just an excuse) that the financial manager needed to verify the mileage and some missing documents. Upon arrival, multiple staff surrounded me, claiming that due to financing my car, they needed to hold my car in their parking lot until I got my license. During the whole talk, they did not show me any formal documentation from the bank.Excuse me? without a car, how to practice driving? how to obtain the driving license???? I did not know it is true or false that holding a permit can only buy a car from a dealer but can not take the car home?????? If it is true, why did they not inform me before leading me to sign the contract? If false, why did they that way??After that, I visited the dealership twice, requesting my car for driving practice with my friend. The first time, my salesperson made me wait for nearly three hours until he finished with another client. Then, the manager used the snow in the parking lot as an excuse to prevent me from practicing. Ridiculously, Why make me wait three hours for a random excuse?!? On the second visit, both the manager and salesperson claimed appointments were necessary and they had another client coming in 30 min, despite my prior communication over messenger with the sales. After waiting over three hours again, the salesperson spent less than a minute bringing the car out from the lot. Why did not the salesperson pull my car out within the 30min waiting time for next customer or ask another employee to do that????I inspected the car, I noticed snow tire marks and scratches in the trunk, along with a cracked right taillight—none of which were present when they retained my car. I feel my car is totally different when I shift gears compared with before, not smooth and with noise. I do not know what happened to my car and do not know why they always prevent me from practicing driving with my car.Throughout, I repeatedly asked for formal documentation regarding the car's retention, but received only oral excuses, like the bank called him and asked him to conduct. Then, they provided an informal paper (without any logo, stamp, or signature) dated before I signed the contract—completely unconvincing, ridiculous and confusing. Then I contacted the bank, they denied any involvement or knowledge. Until now, I have not received any reasonable and formal explanation from the dealer.On the day I dropped by to pickup the registration file, the salesperson asked me whether I could do him a favor and give a good review. I refused and said I would share according to the truth.So I'm just sharing this review to highlight my awful and terrible experience at this dealership.

Our family just got an upgrade thanks to Brit Hammond! She was a joy to work with as was the entire team. We're more than happy with our new vehicle and look forward to the many adventures ahead. I'd recommend Chipman & Taylor's because they really work hard to get you what you need. Everyone was helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable from start to finish. They also have the best selection in the area. We'd went to a few places that had next to nothing available while here, we had quite a selection that didn't require to get more or less than what we wanted/needed. If you want a good selection, wonderful service and a great, reliable vehicle, stop in! I'm certain you'd get the same care and attention my family enjoyed.

Go in for an oil change an it’s nice that you are not pressured or scared into an outrageous amount of repairs! Inspections are done thoroughly an you know exactly where you vehicle stands especially when it has over 300,000 miles!

Had an awesome experience ordering my new 2022 Tahoe Z71 working with Adelberth Guillen. Simple up-front & transparent pricing and a smooth process - all completed over email and phone (as I live near Seattle and chose this dealership for price and simplicity based on initial conversations). The Tahoe showed up in about 6 weeks (much faster than any of us anticipated). When I flew to Pullman to pick it up, Adel went above and beyond and even picked me up at the airport. Because he had sent the papers ahead of time via FedEx, I arrived with everything signed and was out of there with my new ride in just a couple of minutes. We are impressed! These guys are incredible. There were no games; just honestly and integrity.We live in Montana and we drove up to purchase a Chevy Suburban. Salesman Cleider Guillen went above and beyond texting me pictures from every angle. He even crawled under the vehicle to send me several pictures from underneath! After our extensive communication with Cleider (Clay), we were confident enough to make the long drive and complete the purchase.When we arrived in Pullman, we were encouraged to see that Clay had accurately represented the Suburban. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise tomy car sales caddy, Travis . Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true. professional. I did not initially intend or expect on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Travis about my situation at that time the more inclined Ibecame. His evident years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman thatI encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at allall. After doing homework and shopping around My Grandmother and I knew the deal was for us. Went in today to look at some pickups and SUVs. It was not 30 seconds before Adelberth came and helped us. My wife and I traveled from Park City, Utah to Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet in Pullman, Washington to buy my new Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. They were the closest dealer with the exact specs I was looking for in our new truck. They were easy to work with, and we solidified the terms of the deal before the trip.We flew into Spokane, Washington, which is 2 hours from the Chipman & Taylor. They sent a driver to pick us up, including our dog, and he drove us the two hours to the dealership. The paperwork was ready for signatures, and the transaction took less than 30 minutes. The dealership owner stopped in to make sure all was going smoothly.Our sales associate, Britt, worked with us in the weeks leading up to our arrival and walked us through every feature of our fancy truck. I know she would have spent as much time with us as I would have desired, but we were antsy to get on the road. Britt escorted us to the state line so that C&T could officially deliver the truck out of state. We were in and out in about an hour, and we were on the road back to Utah. Britt has followed up with us several times to ensure everything with the truck is perfect.I would not hesitate to buy a new vehicle sight unseen from Chipman & Taylor. They were great.

Really awesome experience buying a car from C&T Chevy. They worked with me as an out of town buyer, were outstanding communicators, stayed after hours to help close deal, and were super easy to work with. No haggling, no pressure upselling, just honest folks! I particularly apricated working with Clay from sales. My experience at Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet was so fantastic when I bought my truck 3 years ago I decided to buy another vehicle. But because I had surgery and I couldn't drive at the time. Adel brought the car to me so I can see it. Working with Adel,Cooper and Fran again. I decided to buy it. A month later I seen another vehicle that I liked and I called Adel to talk about the DOL mistake and I talked to him about the other vehicle, and with the help from Adel,Cooper and Fran. I decided to buy the other vehicle too. I also referred friend to them and they decided to buy a vehicle. So I am very happy with Chipman & Taylor. If I could I would give them more stars.

Right from the start our salesperson was prompt, responsive, and professional. She followed through on her promises, and we felt zero pressure to buy from her. The finance manager was great too, and didn’t try to “upsell” us on unnecessary add ons or contracts. Our first vehicle purchase from Chipman & Taylor likely won’t be our last, and I highly recommend this dealership, and their staff!
