It's a good store all in all. I wish they would add the fridge/freezer section like in Silverdale. Someone is doing good at keeping the place stocked. Some of the employees could be more friendly. Good mix of people today.

Yes the workers have gotten rude over the last year or so, loved going there for crafts and decorations.Went there 2 days ago (10/12) for a few more Halloween decorations and they put them all away and had Christmas out besides a half a row and it's not even Halloween yet.

Associate Andrea needs to be taught some customer service. Rude. Belligerent dumped my breakable items onto counter and laughed about it. Didn't give me my change instead put it on the counter and not my open hand. Rude. She should not be working with people

I have always loved shopping at the Poulsbo Dollar Tree but today was not so fun. I went to the. Heck out stand and the lady who was ringing me up stephani was not at all thrilled to be there. I said hi and she said hi bad in the coldest way. She didn’t make me feel welcomed or want to go back and have her help me. I told her to have a great day and she said nothing in return. Clearly Dollar Tree has no desire to train their employees on customer service and how to engage with customers to have them feeling welcomed and wanting to go back. I’m happy to know that there’s a couple ladies there that made up for Stephani attitude.

Smaller size for a Dollar Tree. Was pretty well organized. The books were a total mess, however. Good greeting card selection, nice variety of snacks and a decent sized health & beauty section. Staff were a little awkward but not unfriendly.

Andrea is a lady that works at the dollar store and she was definitely the most kind person I have ever met!! She wasn’t rude super sweet and my favorite worker there! We had even talked a little!!

Frequent here about once a month, store is clean about 80-90 percent of the time. Otherwise it's just a few random things on the floor here and there, understandable it's the dollar store. Overall I believe it's a better branch than the silverdale one in both cleanliness and options, their seasonal section is good as well, always a little hidden jem somewhere.

As far as Dollar Trees go, this is my least favorite to go to, but one I go to the most as its closest to the shopping that I have to do. They always have boxes out in the middle of the floor. Never have more than one cashier, and the staff are at times less than happy to serve you. They carry about 1/2 the items that some of the others on the peninsula do.

Great variety of needs for any birthday party plus! We even personalized each loot bag. One of my favorite stops for sure. Even got the cooking supplies we needed!

EDIT: a new manager started here named denvy. Ever since she started its been hell. I transfered and three or four others quit on the spotI work here and I can honestly say I've never found a better job for me it gets busy sometimes but i love it <3

Good selection with polite and helpful staff. Not one of the larger size Dollar Trees and doesn't have a fridge/freezer section. But it does have most of the other general sections in a good variety.

It is always an adventure to go here. Will they have just the thing you are looking for? Probably not. Will you walk out with an armful of cheap kitch? Of course!I am working on a craft project that will feature the treasures I found there today.

Store and staff were fine. But be prepared to use your own hand sanitizer as they do not wipe down credit card machine in between each customer.

Messy, unorganized, associates unable to answer questions. I asked if they had the buffalo check scarves and cashier replied, "Did you look?"....Of course I looked! Very rude! The store in Poulsbo and Silverdale did not have products listed online. Sad....just sad that we on the Kitsap Peninsula have to travel to Tacoma to get the items we need!

I love dollar store as a chain. The one here in Poulsbo doesn't have some stuff like the others (party supplies, big picture frames etc.) it could be organized better also like cleaner.

With two 24 hour grocery stores across the street (OK, highway) plus restaurants and fast food places nearby, I would not envision this particular location adding frozen /cold items anytime soon. They do sometimes have small portable units for more popular items, though, especially in summer. The vacent Albertson's next door to Dollar Tree is for sale, but I think Dollar Tree would benefit more if something (anything!) of a family-friendly nature bought it and moved in. People like to combine errands. I'd like to see a Thrift Bakery somewhere in the North end; not sure why Bremerton has them all.

I called to check if they had a specific item and the lady that answered the phone seemed put out that I even called. Makes me not even want to go in their store at all. She was so rude.

Although this location is smaller than some other Dollar Trees in the area, I prefer enjoy shopping here because the store is always clean and well-organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Dollar Tree, yeah you know me! Everything is cheap, it's especially great for impulse shoppers and makes for a splendid Covid field trip spot.
