My family has been patrons for a very long time(Time ago our son even worked at this location, in the current culture he'd be considered long term.) ~ In our assessment the service especially has especially slid to an all time low ~ Their life time manager(awesome dude) has had to deal with a revolving door of employees & we see that the requirements for quality staff are on the bell-curve down turn, which is extremely interesting especially since minimum wage is pretty sweet in comparisons(ratios) to my days in an entry level position...For examples we'd like to address; When a cashier can't decipher a coupon(very clear in its terms), then refuses to honor said = Why send out the mailers in the first place = Places a bad taste in customer's mouth(Which 'bye' the way, especially the fries are almost always more salt than potatoes & the rest of menu with exception of frozen treats have become more lack luster with a higher $$ !!!) = So how does that make sense & why do we all keep spending alot more for blah = ??? Personally believe we simply need an excellent burger joint in the area to install a competitive factor in their business plan...Hopefully the establishment will have an up-tick in quality in these many areas(though owner's & franchise have to give-a-rip first) = ??? & time will predicate...Thanks for reading, hopefully this helps in ya'lls decision for finding more bang/value for your buck...Note: Food received 2-stars as the frozen treats are weighing into overall rating, otherwise food has sunken to N0-stars(in our assessment)...

It's your typical dairy queen. Good eats, cool treats. This particular visit I didn't go inside. The power was out at my house and so was the internet. We had the generator running and I was streaming Netflix to the TV from my phone. I used the dairy queen wifi to download more movies to my phone so we could continue watching TV at home. So another perk, they have free wifi.

As far as a Dairy Queens go, this is the best I've ever been to. Most are a little rough around the edges and the ice cream is a bit off.Everything here tastes great, staff is pleasant, it's almost always clean.The Purple Heart recipient parking is a bit weird and they need to get their dang tap & pay working! Not with losing a star over though. I really like this place.Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids come here after sports or other activities.

Best Dairy Queen we have visited in Kitsap. The staff were super friendly. The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean . 👌🏻

This is not FAST food.This is sit and wait for at least 20 minutes for a cheeseburger that will make you feel like the bottom of a trashcan food.The ice cream is fine.

This is a place where a lot of teens happen to work and so the atmosphere inside can be a little chaotic at times with them joking around and playing around but it doesn't seem to affect the food quality or the wait time however it's best to just utilize the drive-thru as it can get a little noisy but a great place to bring your family if you want to have the dining room pretty much to yourselvesParking: There's a fairly large parking lot that can accommodate RV's

Very good service, decent food for fast food. The interior building is kept pretty cold during the summer, to the point I find it uncomfortable. The outdoor seating is right next to the drive-through with only a few snark trees between. Even still, outdoor seating is nice and I generally choose it over the frigid interior.Speaking of cold, their hot food becomes awful cold. It's pretty okay hot, but absolutely terrible cold. Eat quickly.

So I've seen this DQ many a time before. The prices were still standard, but what really stuck out were the employees. They were super talkative and fun! They may have seemed a little too casual, but that wasn't a negative experience for me.I do like this specific store because they're known for supporting their local schools, or community causes. That seems awesome to me!Always a good treat waiting here. 👍

It is a good place to eat. But when I came in a huge smell of marijuana was in the lobby. Most of the workers looked stoned. This was around 17:10 (5:10pm)

Great air conditioning on a hot day, the ice cream is also great when it's hot out. Really hits the spot. The prices are fairly high, but what fast food isn't anymore? 2 double cheeseburger combo meals (number 3 combo) with a shake and a blizzard instead of drinks came to just shy of 20 dollars. With minimum wage going up though what do you expect? I rarely eat fast food anymore so I was kind of surprised.

The drive thru was crazy long so we parked and went in - so glad we did! We weren't in a massive hurry for our to-go order but it only took maybe 10 minutes or so from after we ordered until we got our food. I heard a worker mention the fries were coming and needed more time. One of the other workers offered us ice cream cones (which we didn't order) while we waited, apologizing for the wait. It was a great gesture and definitely made us feel like we will be repeat customers. Not for expectations of free ice cream, but because they were just really kind and honest (though the ice cream didn't hurt!).

Great place to catch a quick bite. Because it is so, they have a few rushes and you'll catch yourself waiting for a bit for your food but its worth the craving chase. With that being said, they do seem to have a good order to serving time ratio. Unless someone orders, well a plethora of items. Lol
