This was our third purchase of a recreational travel home. Apache Camping has by far been the best place to purchase from. I feel the honesty and straightforward approach to the buyer is what won us over. To first time buyers I would say all recreational homes whether they be a coach, travel trailer or 5th wheel have nuances that will need to be repaired once you get them. No matter how well the business tries to find all the glitches there are still some you will find. Apache has been great in assisting us in resolving these nuances and getting the unit back in for service. You need a great service department and thus far we are happy with Apache in this realm as well. I feel Apache is an all around great business from sales, financing and service and am happy to recommend them.

Had a great experience working with Rick and Devin from Apache. We ordered a 2024 Scout Olympic and Rick was very engaged in communication with us up until it arrived, making sure everything was correct and that our truck was ready. When we came to pick it up, Devin gave us a very thorough and thoughtful walkthrough, making absolutely sure we were satisfied and well equipped to drive away. I would highly recommend this location, the staff was so kind and knowledgable!

Great place to buy and have your RV trailer or truck camper worked on I have personally bought a 2019 Nash 25C and a 2020 Arctic Fox 811. They have worked on both units as needed for routine maintenance and the maintenance that no one expected. Their staff is always polite and professional with great knowledge of the RVs. I will gladly keep doing business with Apache Camping Center and referring others to Apache Camping Center.

First time travel trailer buyer and we almost didn't buy here but so glad we did!I was looking at a 2020 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite at another dealer but after visiting Apaches Portland location we quickly discovered Apache is serious about quality and care. We purchased the same model in a 2019 version from their Portland location (Chris was awesome!).Only issue we had was the roof didn't get a reseal and had a couple of places I was concerned about. Here's where it gets awesome. Chris in Portland immediately called Phil (service manager in Poulsbo) to get us taken care of. Phil called me right away to get me in so we could head out on our first trip on time. Not only did they fix the spots I was concerned about but they went WAY above and beyond by completely resealing the entire front trim seam on the roof AND several spots they saw needed touch ups.To top it all off, when I went to pickup my trailer, they had it pulled up and ready for me (past closing because I was late) and Devin in service talked me through what they did and I could tell he loves what he does and the company he works for. That's a huge motivator for me. I love it when people love the company they work for. Usually means they're treated right which in turn treats me right.In this case it worked well because I never give reviews. This review was a must! 5 stars all the way. They will be my go to for everything RV/Trailer related going forward. Well done Apache team!!

Just had to leave a quick review, the DMV was requiring me to have an appraisal for a used trailer I purchased privately. They definitely didn’t need to help me with this, but Rick was super responsive and helpful and provided me with what I needed at no charge and extremely quickly. If this is how they treat non customers I’m sure you’ll be well taken care of here as a customer.

THIS is the dealership you want to work with! I live in Portland and met Bob at one of the local RV shows. He and his staff were so knowledgable on the type of trailer we wanted (Nucamp T@B 320S) that we voluntarily worked with them and made the 3hr drive to pick up our trailer up in Paulsbo rather than the Portland location. They were able to do unique and awesome modifications and went above and beyond in customer service!Phil, who runs their service dept, took the time to find us a diamond plated tub we wanted to maximize storage and allow for us to upgrade to 2 6V batteries. Plus, he added an exterior black hose storage tube that hides just behind the tub that's so convenient! I am blanking on the guy's name that does their woodwork, but he creatively customized a whole new cabinet for us! He found a way to help us with a modification to remove our AC unit most of the year and have a removable cabinet there for added storage.Even after the purchase, when we had an extra large part that we couldn't fit in the camper or car, Phil, their head of service dept volunteered to drive it down to Portland for us to bring it to the local dealership the following day since he was going there anyway. Bob was very patient with our back and forth with many customizations and modifications. Phil and his service crew were just awesome with creativity in modifications. They really know the NuCamp products well, and that is likely so with other brands. I highly recommend using them!

A "Huge" shout-out to the Service Staff at Poulsbo Apache RV Store. My left slide had issues on our 250RKS during our recent trip to Leavenworth, WA. Apache was able to get our trailer in and out in one day replacing both defective slide motors and thus saving our trip to the Outdoors RV Rally in just over two weeks. We purchased a trailer, there was an issue with the slide out and the service crew replaced the whole slide out in a few days and I was able to pick up and head out to the ocean the day I picked it up with no issues. My family and I had a great experience purchasing our travel trailer at Apache. This was our first rv purchase and while researching the buying process, I heardmultiple horror stories online regarding shady rv dealership practices. Fortunately, my experience buying at Apache went extremely well. In addition, my experience with the service department has been exceptional. Devin and Liam in the service department are great. We needed warranty work completed after our first couple of camping trips, which I was expecting. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule without any haggling. They even fixed a couple of items that I had not noticed.Overal, Apache provides a 5 star buying and service experience.

Apache Camping Center in Poulsbo has been, by far, the best buying and post-RV purchase experience we have had (this is our 5th RV). Rick (sales) made our buying experience the best we have ever had and took a lot of time answering questions and showing us RVs we are interested in and has followed-up several times since we took delivery. Devin (Parts and Service) is absolutely fantastic and was a major reason we came here when wanting to downsize from our previous fifth wheel due to how well he treated us when we had our previous fifth wheel serviced. I highly recommend Apache if you are looking for an RV.

We had a wonderful experience with Apache in buying our new Outdoors RV trailer. We knew what we wanted and had an idea of what we wanted to pay for it. We had shopped for so long and ended up going in this shop just to look at what we thot we wanted. Bob was wonderful. He took lots of time with us, no pressure sales and a fair price. The service dept was absolutely incredible. We had them do several installs for us and they did an excellent job. They also offered lots of idea's for caring and storing the RV. We are experienced RVer's and still learned lots from them. We will continue to take our trailer to this service department even though it is quite a ways from our home. It is worth it to have great service and feel our business is important.

After three months in Cedar Glen we noticed as soon as we hooked our fifth wheel up that we had issues with our brake and running lights. Being a fairly new unit, I knew there had to be a rodent issue of some sort but couldn't locate the issue. I pulled up to Apache Camping Center, left my rig in the center turn lane because it's a long one, I meet Phil Ervin. Phil asked how he can help, after I explained the issue and that I am trying to beat the storms back to California he went out and checked the power from the truck, all good. I parked across the street when Jay (I believe) came over, immediately started to remove the underbelly insulation and found the issue's, many wires chewed. Jay re-wired my lights better then Grand Design and had me on the road in about a hour.These guy's didn't have to drop everything to help but they did! They could have charged me anything they wanted but they didn't, very fair!I'd like to thank the Phil and his staff for being so willing to help and for making my trip home a safe one.

We’ve had the best experience at Apache Camping service center in Poulsbo, WA. We purchased our Microlight there last July and have had several warranty issues that they took care of. The most recent was the tongue jack that wasn’t working properly. Because we were leaving on a road trip, they switched out a tongue jack from another trailer so we wouldn’t have to wait for one to be shipped from Forest River. We then had issues with that jack and I attempted to contact Forest River’s corporate office to no avail. When I told the service department about this, Phil agreed to give us a better jack and he would deal with the warranty department. What better service can you ask for. They really look out for their customers. Devin, Lana, and Melody are all star employees! I would highly recommend Apache Camping in Poulsbo to purchase and service your RV.

We happened upon Apache Camping Center accidentally while browsing for a trailer, but a happy accident it turned out to be. We initially came to look at a Nash trailer but instantly fell in love with the Outdoors RV 24RKS. Rick, our salesman was really nice to work with. Even though Apache doesn’t work with motorhomes, he made our deal work by finding a buyer for us. Devon was really great to do the walk-thru with, answering all the questions we had. We had a small issue before a camping trip and Liam took care of us immediately. We even called Rick with a silly question while we were camping and he answered it with grace. Sheri in documents was also a pleasure to work with. All in all, we can’t say enough about Apache Camping Center. It’s THE place to buy your RV.

I bought an Arctic Fox from Apache and worked with Apache employees at both the Everett store and the Poulsbo store. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and there were no pressure sales techniques. My salesperson Larry called me the day after delivery to make sure everything worked out well and I was happy. The staff has re-iterated to me on a number of occasions that they are there for me and my trailer for life. This was one of my best purchase experiences I’ve ever had in my life, if you’re looking for to purchase a RV, I highly recommend Apache!

From the minute we contacted Apache the staff were professional and followed through by returning phone calls and setting up an appointment to have our T@B outback camper serviced.We picked the camper up yesterday and all the work that they promised was completed as specified.They were super pleasant to work with, especially as we are two women, who've had to deal with being treated with less civility by other RV service centers.I'm so glad that we stayed away from Tacoma and only had to drive 45 minutes to get far superior service.Fantastic job.

We bought our trailer here almost a year ago and had a great experience. Mark was awesome working with us as it took us a couple months to pull the trigger. If you’re in the market, he’s great to deal with. Don’t expect bottom line pricing, but a fair deal and great service. The units they carry are quality, so make sure your comparing apples to apples when looking at prices.However, the true measure of a dealership is how they handle a situation when things go wrong.10 months into owning our trailer the heating/hot water system failed and needed major repair. We had an upcoming 10 day trip for some much needed time away. Liam, Devon, and Phil worked with NuCamp, was able to get parts in and fix our trailer in a week. The work was well done and ALL done under warranty. This included an upgrade in heating fluid that should prevent the problem from happening again.We made our trip and stayed comfy despite temps in the 20’s most nights thanks to their efforts.These folks are a class act and really do care about customer service.
