Mentioned my phone # and the guy said we're taking down the memberships anyways so their taking away the discounts for continual buyers... I loved this place until tonight...

To anyone just rolling through town on vacation or something DO NOT COME HERE.If you do, be sure to actually check your products before you walk out the door because they will not make it right for you if there’s something wrong with the product. if you walk out the door with a bag of gummies and realize that they’re all open and dried up from the bag being slit open and you didn’t notice it? Sucks to suck, then. It’s literally like walking out of the market with a carton of eggs and you realize *every single one is broken and gone bad*. Doesn’t matter how quickly you turn back around to ask for a replacement of their bad stuff, they just say, “no returns, no exchanges” as if there are not just *other options* where you can go spend your money. Drive a bit further and give someone else tour business, these people are just sucky.ALSO—I’M JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE NOTICES THE HUGE AMOUNT OF “local guide” reviews as sus??????? Uh. Excuse me??? Seems an awful lot like reverse review-bombing with just the locals who will be back around for some discounts for leaving a good review

These days, I come to Bainbridge Island, twice a year, for winter and summer. I've been coming to Agate Dreams for quite a few years. They're the only dispensary I will buy from. They believe in everything they sell, and if one of their products are faulty, they will make it right, as long as you save all of the things, they tell you to save, at the end of the transaction.

I wish they were more friendly. Mike is always so nice, and so is the other door guy. Prices are expensive in general. They raised the price of all of their own products this year, which was disappointing.

I really do love this place, always have had a good experience. Only they close at 10 and online it says midnight, I got there just a couple minutes after 10 and got turned away. Totally understand, but please change hours of service online so people know for sure..

Iv been going to this weed store since it opened. Spent so much money here . I just think it’s a little unfair that on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day you can’t get the 30% off unless you wear Christmas stuff? Find that a little wrong and biased . Some of us don’t have family or even people to celebrate Christmas with and some of us don’t even celebrate Christmas at all. Just crazy to watch some one get 30% off and I can’t get it to cause I don’t have a ugly hoodie. guy old me to buy Christmas stuff just for the deals like what? lol also the women with the purple hair and big metal gauges is extremely rude . Makes you feel rushed and she’s short with you and just makes you feel like you burdening her to do her job . Iv watched her give this treatment to other people to and just think you shouldn’t be a bud tender if you can’t be nice and Patient with people spending hundreds at this store . It’s to the point where I will let some one go in front of me just so I don’t get her help . Weeds expensive and I should be able to ask as many questions as I want with out feeling like im a Annoyance.

The bud tenders are super friendly and funny. They are also extremely helpful if you have any questions. U tell them what u need and they will make suggestions of what strain to buy for the desired effect. They make you feel as though you are one of their regular customers... even if it's the first time you have ever been there. Great place!

This is the first of these types of shops I've ever been to, and it was awesome. A completely new experience that I'd like to see spread nationwide. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and doesn't try to recommend the priciest options, etc., but just what they think will work for you. Prices were also competitive. 10/10 would return.

This is a clean, professional shop. When I first visited I wanted to try out vape products for the first time, and they had a great selection. Unfortunately their inventory is spotty now, and they don't post a menu online so it is hit-or-miss as to whether or not I can get what I want.The staff is super courteous and helpful, though, and I am very happy to make this my primary shop.

Spacious, clean store with a good staff. Their knowledge level varies quite a bit, but I have always been able to find an answer eventually. Everyone was very friendly, but not pushy, which is refreshing. I went in on a busy Friday afternoon and still felt that service was quite good. This store does not carry a huge selection of producers, wares, or edibles, but the things that they do have seem to be pretty good. There are a few producers sold here I wouldn't recommend for particular strands, but that might just be a personal preference type thing.I removed one star because they could stand to expand their selection of growers, sizes of flower available, and edibles could be greatly expanded.Great, safe parking lot, and good hours. No privacy since the entire store is made of windows, if that's something that concerns you.

All the staff is wonderful. They help with every product I need. From edibles to CBS. I have severe pain stemming from sciatic to joint. I do not want to feel high, so they recommend one product. On the other hand, they recommend drops or lotion. Very professional on every level.

Friendly staff but definitely have an idea of what you're looking for and can handle. Pricing is really good but it's my first shop to ever visit. Good selection, but again, know what you're looking for before you buy. They have a decent selection of necessary accessories, but didn't see a vaporizer if that's your thing.
