Well I love goodwill! I can’t lie about that! But they are pretty pricey, being that it’s goodwill, I remember when they priced things based on quality rather than the label on the clothing. Which is kind of disheartening. But sometimes we find good toys there and those are usually well priced. I like that they put batteries in most of the toys, so you usually know if the toy works before buying it! They have lots of phone chargers and even sometimes laptop chargers, but I sometimes wonder where the laptops go that the charger came with. People don’t usually give the charger and keep the laptop? That would be odd?Often the cute women’s shoes are in size 10 or 11.The employees are generally very kind and I like that about this place.

Never know what you'll find at Goodwill! Admittedly, this is clean, well organized, and has supper friendly staff! Only downside is the pricing! I've seen new with tags and the tag was cheaper than the goodwill sticker, I've seen dollar store items marked up 300%. I used to go for affordable clothes, now I'm better off at the clearance rack. It's new and doesn't have holes or stains. If you're going to go, shop the tag sales, it's your best bet for a decent price.

They brought back Monday Madness and for a short period actually lowered the prices. Tee Shirts were $1.99 and $2.99, board games were unit priced. It was awesome. Lasted about three weeks. Prices are outrageous again.Maybe I should be grateful since I spend way more money shopping when I think something is a bargain. I spent a few hundred dollars during those 3 weeks of inexpensive prices and only about $20 since.

Decent items but the most expensive Goodwill I’ve been to. Walked up to the register and realized my pair of pants were $14. Down right ridiculous. Stop. Stealing. From. The. Poor!!!!!!!!Items are donated “inflation” shouldn’t exist here….

I like Goodwill. It's always a little more expensive than other second hand stores but well worth it. Good variety at this time. Still no fishing gear but that's ok. Clean store. They have bathrooms. I also picked up a 1" 8 ' wood dowel for the chickens. Thank you.

Prices are too high. I went to buy a muffin pan and it was very used condition and was 12.99. Then I went to clothing and most dresses are $30. You can buy better deals at the mall. As soon as they notice it's a well known brand it's costs as much as it would brand new from retail stores.

Only leaving a review here to say that I had a great time talking to Olivia at the checkout today. I used to work at this goodwill and it left a bad taste in my mouth about this store, because the associates at the time were quite mean and unprofessional. Good to see they're employing kind and cool people, and their store looks a little cleaner and better organized too.

This is probably one of the most tidy and clean goodwill I've been to. Very well organized and a ton of options for just about anything you might need.

Absolutely pathetic community. Goodwill isn't the morally greatest company, and this one does mostly okay at keeping things clean (I have however found a few pee soaked items...Still $17.99 per shirt lol)but my negative review is for the local community and employees who enable it. This location, like many around the world is constantly infested with leeches who buy and resell so that us actually struggling people can't find anything nice.IF YOU USE DEPOP, MERCARI, POSHMARK, ECT please research your items before purchasing, majority of these sellers are drop shippers selling you overpriced mass produced items OR these leeches reselling clothes that were meant to be donated to the poor, for again, way more than they bought them for, or are even worth.Every time I come here no matter the time or day, there are multiple of these leeches with carts full of the most expensive and nice items they can find, usually using their carts to block entire sections so that no one else can grab any of their precious "income"Get a real job and stop leeching on the poor, absolutely pathetic and the employees need to crack down on this, but they won't because hey at least they get their money right? Who cares if the peasants have nothing left.Embarrassing behavior.

Who do they think they are with the clothing prices? Has rent been raised due to the renovation of the mall? The Bremerton store still has somewhat reasonable prices. Even the Gig Harbor store has better prices (and tag sales).Buyer and browser beware, the grift is real. Shop and donate elsewhere.

Prices in this store are beyond ridiculous. This isn’t Target it’s a thrift store where everything is donated! Come on Goodwill you can do better !

This place is extremely organized and very tidy. I find some neat treasures on occasion as well. For instance I found a solid wood rocking chair for $14 😆I also like to mention that their sales associates are really nice and friendly.

It's too expensive to so called thrift there. I no longer even look at the clothing or shoes. The rest of it is horribly overpriced. Using Google lens to price items, at what people are asking on the net is insane. I watched an ugly Lane chest over the course of two months go from $299, to $129, to $69, and the last was $29 when it finally sold. Turn and burn is the best policy. I'd hate to see what they ship off to other places, or toss in the dumpster because it didn't sell.

This is the best, most organized and cleanest Goodwill I have ever been to. From Alaska to Texas, California to New York, I stop at a Goodwill store whenever possible and have never felt the need to post a review until now. Everything was organized extremely well by color and type, and sometimes by things that just make sense to go together. It was ridiculously easy to find what I was looking for and more. The mini displays all over the store are super cute and very well thought out. It is obvious that the employees here are detail oriented and have pride in what they do. I think I spoke to 4 different employees and each one was happy, friendly, and very helpful. It's a must-stop if you're into thrifting!

Am able to find decent electronics here, but the price tags are almost impossible to remove. Mainly the sticky residue. Tarnishes the component.

Prices have gone up so much. You can purchase brand new items on clearance for the same price they have listed for USED items. No thanks Goodwill.

Edit: I can't even walk in the door anymore because they refuse to accommodate my brain injury disability request (turning the radio down). I used to spend hundreds in there every month. Now I spend zero.-------------GW PO has the largest & most varied thrift selection in town, but it's not exactly thrift prices anymore. Prices parallel with Walmart & Target, but I vastly prefer unique items. I go on sale days so the prices are easier to swallow. It's not so much a charity shop anymore, so I take all my donations to Vinnie's.

Often, it’s cheaper to buy something new than purchase here. Highway robbery is a good description of most items here

The good: this store has a huge inventory. It's clean and organized. The bad: There are some good prices but a most were surprisingly high. There was a used North Face ski coat with toothpaste or something on the front for $59! Other used coats that weren't name brand for $19.99 and they were in need of dry cleaning. Anyway, disappointing...

I cannot believe an employee would do something so dishonest and messed up to a customer. I am in this store quite a bit and have been mistreated left and right. I never have bothered to report anyone because that's just not the kind of person I am. However what happened to me on my last visit to this goodwill is just unacceptable and I will be reporting this employee. Last Friday May 20th they had just announced that it was 9 and the stop is now closed. I was next in line to pay for my items and hanging on a display right there at the registers was a few different jewelry items. In the mix just hanging there was a beautiful, possibly real gold bracelet for $2. I couldn't believe it. I grabbed it and was so excited because even if it wasn't real I absolutely loved the design. Just then the register farthest from the entrance opens up so I put my things down and the woman behind the register starts ringing up my items. The lady at the register says something along the lines of "oh you don't get to pay $2 for that, that is not enough" and puts something under the counter. I'm distracted by the big deal the were making about closing the store when she did this so it didn't dawn on me till TODAY that she had actually taken that bracelet from me. And I watched her ring it up. So I don't realize what has just taken place so when I pay, she asks me if I want a receipt, and not knowing She has just pulled a fast one and being distracted by other things going on I said no I probably won't need it SEEING AS HOW THIS PLACE ROBS YOU WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS. You only have one week to return an item and they give you a gift card no exceptions. So now that I realize this employee has now stolen from me because I saw her ring that bracelet up, I can't necessarily prove what she did because she got me to forfeit my receipt. And since when do employees ask you if you want a receipt? They always just give you one so she knew exactly what she was doing. She deserves to be fired, on the spot. I can't believe the nerve of this woman.

So the reason for the one star, when your on a fixed income it used to be, that you was always able to go to goodwill and find things for your house for reasonable prices, now over the last few years unfortunately goodwill has been more and more like a retail store and about profits and not about community. It's ironic after finding out that the company when they do they "so call tag sales" the night before or few days before they actually go in and change the tags on the merchandise, example today yesterday they had a stereo that was pink tag yesterday for 19 99, and the the exact same one today has a blue tag for 24.99, they reason I know that it's the same is that I marked the back of it with a initial so to bad goodwill is not a non profit anymore.. they are just like every other big Company where the CEO AND CFO AND THE COO ARE ALL ABOUT THE BOTTOM.LINE AND ABOUT MAKING MONEY .. They don't give to craps about the struggling families that use to utilize the great and fair pricing .. not no more.. 10 to 15 year old electronics pricing as if it was 10 or 15 years ago!! So SAD!!

I love this Goodwill! It's my absolute favorite location! Not only is it super clean and organized, but the employees that work here are simply genuine, kind, and helpful. Staff went out of their way to get me a cart when I was carrying more than a few items, they were attentive to my needs in the fitting rooms, and the cashier who helped me was freaking awesome. She was so genuine with me that I could easily tell she enjoyed her job and was honestly happy to help me! *Kudos Audrey!Sanitizing spray was readily stocked in each fitting room for cleanliness, and the parking lot is shared with other stores, but is huge so there is ample amounts of parking no matter what day or time it is.I highly recommend visiting this Goodwill if you are in the area. It would be well worth your time!

Small to midsized location but not lacking in quality of the products. I visited this location with my family and we all left more than happy with our purchases. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves to bargain hunt and recommend going on the days the sales are going on and taking advantage of the tag color that happens to be on sale that particular day. Good luck and happy finds.

Prices have spiraled out of control. They’re even marking items for higher than what the tag sold it for originally.

Demanding change of management...Current manager doesn't reflect the values and ideas of the goodwill brand ..I asked about a waffle iron to feed homeless and if they could donate it to me.. (silverdale goodwill gave up to $30 for free if needed)I asked for help because I don't shoplift and silverdale helpedWhen I tried to do the same thing at the Port orchard location I was told no and to leave and when I came back on another day hoping for a different manager he instead trespassed me from the store and called the cops and the police officer bought me the waffle ironWhen explaining it to the manager about the program that was available in Silverdale I was hoping that they had one like that out here in Port orchard, I was met with hostility and being kicked out and I don't feel that the manager really shares the Goodwill ideology of helping his community and others.I feel that management should be rotated out to somebody who better fits and reflects those ideologies and he should be rotated back to clerk...If I would have known that the manager out here would have trespassed meI would have given shoplifting a lot more consideration

Not a bad place to go if you want to pay retail prices for used objects. I think their prices are shameful. I believe they hide behind their status as a non-profit. Fortunately there are other great non-profit thrift stores in the community.

I'm loving this store. All the employees have been really nice and helpful. The selection of items in all the departments is really good and everything is clean and organized. The prices overall feel good to me, and sometimes I feel like thrift stores are off on that.

Great selection of items. Great staff. Clean store. Very expensive though. Any brand the price tagger recognizes is marked up. Some items are higher than retail.Great selection of Stuff and Clothes Very clean and the team that works there is great!
