I spent over $50 pre ordering a collectable from here several months ago and here I am a month past my release date without my stuff. Gamestop has become an absolute joke and the people running it need to GO. Customer-facing employees are great though, most of them are the nicest people ever.

Staff was polite, selection wasn't super large but it's adequate. It'll work in a pinch if you're looking for something entertaining. Prices are so so. Not bad, not the best.

great customer service, welcomed me in as soon as i entered the building with smiles on their faces! i also got to watch how they communicated with other customers, they connect with each person, they show nothing but respect and happiness as far as i could see, and they all have a great friendly atmosphere within the store, your allowed to be you anyway you are!

I usto go in there the guy was super friendly not so much any more.not sure when they hired new people service was decent but the clerk started complaining about how an older gentleman wasn't using her pronouns and the audacity of it . Like it was his fault and he should know. I then spoke up stating the way older men respected women was different they used honey hon or sweety . To state how beautiful women are. She got ultra offended and her co worker stated "I'm off the clock so I can say something"had to chime in something to the effect of why you so defensive . As if it's my job to just accept her attitude. I have an uncle's and grandfather both used some of these terms. Both are very respectful of women.. this is not okI will not be shopping here again. I guess being reasonable and understanding is not woke enough. Maybe GameStop should do a better job of filtering their applicants.

I usually love Game Stop...call me a nerd if you must, but I love video games! So usually their isn't much that can ruin a trip that involves buying gaming merch..that is until I came to this game stop. The employees are rude and uneducated when it comes to their jobs, and one employee in particular a younger little heaver set female.. really stood out to me when it comes to horrible customer service and overall lack of politeness.. Never Ever coming here again. SMH! I would fire almost everyone who had worked that day no joke.

Was ok. Decent collection of games. While the customer service was very nice, it was a bit pushy with all the extra stuff they ask ya to sign up for. Not to say they didn't deliver it nicely and professionally, just need to read people who aren't interested in joining clubs a bit better.

During my visit cashier EDDY kept trying to upsell me and not listening to me over and over. And then had the same issue with with EDDY a week later at the gig harbor gamestop!

Good store, poor employees.I among other customers asked how many consoles they had available, and we were told it was unknown, and yet the employee went back to the front of the line, and hadn't gone back into the store, talked to those at the front of the line, then he finally told everyone that all 6 consoles were sold out.If an employee has the proper information when they are asked they need to give it, instead of making everyone wait in the rain, when he could have just announced it immediately when asked.

I've been a loyal customer of Gamestop since 2007, mind you at several locations across the country, but that being said, the employees at this location are great. Yes, I know they're " supposed" to be nice and ask any and all customers if they need assistance or help but this location has by far been the best for customer service that Ive seen so far. Ive bought 3, yes I said 3 , new consoles here, the Xbox Series X PS5 AND the Nintendo switch lite, and I have not had any issues with obtaining said consoles, yes, the game selection isn't the best in the world but they're expected to keep inventory of newer stuff, not retro stuff. Gamestop sells retro stuff online, which I am also a huge fan of, but you'll be hard pressed to find that here. Decent layout for what you'd expect to find at your typical Gamestop. Good selection of collectors items as well.

Employee was nice, the store was a lil messy, their pre-owned stock wasn't great, and 6+ year old games at full price. I just remembered why I stopped going and just used Amazon and the console markets.

The return policy alone makes this place completely ignorable. More often than not it feels like they couldn't possibly care less about customers present. Trade-in payout and prices on used items make the hassle of ebay and expense of selling on Amazon well worth it.

The way the pre orders have been handle have been extremely poor. The guy running this store implied that there were more available than there actually was. As soon as you know how many are available, the people should know... so they arent waiting the whole time. Should they choose to stay for whatever the reason, that's on the people.

They have a lot of stuff on display but if you take the box up front more than half the time they don’t have it in stock. This has 100% happened every single time I’m there from keyboards to games to controllers etc. I’m extremely confused why they don’t pull the displays of items they don’t have to stop wasting people’s time. At this point I need to call every time before I go in so I don’t waste my time...

I believe there was only one guy working when I went and he was a ninja! Answering the phone while checking people out AND he made sure I was finding everything okay. He needs a raise lol

Do not do the trade program unless you have no choice or time your best bet is to either sell on fb market place or Craigslist hell even maybe you could sell at a yard sell. They do not pay but a mere fraction of the price you paid even on new or current games or systems if at all. I had to find gas money for an emergency AND THE dude took off over half of the trade price of two items of the sites website for the exact item for (him needing to refurbishOr fix) while I might understand for a disk (still playable only a few Little surface scratches) but he took more than half the disk cost of trade value so a $9 cash trade ended up being$4. The second item was a wireless controller the trade value was $12 he took I think $7, for I don't know what reason because the controller we were last using less then a well prior without issue and there was not any damage anf even had batteries still that worked and no toggle issues or button issues either, then to top it all off i had to prove on (my) phone that Another item I was still tradable and was up on the site as tradable, he claimed it wasn't until I showed him. Horrible place you would get so much more selling your trade ins elsewhere.

Just got back into gaming after like 7 or 8 years and man all the new stuff is crazy!Got a PS5 (not from here though) and a few games and now I'm off into this intense and new updated adventure!
