Eagle removed my old propane furnace and all the ductwork, patched the register and return holes, installed a new heat pump split system and demonstrated how to use it. Bodie - the technician from Eagle Pipe who serviced my inverter was excellent! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the unit. He had me up and running with heat in about 35 minutes, chatted with me about how the unit worked and offered advice on settings and showed me a couple of cool tricks to watch out for. I needed to have my gas line sealed off before replacing my gas stove with an electric stove. PSE gave me the name of three companies with expertise in gas line work. One company told me they were backed up for months, one took a message but didn't respond until many weeks later, and the third, Eagle Pipe Heating & Air, was outstanding in every way. The phone was answered by a real (and very nice) person, I was able to have a phone conversation with a technician before scheduling the work, and an appointment was scheduled the same week. The two men who did the work were fantastic. When they were on their way, I got a text with Mike's photo accompanied by an arrival time and a map tracking the truck's progress. It was great having this information. When they arrived, they successfully sealed a pipe that was not easily accessible. In addition to being very skilled at their craft, they were pleasant people to have in the house. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable. I didn't even ask about cost ahead of time because I was just happy to get it done, but I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost. I have paid more to plumbers who weren't even able to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use them for any future HVAC and gas service needs.

I’ve had a great experience with Eagle Pipe installing a ductless heat pump, from getting an estimate from Shelby, installation with Michael, a fix from Dominic, up to today when I panicked thinking something was wrong and Bodie showed up right away to check everything out and make sure it was all running correctly. I purchased the Thermostat in the hope of installing it, however I was not aware about the compatibility issue since I am not an expert in this matter. I spoke to the technician and was going to reorder another thermostat ( Google Nest) recommended by him and get it reinstalled. The service call charge is based on the completion of the installation, which never happened in this case. I was forced to pay in full for the service call charge of $195 without any consideration.

Michael was on-time, professional, courteous, diligent, and careful working to install a gas log fireplace in my home. He specifically made notes about additional work needed to connect the propane tank when it is in place. He even noted that batteries for the remote were actually not included as per the packaging, but would be when he returned after the tank is positioned. He promised to instruct on the proper operation of the fireplace, the remote, and the nearby gas shut off. I would highly recommend Michael and would definitely be pleased to work with him and Eagle Pipe again should a need arise.

Bodie Schmitt troubleshot and corrected a nagging 3 year old HVAC icing issue. Several visits were made by previous technicians who were unable to diagnose and correct the issue.
