Two or three times has done a TERRIBLE groom on my sister's Shi-chon; absolutely butchered his hair this week, basically shaving him EVERYWHERE, but unevenly, in some places almost to the skin, and cutting around his ears unevenly...just randomly chopped here and there. This is a well kept dog, regular home baths, brushed every day, and cute as can be with a proper groom. But this lady doesn't know the first thing about a proper groom, and at the previous appointment, the worst part was the abrasions to the skin and cutting into the quick of the nails, causing a lot of bleeding. Completely careless handling and incompetence. Makes me wonder if there's something else going on to make him tremble when he arrives.

On very short notice, TLC could take our dog & board her during our week of travel. I was thankful for the reasonable price & the earlier drop off time compared to other boarding options. Thanks for taking care of Misty!

They were able to get my pup right in the same day. He is a large breed, a Rottweiler, and other business have turned us away or made a big deal because of that. They did a wonderful job with his bath and nail trim and quite a bit cheaper then the last place we went with more serivces given. Would highly recommend this grooming shop!

Edit: second time was a totally different experience. Not good. Wish i had gotten the first ladies name .First place I’ve been to where they consider what the dog enjoys - ie not getting blow dried in the face or bow ties put throughout fur. I really like that my dog gets air dried with a fan and offered water after grooming. Groomer greets the dog and lets them get to know her and that’s just the beginning of all the kind details that makes the dog and owner feel at ease. Thank you!

My dog is happy when I pick her up. Owner is a pro dog trainer. Great staff and offer grooming and training classes also. Reasonably priced. So glad to have them in PA!

Got my 2 dogs baths and brushed out here. My dogs have challenges (1 very large and 1 large), so I was really happy about their careful handling. Dogs are clean, soft and smell nice and best of all, not stressed out.

Fabulous place for mail trims, this is the first time my puppy got his nails done by a professional groomer and she handled my doggo so well. Ive never seen him be so calm while getting his nails trimmed. We are boarding him there this weekend and I look forward to updating another great review.

We were traveling through Washington and chose TLC Pet Pros to kennel our 7 Mo old Aussie Bluberry for 2 nights while we went over to Victoria. This was Blu’s first time away from us overnight, but he was treated with lots of love while he was there. He was over the moon happy to see us when we returned, but smelled so nice from his bath and showed no signs of anxiety. Thanks to Alicia he was well cared for, so I would have no hesitation to recommend TLC for grooming, bathing, or overnight kenneling,
