Lovely small, local business pet store with a wide variety of quality items. Patty was friendly and helpful, even with our two little kids and mini dachshund who ran around joyfully exploring everything.Our favorite item purchased a gorgeous colorful handmade collar made by friends of the owner that supports both a Tulum pet rescue nonprofit indigenous workers.We parked in the back and entered through the back door. There were fish, mice, rats and parakeets available for sale, as well as lots of pet items.We will be bringing our pet spending $$ and kiddos here again soon!

Best place locally to get everything for your pet, I have a bearded dragon and this is an excellent place to get super worms and crickets and even hides, especially hides because some places like petco don't have adequate sizes for full sized hides. And you can go on the internet but its hard to get a clear visual that gives you scale.

They are always so friendly and warm to interact with . Not to mention their animals are always in incredible shape. We are fish people for our grandkids and we never have had a bad experience with fish from here. I remember one time seeing one tiny spot on one fish in. The tank and they wouldn’t sell ANY fish from it so that the entire tank was healthy and taken care of first . That’s the sign of an incredible caretaker big time

Miranda and Dawnie were excellent in helping me choose a harness for my bestest girl, Rose! I had been struggling to pick what kind of harness to choose for my girl. I had looked and search and scoured Amazon for days and days to no avail. Unable to decide on a harness, a gentle leader or a Halti. Everything I tried either Rose hated or fit poorly. I came to Patricia‘s Pet Shop and was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes and we were shown the plethora of halters and leads that we were even allowed to try on! Miranda helped me choose the perfect fit!Miranda, the goddess that she is, also got down on her hands and knees on the floor and trimmed Rose’s nails! Rose even picked out her own treat for for her being such a good girl during her dress up time, lol. I recommend this local treasure to anyone who is either stopping through Port Angeles or lives in Port Angeles. This little shop is highly reputable and the ladies go above and beyond to make you and your special loved one feel at home and like you’re furbaby is the best furbaby there ever was! Do not count on a website for that honey one on one, happy warm hearted experience. You’ll never experience it there the way you will at Patricia’s Pet Shop. 10/10 would recommend! Rose and I will be returning for her next nail trim for sure! Thank you so much ladies! You made our day!

Amazing place!! Lady went so far out of her way to help me find a mouse that looked exactly like my son's that went missing, she went above and beyond I thank her so very much! I love LOVE this place. Donnie, Jamie and Miranda are the nicest people on the planet!! I love showing my daughter all of the different animals. She does too. My daughter giggles when she sees all of the animals in the shop.

Rude employees. She was outside smoking a cigarette and refused to sell me dog food because they didn't open for a few min.I guess i'm just used to good customer service, and this place doesn't have it.There is plenty of other places in town to buy dogfood. They just lost a good customer.

Just bought my first bird from here, a baby parakeet. The staff were very helpful when I was researching how to become a bird owner, and they answered every question I had as best they could. They have birds, lots of fish, some reptiles and also rats and mice. I sometimes see guinea pigs and bunnies as well. All of the pets are treated very well. The prices are also not bad at all. Overall, very nice shop, 11/10

There's so many cool animals here. They have a lot of fish that are always in cycle of having new arrivals. And they have so many sweet birdies. And the people that run this store are so sweet and helpful. They also have a bunch of cool reptiles and let supplies. Good prices too.

A small percentage higher in price. But, it is a family run store!!! Wanna pay more and be a corporate shill, go ahead. I just got my 4.5 month GSD puppy in and she was horrible, but they helped and we got her nails did.I will return as the staff are animal lovers and are excited to assist you.

We got my mom her birthday present there! A beautiful bird, the staff even gave us background info on previous owners, name, age and favorite snacks that the bird liked! Super friendly staff and adorable little shop.

Patricia’s is the best! They are always friendly and helpful. They have a great line of products for all different types of animals. Their prices on dog and cat food are fantastic and if they don’t have the kind you are looking for they will do their best to find it and order it in for you. They have been special ordering cat food for me for over a year and they always have it in the back for me which saves me a drive to Sequim and keeps my money in local businesses which I appreciate.

I LOVE this place! Always makes me happy to go in and be greeted by Trigger. Staff are friendly and helpful, they carry Stella and Chewy’s pet food (my cat and dogs BOTH love it) and a nice variety of toys for the ‘kids’.

Patricias has awesome customer service. To anyone who thinks prices are to high, you need to learn a thing or two about Bulk ordering. The more you order the lower the price. When you have a locally owned pet store you don't buy like say Petco. Particles store has reasonable prices and the best products out there. And the managers Donnie and Jamie are awesome people. And go out of there way to help and make sure you get what you ask for. And to compare them to other pet store, there is NO comparison. Thank you ladies for everything you do for our furry friends.

Was hoping we would be able to use this store for our source for pet products because we live so close by. I did a sweep of the place and overall it seems clean, they carry a decent range of quality products and i was excited.... until i saw they sold puppies. I can't support this and give them my business. No ethical breeder will allow their puppies to be sold in pet stores. They either come from byb or puppy mills. Really disappointed.
