They are not professional enough to meet the standards that a car requires. They delivered the work that my Dodge Hell cat and Chevy Sprint cars required incomplete. I DO NOT recommend this place. I will have to pay again for what they did. I don't trust the incomplete work they did on my cars. I will take it to real professionals to diagnose the work they did and check all the work done poorly. I don't recommend this place.

Great Service. However, the text message evaluation resulted in me fatfingering the link that was for negative comments. So, great job on my vehicle, but your evaluation system sent out via text message is likely to result in erroneous feedback.

I highly recommend Tri-Cities Battery & Tire Pros in Pasco for any automotive work. Past attempts to get something done somewhere else sooner, cheaper, to help out a friend, or on advice from someone else have resulted in excess time and money needlessly spent in the long run, only to have TCB fix the mess-ups. From now on I will use Tri-Cities Battery for all my automotive repairs (and get it right the first time). Thanks especially to Joe, who has given me excellent advice and service.

Seems like they attended a lot of seminars and received rewards which means trustworthy! Person at the front is very kind and friendly. They have a place to seat and rest in the store. They also do have wifi for customers! They do the check up for FREE! Would like to come back again to check my car! 10/10 Finally we could head back to our town! TYSM! Very helpful!

I had a grinding noise coming from one my tires that just appeared while driving, I pulled into Tri-Cities to see if they could check it out. Even with all their bays full they asked if I could hang out for a few and they would try to squeeze me in. Within a few minutes they had my truck up on the rack and tracked down I had picked up a rock in my front caliper and had me fixed in under 20 minutes. If you need great service, definitely stop by and let them help you out!! Thanks for the assistance!

I took my car for an inspection, they charged me more than 400 dollars to put gas in the A/C system, they told me they would return in 2 days, when I picked up my car they stole all my belongings such as cell phone chargers, sunglasses and more . belongings, when I went to complain they only said that they did have evidence of what was stolen!!! Those guys are disgusting!!!

I've known this location almost all of my life. Great people doing fantastic work and honest as they come. Our service took a few hours but had a lot of stuff done correctly unlike a few other places I've been. Waiting room is small, fits 3 people, but homey and pleasant. Vending machine available and coffee. Very communicative to our needs and did not take advantage to the lack of knowledge I had about our vehicle. Best of all!!!!!! They don't upcharge ridiculous amounts for trivial parts. I will certainly return.

I would give this a no star if possible. I arrived today at 4:10 pm to buy a battery cable.. The door was locked but a customer was inside. The sign says closed at 5:30 pm. When they came out, unlocking the door, I asked him if he would please sell me a battery cable He said sorry, its hot we are closed. I repeated myself saying please all I want is a cable. He said sorry it's hot out and we are closed. I said I know, I just got done working 8 hours in the heat ,I know it's hot but all I need is a cable. He said sorry., and locked the door. So I drove 1 mile down the road to Standard Battery, Advise..drive the mile to Standard Battery for good customer service

I came here because my van broke down and my insurance company sent me here for a diagnosis. They checked my spark plugs etc and found nothing wrong. I was able to drive fine again and reached my destination. Ended up taking the vehicle into a different shop cause it started to break down again(luckily near where I needed to be). They found that my ignition coils were bad. And that's why my van felt like It was dieing on the freeway (supposedly they can cause a vehicle to have a rough idling and cause it to have an engine misfire) which was exactly what happened to me... you can still use a bad ignition coil but may need to reset it. When this place checked my spark plugs it reset it.. the reason for the poor rating is I ended up paying them over 100.00 to diagnose my vehicle and they didn't find/fix it. If your having car problems maybe find somewhere else to go. Tires and a battery check then this place should be fine.

Complete dirtbags here. They sell weak, sub-standard over-priced batteries, with a one year warranty. If a battery fails within a year or two, it is defective, but if your Tri-City battery fails in just over one year, the customer eats the price. Do yourself a favor and go to AAW and get a good Interstate battery with an honest warranty. These guys are crooks, preying on women. You have been warned. Stay away.

I live out of state and had these guys do a pre-purchase inspection for me. They were very thorough and great to deal with. I ended up talking to one of the techs on the phone going over details of the car for quite a while. I purchased the vehicle and they were spot on with their inspection. Great shop.

This business helped save our road trip! We were near Pasco when we developed a coolant leak. They got us right in and provide us and our dog an air conditioned waiting room. In 2 hours we were back on the road. They were nice, professional and competent. An excellent business!

I bought an alternator almost a year ago through these guys. Then a relay problem burned up that alternator, and even though their part was not faulty they replaced my alternator at no cost and helped me figure out where the short was at that burned up the last one.Their alternator technician is an apparent Master of his trade. Within a few small suggestions based on his experience we found the short. His calm and kind demeanor made the experience here wonderful.Don't hesitate, stop in and find out for yourself. Just beware of the very tiny parking lot.

We have gotten a couple things done, replaced a gel pack battery and got some cables run through the fire wall to hook up radios and an inverter installed at the same time. They did it quickly and fully to expectation.
