Very very poor service. First visit was canceled and rescheduled. Then canceled again. Then we got in. Hair cut was way shorter then asked for. But I take the dog's to the vet there and love there service.So I was going to try again and it was canceled. So I tried one more time was canceled again twice in one day. Then was told that day (they can't schedule me again because they aren't taking new clients right now.)🤔 I said 🤷‍♂️ I am a client. They said you have only been in once. 🤦‍♂️ That's because you KEEP canceling the appointment. So yes never again. On top of this she was rude. I guess customer service is dead.

Worst experience ever! Treated our family pet horribly. Scissor cuts on toes and ears. Canceled on us 4 times then charged extra for extra matting… after they prolonged the appointments. If we had cancelled on them they charge a $65 fee. But can canon you within the hour of your appointment. Manager is hypocritical at best.. dishonest at the least.

Three bad experiences, will never go back. On one occasion I was quoted $65 on the phone for a grooming on our 10lb Shihtzu. When my husband picked him up we were charged $80. On the second occasion, I arrived to my appointment on time only to be told “sorry, your groomer Brianna called out sick today and we don’t have anyone else to groom him”. Blamed staffing shortage. I understand missing work when sick of course, but it would have been nice to be notified the groomer was out sick prior to me packing up my children and dog in the car and driving to the appointment. But I decided to give them one last chance, and this was definitely third strike and out. After the last time Brianna cancelled on me, she reached out a few days later to reschedule. The day of my appointment she called me 15 mins before my appointment time and cancelled on me because “she was running behind and couldn’t work late”. I said seriously you’re cancelling on me last minute again, 2 times in a row? Begged her to still see him at a later time same day as this was my only day off and I also have a busy work schedule and personal schedule with 2 children of my own. She refused to see him, still said she was just too far behind and couldn’t work late. So then I asked to speak to the manager Hailey and explained to her what was going on, how Briana was now cancelling on me again for the second time in a row. I asked her if there was anyone else available, any way he could please some how still be seen today? Her response was “honestly, I’m sorry but I’m a habitual rescheduler too, so my best advice for you is to just find another groomer, there’s nothing I can do for you”. WOW. So be aware, they’re unreliable, unprofessional, and will cancel your appointments last minute and the manager won’t care because apparently she’s guilty of it too! Also, they send out a reminder text for their appointments stating if you need to reschedule, they require 24 hours notice and if you don’t come to your appointment you’ll be subject to a $65 fee. Wild that they have the nerve to say that since they clearly don’t hold the same requirements for themselves.I then called Petco and they scheduled me for 3 days from now no problem. When I told them about my terrible experience with Blylee’s pet grooming, they said “we have had 6 people just this month schedule with us and tell us a very similar bad experience with that place!” Hopefully the employees and manager of Blylee’s will learn from their mistakes and learn to respect and honor their commitments.

Sadly I have to say this place is not up to a code when it comes to sanitary and cleanliness. I was taking my dog there because our favorite groomer moved to work there, but after 2 different times my poodle contracted an eye infection and skin problem, I realized I can’t take my dog there. We changed grooming place and it never happened to my dog again. If you see their condition, you’ll know what I mean.

We've been using Blylee's since they took over the grooming at our vet on Sandifur, in the beginning we had no problems but the last 2 times were not a good experience. And now our 4 pound puppy cost $80.00 which is a bit expensive. Bye-bye Blylee's

We've been taking our dogs here for a couple of years and have always been happy with the results.The staff is friendly, helpful and takes really good care of our pups, as if they were their own.

10/10 amazing place would recommend to anyone amazing groomers Ally did my dads dog today and let me tell you fibe is feeling amazing she looks great and feels great and it was her first time with a groomer and ally 100% did her best in making my dog feel comfortable she looked like a homeless good came out looking like a new pup ❤️

Very unprofessional. They require 24 hr notice or cusomer pays full fee, which is understandable. However, as the manager said, she is a "habitual rescheduler", and thinks nothing of cancelling on the customer last minute, literally when you arrive to the appointment or maybe 15 minutes before. Your customer's time is valuable too. Please give them the same courtesy you ask for.

My cat had an awesome grooming experience here! I brought her in for a bath and brushing, which came with a claw trim. My cat was unhappy and nervous going in, but she was beaming with delight coming out. She clearly had a pampered spa day and she loved the people taking care of her. I love that i only had to wait a couple days between scheduling and the appointment itself. I'll be coming back here for sure!!

We have used Blylee's for our dogs grooming on two occasions. The counter service and grooming were acceptable. The difficulty is both appointments were made 6-8 weeks in advance. Both appointments were rescheduled for different times at their request the day before. Both times they claimed they were having "staffing issues". We decided to try a third time. Made the appointment six weeks in advance. The day before the appointment they changed the time from noon to 10 am. I arrived at 10 am. They said the appointment had been actually changed to 8 am. Again, "staffing issues" caused the appointment changes. They said the confusion of the the time change was a misunderstanding. I left with my dogs and will not be back. Clearly there is a significant MANAGEMENT ISSUE at this business. We changed to Blylee's from our previous groomer out of convenience due to Blylee's close proximity to our new home. There is no convenience to using Blylee's regardless of how close in distance they are to us. We are taking our business back across the river. It will be inconvenient, but we can rely on the management of our previous grooming business.

After my groomer canceled on me three times in 3 months, I was desperate for my dog to be groomed! The other groomer could only rebook me weeks out each time he canceled, but Jessica got me in with an appointment in 4 days! She was great! My dog loved her and he looked so great when I picked him up! Jessica was courteous, professional and very quick! Old groomer took 4 hours for my 7 lb shih tzu but she was done in 2 hours! Already booked my second appointment with Jessica!

This place no longer does grooming. We had taken our dog there for years. There were previous ownership changes but we were still happy with the service. This last ti.e all they did was shave my dog, entirely. She had long balc fur before that was soft and beautiful. She came home with 1/2 inch stubble. Never going back

I took my 22 week puppy to get groomed and was very disappointed. They didn’t finish the grooming. I had asked for a whole body trim and they only trimmed the face, feet and under body. He had small cuts underneath. They clipped his nails, but missed one and another nail was dangling. Not sure what happened during the grooming. I don’t think they bathed him because he did not smell good when I picked him up. The groomer did mention that they didn’t want to traumatize him so they stopped. I couldn’t wait to pick him up and smell how good he smelled, but that didn’t happen. I wasn’t impressed with the groomers here. I will add that the staff was friendly though.

I've been a customer since it became Blylees. And prior to that with Classy Critter and Shannon's. For over a year Jessica has groomed my dog. Jessica is an outstanding groomer. Since I work M-F, I need a Sat appt. 2 months ago I show up to the appointment and I'm told Jessica doesn't work Saturdays and isn't there to groom my dog. They had another groomer available. No one called to tell me. So my choices were to have an unknown groom my dog or leave. I let her groom my dog, she did a good job. Not Jessica good, but good. So I made another appt with her. Today I show up and I'm waiting 15 min for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Which I hate, because my dog has anxiety issues. The person who i scheduled with was working on another dog, who's owner was waiting. Apparently his appt was 2 hrs earlier. The groomer was going back and forth between rooms, doesn't acknowledge I'm there. Finally, someone came to the reception counter to check in my dog. I'm thinking, there is no way my dog is going to get groomed anytime soon, and I do not want her in a kennel, due to her anxiety. Today I took my dog and left. I guess they were down a groomer, who just walked out. I know those 2 groomers were working hard and having to deal with the problem is not their fault. BUT my groomer, walked past me several times, without acknowledging us. She should have stopped and explained the issue. I don't blame them so much, as I blame management. Where was the manager? This place used to be so great, but the customer service is really lacking. They are not cheap either. So now I'm going to find another groomer. I do not want to subject my dog to inconsistencies.

Everyone was really friendly and treated my dog like family. She's a yellow lab and sheds like crazy, but when she came out of there she was smelling good and shedding was tamed way down. Only thing is that it's a bit expensive but service is great!

I made an appointment well in advance for my long haired cat to be groomed. I made it very clear that this is what I wanted. I was even given a price quote for the service. I called that morning to verify when my appointment was. They asked if I could possibly come early. I did. When I arrived with my cat, they did not have the proper appointment booked. He was only scheduled for a nail trim. I know that everyone makes mistakes, but this was ridiculous.especially given that I showed up a full half an hour early to accommodate them. Ridiculous. Completely ridiculous.

Our Dog has not had much experience at a groomers and he did fine! They really let us know what to expect and when we picked up our boy he was happy and clean and the goomer told us how we should clean his ears. We were very happy and the price was right as well. Very pleased!

I took my six year old yorkie to have him groomed. I have never seen such poor service ever. They practically shaved him. He smelled like he hadn't been bathed and his hair was crooked all over. Will never go back and recommend that you not take your pet there. Our dog is like our child. He was scheduled for 1:00 pm didn't even start until 3:00 pm. I'm just disgusted with this place.

We had a rude awakening yesterday... Our girls came in to our room shouting that our Peek-a-poo had been sprayed by a skunk! We put him in the crate, called Classy Critters and they made an emergency visit for us! They got him in quick and were very understanding about the situation. They treated our little Sammy with love the entire time. I don't know how, but they got the stink out of him and groomed him too. Since we brought him home our little girls keep saying, "oh look! Isn't he so cute?!" Classy Critter is the best! I'm so glad they are here in Pasco. I would recommend them to anyone. Very loving, very professional.

They’re so good with my senior lab. They don’t rush and both my dogs like going there! I live in north Richland and it’s worth the drive over! They were recommended by our professional dog sitter

We have been taking our poodles to Classy Critter for at least 5 years. They do a fabulous job and are always very kind to our dogs. Another reviewer stated that they are abusive, which is certainly not the case!

I have a miniature schnauzer who is getting older and she is VERY anxious at the groomer. I know she is a lot of work and not easy to deal with. Jessica always takes the time my dog needs and she always looks so beautiful after. Thank you Jessica!

My dog is so much happier now that he doesn't go here! He would be so nervous! He loves his new groomer! This place is always too busy, and VERY rude. I heard some bad things about a groomer there.... one word... abusive! That's sad! No wonder my dog would come home so thirsty! YOU ARE NOT TO KEEP DOGS IN THE DRYER FOR EVER! OR SMACK THEM AROUND! Yeah, I heard about that just today... Never again will my dog go to this place! It's funny when my dog is so relaxed after a "good" grooming.... He was so upset and nervous after leaving your groomer! BAD, BAD, BAD! I'm going to let everyone I know not to bring their dog there! The place should be shut down!

The store carries a lot of supplies and food. Everyone was wearing a mask and they were very helpful. I had my pups nails trimmed and he goes back for a bath next week.
