The staff there is top shelf. Always helpful and bend over backwards to be a community store. They don't have to, as that's the only chain store in town, but they do it because they care about their community.

2 yrs ago: Shelves were empty ☹️12/20/22: Don't know why I even try. I had to go across the street to the gas station to find canned food that I was looking for😢10/25/22: shelves are still empty! How these guys still in business is beyond me. We have no grocery stores in this town, but yet their shelves can be condensed to equal the same amount as the gas station🤷🏿‍♂️.

Half the machines are broken the change machine doesn't work no out of order sign. Inside and outside of the washers are really dirty honestly if you can find anywhere else at all do it

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Sales woman was very happy and cheerful. I can't remember her name but, her and I giggled about our heights. I was in heels and was taller than her, I'm normally shorter than 5 ft. Nice to be treated as a person and not just another dollar bill.

Im looking at all these Karen’s who are coming on this review site to cry and police everyone. STOP, if you have your mask on don’t worry about anyone else around you. People have to learn how to mind their OWN business and quit crying about everything thing you cannot control. With that said the store is a real blessing for the community, they are a Dollar General they carry everything you can think of for a small community. Being a new store they will get the freight and shelves straight as they figure out supply and demand. Thanks to the great staff and we appreciate you in our community!!!

Our little community is so blessed to have this Dollar General here. It’s so convenient for all those who are passing through our little town. It carries everything we need. We don’t have to go so far to getting odds and ends. And I think it couldn’t have opened at a better time. And although Harry will always remain the heart of the town, we are truly grateful to have him. ❤️❤️❤️

Best place to get into a fist fight. The cashiers double as refs and the other customers root for their favorites. I have seen three matches and participated in one myself. Wish I could give even more stars. Also had cheap motor oil. Better prices than autozone.

Dollar General staff are always so helpful at this location. They have a great variety of items and at a great price. I'd rather come here than drive into the nearest shopping area which is roughly 30 mins away.

The store was clean. Staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The GM made you feel as of you were life friends. The variety and selections were better than we were expecting. There was even a good selection for the baby.

amazing prices and clean store! I consider the Dollar General stores like a mini Walmart. But for all the small town folks! I definitely recommend you check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Visited this morning, and my experience has left me feeling appalled. Employee with mask pulled down, coughing as she walked all over store. Upon approaching the checkout, I politely asked if she could pull mask up. She told me she might give me incorrect change if she did that. Went on to say that it doesn't make a difference. I inquired who was the manager. She informed me that she was. Her name was Marnie. The most unprofessional, rude, and belligerent employee I have ever encountered.

I liked it better then the dollor store. Theres way more stuff. Not everythings a dollor but the prices were low, the shelves were organized and it was easy to find things. They also have a decent selection of house decor stuff.

Nothing negative about this store. I was hesitant when I heard they were opening up here in Oakville, but to my surprise, I was blown away at the tiny little treasure we now have for this community. I will ALWAYS support Harrys Grocery, the "O.G." here in Oakville, but anything he lacks in stock (although he has about everything needed) You can find it at Dollar General. Thank you as well to the wonderful employees, you are always helpful and happy 😊 we appreciate you!

Do to the storeanager her first name being nicky I would strongly suggest no one using the credit cards or debit cards she should never be trusted I personally wouldn't allow my best friend to use hers today after I noticed her she has always been unstable mentally and a thief just a far warning to everyone don't trust her this was the store in Oakville Washington.
