I spend a lot of money here. More geared to construction side of things where Lowes is more geared to better finishes. These stores still need more work in customer service. Employees everywhere but you have to track them down to ask questions most of the time. This place has gotten way better in service than it's competitor Lowes

I have been a Home Depot customer for as long as I can remember. The main reason for that is the level of customer care I receive. Associates at the Oak HJarbor store are generally better than even other Home Depot Stores. But Blayne, the morning manager there set an even higher bar on a recent visit.I had just spent untold hours over the past several days trying to find someone to service a product I bought at the Oak Harbor store. In the end I could find no one closer that 50 miles would service the products. I was angry, frustrated and about to ponce on anyone who could resolve my issue immediately.Then along came Blayne. He listened to my problem and was courteous pleasant and ver empathetic. We discussed the problem and arrived at a solution that worked for both of us. What had started out as an unpleasant experience turned into a very productiver and positive one. Many thanks to Blayne and to Kenneth Orgill, the store manager, for having people like Blayne working at his store.

Grandma and I went looking for a big, vibrant, beautiful fake Christmas Tree this year and found exactly what we came for! Sadly once we got home and set it all up we went to turn it on and a huge section of the trees lights did not work so we had to return it for a new one and they made the exchange no problem, they were really great about the whole thing and they were even about to close for the night but waited for us so we could still decorate as a family that night like we had planned. Thanks home depot, Christmas is special to my family and I. Happy holidays Home Depot💗

Frustrating. 8 out of 10 staff don't know stock. Or location. They point u somewhere and do not verify validity.Used to love home depot. Now it houses warm bodies who rarely know how to use anything let alone make recommendations for your project. Arghhhh.

Their selection on string trimmers isn’t very large, basically only 2-3 brands (the website lists many more). The staff was very helpful and professional. Answered all my questions as best they could. Walked away with something I hope will fit my needs. Return policy seems to be good.

Shout out to the lumber department! While I loaded 1500 bucks in wood the the guy who works in lumber with long hair cruised around in the electric cart. He cruised by me while I was loading 20 2x10’s and I said hey man you’re really killing it! James helped me the other day and he was awesome. Ken always helps he’s awesome, and so is Connie.

A great store to get supplies. The layout is different than the store in Snohomish, so still getting lost looking for things. Luckily the lumber area is the same 😉

Great place to run in for quick shopping. We are camping at session pass and ran in for great price on firewood and some lights for our trailer. Highly recommended great location great hours and fantastic customer service.

check out was great however after i noticed we didn’t receive the deal of the succulents.i had my husband go to the car while i just go to get a price adjustment.thinking it was an easy fix. it was not. the man (didn’t get his name but he was bald)at the return check out was so rude and i explained the situation. he told me he needed the items he o be able to complete what i’m asking however i have worked customer service and know that you can also just adjust the items with the sku number. i’m very irritated because it was their error to begin with and for them to be so rude and unapologetic really upset me. nice to know there are no other options and you are choosing to not help me to the best of your ability.

Quick in and out and layout of store makes it easy to find things. Good customer service. Had a big shed loaded in my truck today. The two people did a very nice job load and taking care not to damage anything. I shop here every week and have never had a bad experience.

It's to bad you can not buy a small number of some items. You have to buy in gross. (nuts,bolts,screws, ect). Very helpful and friendly comester service.

Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and where things are. I love that they are so friendly with everyone that comes in. On the plus side they give military/veteran/military family discount. Each time I have gone in for something I always end up picking up a few more things that I didn't realize I needed. There are so many products to choose from it's nice to not be stuck with one brand of products.

Are you kidding me with their carpet installation subcontractor??? Romanoff Renovations. Worst. Company. Ever. Said they’d be there 10-12. Showed up at 4. Said 3 hour job, it was a 6 hour job. When we asked to reschedule, they wanted us to live with our house torn up for 4 days before they could come back at their convenience. They are a good enough reason to not buy your carpet at Home Depot. Period. If I could do zero stars I would.

Went there 6 times over several days to make a payment on my Home Depot account, because each time they remembered that something else was needed to do so. In the end they still could not do it. Incompetent and useless customer service in this store. Will never go in this store again.
