Got gas in Kalama where I had breakfast nearby on a drive to Seattle, so really didn't need to get gas: but I can't resist stopping at Love's on a road trip. Before a road trip, I always look for every operational Love's Travel Stop. The number 2 reason I stopped there was because it is a smart driving technique to go to gas stations where you know/researched the details of the route so you can keep the directions in your head as being second to WATCHING TRAFFIC. Going with that technique makes the road a lot safer for you and everybody around you, and it makes the gas stop more comfortable as part of your drive. The station is a pretty much a "been there, done that" Love's, but it is in nice rural and arboreal surroundings with only a hint of trucking industry with other truck stops nearby. It was worth the "unnecessary stop" because the research idea makes me feel good about being a pro driver and I had a valid excuse to get off the road for a while in rural Southern Washington state.💛❤

Nicest truck stop experience I've ever had! The restrooms were super clean and everything worked perfectly, the cashier greeted me on the way in and out. Very well run. 👏

Great place for food, rest, fuel. The semitruck parking lot is not to big. They have a Carl's jr burgers restaurant. Hot showers. DEF available at this location easy access from i5 . Also there is a tire shop for semitrucks. CAT scale available too.

This Love's Travel Center has everything from Taco Bell to Starbucks" as well as Carl's Jr's and Tire Care Service and right off the I-5 Interstate. Cat Scale and Truck Parking

Clean bathroom. Easy access from I 5. High speed diesels pump for semi. Inside store very organized. Great place to stop for fuels and restroom break.

I went in to get one single marker light and Dot inspection there was bunch of mechanics I can’t the were busy the mechanic who was working on my truck took more than an hour to change simple marker light and charge me $169This is ripping

Called on Monday having a problem with my starter what I thought , was transferred to a mechanic Taylor we talked a few minutes on what might be the problem . Took it next day yesterday Tuesday , checked in a few Hours later taylor got at it with another mechanic Ben . They worked on it but both want it to get it fixed not just replaced the starter which looked like it still good but they did a great job . But Taylor before leaving told me hey let me know how it goes if you still have problems let me know call me tomorrow regardless. Guess what he called me today early Wednesday I knew it was him ,I answered we talked how the truck is doing . This young man like his job and cares about customers with passion .from 1 to 10 I’ll give him an eleven or better . I like to see that in a shop that they do care . Been trucking over 30 years And I appreciate an unique location and top notch service ..

This place has the best souvenir's and variety of stuff. Which is the only reason i’m placing stars. The guy that worked the checkout at 1353 on 8/26/23 must’ve been having the worst day of his life. It was not busy and he was not nice. I don’t like basic conversation for an idea, but this guy couldn’t even give me basic common courtesy.

Excellent customer service!! Everyone helpful and polite. Well stocked AND clean store. Bathrooms are very clean. At 7 p.m., Thursday night, I only had one person ahead of me. Truck parking is not the greatest. Busy spot. I got lucky. Fuel lanes are clean and stocked. Squeegees could probably be replaced, water too. Mechanic shop closes at 10 pm Tire tech will be on call tonight, no extra charge. Thanks!!

I stopped for gas and use the restroom. When I travel, I prefer to stop here as its safe and clean :)I decided I wanted something warm to eat and so I grabbed something here as well... I tried one of the Grilled Chicken Sandwiches/Burgers and it was fantastic!

Clean bathrooms. Not the worst gas prices in the world. Can't speak on the trucker services here as I stop in here on my commute to work.Sometimes they have a decent selection of hot food, sometimes not. I think it depends on who is working. There is a Subway, Chester's Chicken, and Godfather's Pizza here. The Subway is decent, quick service. The Chester's has always been pretty good, I like their tenders and fried okra.I never have an issue finding parking for my car here, even during rush hour.

Showers are great. Lots of extra parking in surrounding businesses. Safe. The shop is always helpful. Coffees always brewing. Very nice staff. They take pride cleanliness. Management works just as hard as anybody. Love this location

Great place to stop for gas and pick up snacks/drinks. Their restrooms are always clean, and they have a shelf full of kids toys that are reasonably priced. I find the staff very friendly and helpful!!On a side note, I love the fact that a drive-thru Starbucks is located in a small strip mall accessed from their parking lot.

Good place to stop for gas, soda, and snacks. They have a rewards card that you can use for discounts and getting points for free stuff including free drinks and showers. If you truck truck for a living and there are a few Love's stores along your route, it will be beneficially for you to fill up there. At the platinum tier, (not real hard to get if you drive semi 5 days a week and probably 200 miles a day), you get a free shower everyday and a free drink refill everyday. Staff always welcomes you into the store and for the most part, are super friendly. I've had one gal who seemed too busy and flustered to listen to my concern and just flat out said, I don't have time to add your points to your account. But it's happened only once and everyone is entitled to have at least one bad day. This day, I think, was hers. Usually, the store and bathrooms/showers are mostly clean but usually busy, so it is hard to keep a place so busy perfectly clean, but they do a good job of trying. A nice facility. Always enjoy coming to Loves.

Hey! Here's something helpful and pleasing for you truckers out there. I'm retired... basically disabled but not useless, yet. Can't stand being alone with myself at home so from time to time I do some picking up and delivery service for door dash. I delivered some fast, still quite warm Kentucky Fried Chicken to a long haul truck driver out at Love's Travel Stop. Of course I can only speak of my personal experience... but I'm fast! I'm really good at this...being fast I mean. My customer I guess was extremely thankful for that. Not two minutes after finishing up with that I get a message from Door Dash corp. I'm to return to Love's and speak with the gentleman I just left. A first for me but so I returned. I don't have a CB in my truck I think I would have enjoyed what was said. I returned to town after that to pickup orders for 3 more truck drivers. as a humble man the particulars along with any gratuity was a surprise...a really nice one at that... because I'm fast... ☺️

Anytime i go into this store, some employee will welcome you in. And if your ready to check out, they drop what they are doing or at least, acknowledge you and politely let you know they will be right there. Always coffee available, and lots of choices of snacks, beverages and hot foods.Clean shower rooms, nice and dry before you are let in, towels and paper goods are always stocked.Leave these workers a tip. They deserve it, for the attitudes of so many people that are impatient to this quality services they provide. Love it!

Was sent here for repairs. Mechanic did his job.Parking was easy to find and even easier to park.Was stuck here for 3 days do to my company.In those 3 days I witnessed incredibly rude customer service by both LOVES management and Carl’s Jr. employees.I’m use to self centered rude people.I just haven’t gotten use to rude people who chose/choose to work in customer service.

Newer Truck Stop. Clean Places, Friendly Faces. Our Cellular Internet did not work (ATT) , 2 bars. Paid for the WiFi and that was spotty at best. Sucks to be without Internet, but it is a great facility with a shop.

Was very tasty!! We had the Southwest bacon burgers. It was delicious, everything was freshly cooked. I haven't had a BBQ sauce burger in a long time that I liked but me and hubby both enjoyed it!! Friendly and professional staff.

Terrible. Don't even have air for your tires. Dirty. If you need anything fixed however simple expect to lose half your day. Go somewhere else
