I tried to see if they would order some hardware for me, m8 x 1.25 x 60 socket cap bolts, they had 5 in the box and I need 8. He said I could go to another hardware store because they just ordered. Not really helpfulEdit: Got everything at Selah, will probably skip this Ace in the future. Way better selection, you get a greeting and someone always comes by to ask if you need any help. It makes a difference. Plus they had no issue getting me hardware.

A small hardware store conveniently located and carrying a surprisingly large selection of items. Whether I stop by or call, there is always a helpful person to answer questions or look for an item. I’d say Oak Creek Ace is the crown jewel of Naches.

Oak Creek Ace Hardware is my first stop for projects. I've been buying stuff there since it opened. It's a big store with a great selection of home maintenance gear (and more) and the closest hardware store to the cabin areas east of Mt. Rainier. If Ace wasn't in Naches I'd always have to go double the distance to Yakima/Union Gap for supplies. As an extra bonus, the employees are friendly and work hard to make sure my visit is smooth. Ace is the place!

Prices are a bit more than big department stores but the quality of service and the helpful and kind staff along with that small town more than make up for the prices. The best part of shopping here is you don't have to go to Yakima 😃

Walked in to buy a heavy duty stapler and staple remover. The young guy was VERY helpful in trying to find a match. Found a $29 stapler in the rack on sale for $14 and thought it a good deal and picked up staples as well. At check out got charged full price. Cashier called for manager when I questioned why it was marked at lower price. Manager(?) said "well it was on sale in July but we forgot to take the tags down." Really?! Two month's later and I'm wrong? Other employees great, but I won't go back there.

The folks here are very nice and friendly. Customers are treated with respect and the staff is always willing to help, but don't hover. Great community vibe. I always find what I need there. Great job all, keep it up!

I needed oil for my car but didn't want to go inside the store because I am trying to isolate so I can take care of high risk family members. I called from the parking lot and the clerk looked for what I needed, came out to get my card to run the charge and brought the oil out to me! He even checked to see if I needed help putting it in my car! Super mice folks!

I was a bit surprised by this great store. They have a great selection of those items that I expect to find at an ACE HW. We were vacationing in the area and I found such a great deal on a Bradley 4 rack, digital smoker. Got for less than I could at Amazon.

This place has a little bit of everything, including the only 9mm ammunition I could find throughout the entire county... friendly and helpful staff as well, and they're prices aren't outrageous like other small town stores in the region.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT!! Thank you so much for helping us out. We stopped for a pit stop. Coming back out to the bikes. I looked at my wife's bike and noticed a bulge on her front tire.Meaning could blow the tire. You let us park her bike in your fenced locked area for the night. We all want to say a HUGE THANK YOU!!

Good place to go if you live in the area for that one thing you need to complete a project. For that convenience, you're going to pay higher prices. That's the only reason they get 4 stars rather than 5, but I consider that to be fair.
