Today while in Moses Lake for vet visits I needed to stop at basin feed for some supplies for our larger animals at the rescue. While at Basin Feed I realized that I had a very flat front passenger side tire. While I called for help and was waiting for Les Schwab, they did what they could and were able to find a pump to help get me on the road quicker due to the Heat and the fact that I had animals with me. Thank you so much to the crew at basin feed!Always doing what they can to support our rescue and the animals that we save. Today they went above and beyond to help us during an emergency situation and I am forever grateful!

Awesome store... amazing inventory... great prices... good energy flowing among team members... super helpful... found what I was looking to feed my deers and also they have puppies for sale (dogs, cats and rabbits).... they are adorable. A must stop place for all your garden and pets supplies needs. Congratulations on such a cool place to buy cowboy stuff!!!UPDATE:Went yesterday looking for a healthy option to feed my cats and Mr Chase at the front desk was very helpful and offer us several healthy and natural options and also a few options in natural remedies to have at home for healing my pets.🤠 🌠

Great local little feed store I support them whenever I have time and they have a specialty item that I need. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part on the products that they Carrie they have a whole line of pet products, pet toys, and you're basic farm needs. Check em out they get a 5 out of 5 .

The store has good inventory but the customer service is one of the worst in town. I always am amazed at how unfriendly the staff is.Additionally they sell puppies out of a galvanized tub that cost hundreds of dollars and have only basic information and they don’t screen potential owners. Besides the fact that Moses Lake has a ton of strays and a shelter that is filled past capacity. The shelter is so full they don’t come get stray dogs and tell you to just leave them. Basin Feed could be a responsible community member and instead partner with the shelter to help find homes for animals instead of adding to the problem. There is a reason their parking lot is often empty, and it isn’t the issue of inventory.

I love walking into Basin Feed and being greeted by people who has made the effort to remember who my family and I are. A couple more perks to Moses Lake Basin Feed is that my questions are always validated and answered appropriately, the location is super convenient, and the product is always high quality. I do recommend Basin Feed for your animal feed needs and more.

The man working here today was so rude and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for asking a question about chicken feed (and I was being so polite myself). I felt pressured to buy what he suggested and to do so with haste. There were no other customers in the store at that time. I've heard that other employees are nice at this location, and the prices are decent. I'll never be back due to that one employee's attitude though.

I called today to see if they had grass hay and the young man behind the counter said yes. When I traveled into town and asked for it, he stated they sold out yesterday. When I told him I called first before I traveled in, he blamed his mistake on the warehouse kid, like he was the one who answered the phone. All he said was sorry about that and have a nice day. These kids don’t care that I traveled in from out of town. All they care about is the hourly wage they are getting and not the care of the customer. I’m glad we have Pearson Farm and Fence off of Stratford we can go to get feed. This is what you get when you have kids running the front counter.

Basin Feed Moses Lake is my favorite store. Family owned and great service. The owners go above and beyond to work for the customers and the level of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Quality products and convenience makes this a pretty much one stop shop for most of my regular needs. If it’s something out of the norm, the owners don’t hesitate to order whatever it is in for me. Truly a great place.

I special ordered a bag of horse grain Over a month ago. I called a few times to see if it was in and it Wasn’t. No one could tell me when it was coming in, so I gave up and went Elsewhere. I also asked if they price match with north 40 (their competition) and they Said no. I will shop online or at another store. Really poor service. Their prices are also higher than the average

For a truck driver delivering to them they always unload me in a reasonable time frame. They are always friendly. The only problem is that with a over the road truck it can be tight getting in and out of the dock if it wasn't for the dock issue they would be a 5 star

Went in for 2nd round shots for puppies. They were prompt, and help us as we were looking in the fridge. Told us immediately without hesitation what we needed. :) Was nice, and knowledgeable. Will be back for whatever else we may need.

I went looking for a specific type of seed which they didn't have (but no one else does either). This store was what I was expecting from seeing the outside. Some of the prices seem a little steep, but others seemed right to me. They had cute puppies and kittens inside.
