Protocol plumbing did excellent work! Very responsive, listened to the situation and desired outcome, sent James who was friendly, neat, fast and definitely a highly skilled professional. Beautiful work to restore our radiant heat and hot/cold water. Given the urgency and numerous homes with broken pipes, another company could have taken advantage, Protocol was very fair and they are now my go-to provider. Highly recommended!

I just had Protocol Plumbing come out and replace a hot waterline going to my mother’s bathroom sink, and also a toilet and some of the plumbing beneath it. Zak was absolutely a professional annuity was talking about. They scheduled approximately a week out for the work showed up right when they said they would called ahead of time. I just can’t say enough about the quality of work and communication with these guys five stars every day! This is the third time I’ve used them for work on my mother‘s house, and every time has gone off without an issue

Recently I had all of my toilets replaced in my house as they were ancient and rusty. Eric with Protocol Plumbing was super helpful with scheduling and making sure I knew what toilets to pick up from Lowes for easy install. Zach came out and installed my toilets super quick and easy, but the trouble started the next morning when I noticed a few puddles of water coming from the front of the tank on one of the toilets. Zach got back to me ASAP and came out to see what the issue was. He was quickly able to see that the tank had a hairline fracture that was letting out tiny drops of water at a time. He helped me reach out to Lowes and figure out the quickest way to get parts replaced and I had a working toilet again within the hour. He was kind and courteous the whole time. Will be a repeat customer!

Woke up this morning with an 8 foot steam of water shooting across my garage. Oh, did I mention it was 32 degrees and snowing. Google plumber near me and Protocal Plumbing p0pped up. Called at 7am as ad said 24 hour emergency service. On time great works reasonable price for emergency service. Highly recommended !

Protocol did a great job fixing my main waterline leak under my driveway. Had the right know-how, tools and parts. Kyle and his assistant worked continuously until the repair was made. I appreciated that they willing to do the messy uncomfortable work in the hole and on their stomachs and did so cheerfully. Fair prices. Would definitely call Protocol again.

I had an emergency with the water faucet connected to my washing machine leaking today even after I shut it off. I was SO impressed with this company. The man who answered the phone was extremely kind and was able to get someone to come to my place right away. I believe it was Zach who was the one who came to fix it (hope I'm remembering his name right). He was so helpful and fantastic - got it fixed for me quickly, giving me tons of peace of mind since I am leaving for a trip in the morning! Five star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had a blocked drain that was backing up into my kitchen sink and dishwasher. After doing everything that I could do on my own I called in Protocol Plumbing & Sewer.We scheduled a time for a technician to come out on a Friday. Ten minutes after making the appointment, I received a call that a technician had finished early and could be at my place within 30 minutes, if that worked for me.Joel showed up promptly and began to assess what was going on. After a few minutes he went right to work. I was quoted a fair price for the first hour and for each 15 minutes after. Joel had the drain flowing with the first 15-20 minutes. He then asked if there was anything else he could look at/we had a problem with since I was paying for a full hour regardless.What great service! The owner is a great guy, who was prompt and courteous. I called five other plumbing companies this morning and these were the only guys I wanted to work with, not to mention they were able to come within an hour and did a great job. The techs who came out were a father son team and they were great. Price was great too!

They were awesome, they came out in an emergency situation and fixed a leaky shower valve. They cut the drywall in a nice easy to replace square, instead of bashing it out. They had everything fixed and installed in around 2 hours. Best part is they used all the existing hardware i already had instead of upselling new stuff. Joel was awesome and if i was staying in the area he would be my go to plumber.

Haven’t actually had work done yet, but I wanted to praise this company for their integrity. I called to have them come out to snake the plumbing vent on the roof because our main bathroom toilet kept clogging. After I explained the issue, Erich suggested we try replacing the toilet first, since it was over 15 years old. He didn’t even try to sell his services for the replacement. Today we installed a new toilet and it flushes perfectly. We will definitely be calling Protocol Plumbing the next time we need work done.

Absolutely thrilled with the recent experience I just had with Protocol Plumbing! This was our third water leak, in our front yard (house built 1969) but the first time we called to have a trusted professional make the repairs. I called and left a non-emergency voicemail Sunday afternoon, they called first thing Monday morning (by 7:30am) — Kyle came out 10 minutes later, and the pipe was repaired, cleaned up and water back on before 10am! Couldn’t have been more pleased with how quickly and easily everything went, and how professional and efficient everyone was. Kyle especially was polite, friendly, throughout, didn’t make or leave any mess whatsoever, and was in and out without wasting any time (and time = cost). I’d absolutely trust them again — the invoicing breakdown was completely throughout and precise, professional and less than I expected. I’m a young stay at home mom and I didn’t at all feel like they took advantage of my potential lack of knowledge — something you run into all the time with shady companies looking to make some extra money. Thrilled with the entire experience, and will be emailing the owner as well to let him know how grateful I am. Thank you guys for saving the day & getting our water back on!

Worked with them twice now. Originally, they diagnosed a water leak issue. What was great about it---they used Sherlock Holmes-esque deduction, they found the real problem. I don't know where I would have been without them.The second time was a simple call about fixing a flushing issue. Not only did Chuck call me back, he walked me through how to find a cheap replacement part, and sent me a YouTube video so i could do it on my own (after expressing some anxiety over the cost of having not just them, but any plumbing crew come out). Turns out, he couldn't have been more right. The issue was literally the dumbest, easiest thing in the world for a homeowner to fix (even one as inept as me) and it saved me tons. They are simply...great!

The service was ok, but was given an estimate for fixing (Two) copper pipes (which is intuitively should be replaced with same material which is copper).I found the replacement was only (One) pipe which they used PEX (cheaper than copper and requires less labor work).When I asked for itemizing the cost so I can understand the point from what I'm paying for (1 pipe replaced in less than 2 hours costed 700$ + taxes), Mike (the manager) refused and was shouting to me in the phone telling me that's "ridiculous" and I know nothing of plumping!!!(I swear I didn’t even ask for lowering the price)Conclusion: The service was to be accepted even with the same cost if I was told ((respectfully)) exactly what materials going to be used specially with breaking my plumbing system consistency (copper and pex) so I can evaluate the amount of work and the cost of those materials.That brought my insatisfaction of the cost I've paid taking also into consideration that the issue required less work than the estimate was for (1 pipe instead of 2).Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Hi there, I know it is difficut to find legit plumber reviews, I hope this will help.I called them with a leaking underground pipe. They reluctantly gave me a rough estimate of the cost ($700-$1000) and scheduled a repair for the next morning. The repairman came on time did excavation and pipe repair. Meanwhile his co-worker did a bunch of small fixes around the house. The final cost was within the estimate which is less than half of what Roto-Rooter has offered.This will be my go-to plumbing company now.
