Tia takes special care of Bailey. She makes sure Bailey is comfortable with what she is doing. Tia never makes me feel bad for not doing my best at keeping Bailey snarl-free! Tia makes Bailey look amazing! And Bailey loves her new look, too! She is all wiggles when she comes out; she is so happy!

I was just so impressed on how all the groomers in the room were so careful and kind and caring with the animals. I explain that she has a lot of social anxitey is and they were super caring when taking care of our girl. She did not like her back claws worked on. So another groomer came over and got in her face and rubbed her ears and loved on her while the other guy finished the job. Also I was impressed by the setup when only one dog is allowed in the reception room at a time that brought me peace of mind since our girl is not very well socialized.We will be back! Thank you so much for hiring such caring staff!

My dog loves coming here. She always goes to Jake and he does such a wonderful job with her. She really likes him and feels comfortable with him. She also looks beautiful thank you Jake!!
