Love Costco. Don't like the new roast chicken bag. The old clam shell thing served as a handy tray for slicing and digging into the chicken, you could flip the chicken around in the tray, get pieces of, and snap the lid back on. The new bag sucks for getting a piece of chicken off the chicken. Putting your hand into the bag gets chicken grease on your hand. Taking the chicken in and out of the bag is greasy and a PITA. Much harder to get pieces off the chicken while it's down in the bottom of the bag. Bummer.

I just became a member for the first time and the woman who helped me at customer service was amazing! Super nice and informative!! The store is clean and not overly crowded. The prices are decent and I left very satisfied. Happy customer!!

You get admit this place full of discrimination we need to come and get a lawyers. You will see The employees when they see minority immediately, they will be interfering and checking like they are stealing but when a white guy you will see him left alone pretty impressive how this operation in this place lol š I couldnāt believe my eyes after my friend told me that, and it happened in front of my face

Worst experience ever at self-checkout today. I let the workers know that I didn't need any help right off the bat and started to ring my order up. The workers then pressured me and made me feel obligated to present my Costco picture on my card. (after I presented the card already to get into the store). Never will I come back to this location as I don't like to be attacked by Costco Employees. Snarky remark by the employee that they would check my picture at the tills as well, which was highly unprofessional and unwarranted. Please don't make your members feel like a criminal!

Who doesn't love Costco? A stop to get a prescription glasses fixed and, of course, a few other items. Their prescription glasses are wonderful. And to end the shopping event with a piece of pizza or a hot dog with some ice cream, yum!!

This particular store is insanely busy - gas station area is chaotic. Took quite a long time to get on the roadway out of the gassing area (no one let's you in) then around 15 mins to find a parking place to get inside store. I was exhausted after only needing to get two pies for a family memorial service. š©

Busy store! Thursday afternoon, and the parking lot was almost full. People were streaming into the store.The store itself is standard excellence. Great amount of high-quality items stacked on shelves. The gas station is consistently 20 to 50 cents a gallon lower than the corner.

I hate this location. Donāt appreciate being yelled at for using the door nearest the pharmacy. If I am not there to shop, I am not going to work my way around the deliberate maze they set up to keep you buying more merchandise. Been a member for 20 years, and this has never been an issue at any other location. I also fairly consistently get hassled over trying to return unopened items.The aggressiveness over checking the membership cards is also getting old. I can appreciate the need to enforce this rule, but making the experience uncomfortable for those legitimately using their memberships strikes me as counter productive. They need to come up with a less intrusive means of checking for compliance.

I never bad review places because I know humans can be human and we all have bad days but I genuinely couldnāt believe what happened and Iām still shocked a week later.To preface this, I was on the phone during these interactions having a very difficult phone call with family over a health situation my family member was experiencing. I only say that, not only because I may have spoken to someone about this to fix it in the moment if I wasnāt on the phone, but also because it goes to show how we treat humans (especially when we donāt know what theyāre going through) can impact their day greatly.Firstly, Iām fully aware that the rule has changed about when having a membership, but forgetting your card, some places offer a āday passā if you forgot. I had been told that thatās possible at other locations by friends of mine, I guess this location doesnāt offer that. There was a woman checking receipts as per usual. I walked through the exit doors to visit the cafeteria while I was waiting for a friend to meet me. This I guess was violation number one? The woman aggressively began snapping her fingers in my face to get my attention. I pulled away from my phone and apologized thinking I forgot to show my card before walking in. She began yelling at me for coming in through the exit, I apologized and she promptly moved me outside. Then I realized I forgot my Costco card so I went in through the side door where I had seen others going through to visit the help desk and she began yelling at me again. I explained to her I was trying to see the help desk and the lady at the help desk began yelling at me as well. I tried to explain I needed to get a day pass since I forgot my card at home and she pointed at the door and asked me to leave. This was loud enough for all of the other customers to stop and watch me, obviously humiliated, be kicked out.I have never been treated like this with not patience or understanding or explanation. I have gone in through that way plenty of times. I donāt understand how incredibly rude they were. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to anyone that way or at that level or that loud Iād get fired. Iām embarrassed. It could have been explained so much better and I could have just left and been refused without being scolded. Itās a real shame it wasnāt just one grumpy older woman, it was two woman yelling at another woman. If this gets back to those two woman, I was having a horrible day and I take pride in attempting to make others days better by having grace and being kind at my place of work and you absolutely should learn to try that too or be moved away from working with customers who pay to shop at that store. Embarrassing.

I love Costco, but yaāll need to quit it with the new solicitors all over the store. First it was AT&T and now its furniture, massage chairs, and others trying to solicit sales. I never talked to the kisok people at malls, and solicitors in your stores are only going to make me not buy that thing they are selling more. I just want to shop without being hounded by sales people.

I would purchase with caution. The quality of their furniture is garbage. You purchased a sectional from there. It hasn't even been a year.And our couch is garbage, it's broken. The frame broke in multiple spots at 7 months.The fabric is unraveling and it just appears to be very warn out looking. I reached out to the owner he sent his manager out to our house phil admitted it was broken and they have had issues with the model we purchased! He was going to reach out to the manufacture and see if there was anything that they would do and cc me in the email. That never happened. I called him and he told me that they were refused to help. Basically, then I was screwed and they will not make the situation right! A couch is not supposed to break that quickly. When my children were younger, I had a couch that lasted for almost 10 years and didn't have any issues with it. That couch was purchased from biglots for less than iwe paid for this couch. I requested the owner. Call me in. Figure out what we could do moving forward. And I never heard from him again the complete lack of communication is unacceptable! So I urge you to make sure you do your research on the product itself if you insist on buying from this company.So 9 months after purchasing from Costless Furniture, we are stuck with a couch that's broken out the money and we are going to have to pay more money to take the couch to the dump!The Attorney General and FTC will hear from me !!

Came in to pick up a prescription. Was stopped at the door by a large heavy old man. He said you need a Costco card in which he hadn't checked the people in front of me. I said I'm using the pharmacy. He raises his voice and said you can't do that you need a Costco card. Then I said I don't need a card to use the pharmacy. He said you need a Costco card. Then I said I'm going to the pharmacy He responded you sure about that? In a condescending tone. Then he got on his radio and called another employee over to escort me he told the other employee he says he's going to the pharmacy. I did asked for a manager and did my business and before I could get my prescription instructions from pharmacy staff, a large round white woman approached me and said I'm here for when you get done. I spoke to her and said what happened and how I suspected prejudice with the greeter she replied that's a very strong word to her and she said he's not but in fact a good guy. I said no he's not and he needs to be fired. She responded we aren't firing him but I can escort you out. Then rambled on why I should consider a Costco membership. I told her with the rude racist behavior here I would never consider it. Beware this store has both racist greeters and management.
