Diana (sorry if I’m wrong) helped me out with my adoption of a leopard gecko. She was knowledgeable, sweet and so helpful.I have always kept hamsters, and after my last one passed I wanted to give something new a try. Did a ton of research, had 95% of what I needed.I can tell the associate helping me really cared. I’m glad all of my adoptions with petsmart have been so happy.Now I have Basil 🌿 and he is already so sweet. I’m so thankful.

We took our pup for grooming. Karissa is awesome at her craft. She listened to our requests and added her suggestions. She is very thoughtful, thorough, professional, efficient, and kind to our fur baby and his humans. We will definitely be bringing him back when it is time. All the grooming professionals seem to have wonderful and fun interaction with each other as we observed. That surely makes for a calming environment for the clients they tend to. Thank you Karissa🤗

Took my Shih Tzu Taro in for a groom with petsmart for the first time, Alec did an amazing job with his groom! Taro looks great! Reasonable prices & easy to get scheduled. Will be back with his brother!

The store is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. So frustrated with their stock though. There are 13 million more pet cats than dogs in the US, but dogs have a huge long aisle of collars and halters, and cats have a choice of TWO!Also, people who buy their prescription pet foods NEVER get to use any of the sales and deals that everyone else gets. I’ve asked, and been told no. I spend $110 on one bag!

The groomers at our local Pet Smart are really good with our dogs. I never have to worry about them. The staff are great with the dogs and nice to pet parents as well. Highly recommended

Absolutely shocked by the condition of the fish. So much algae, you couldn't even see what was in some of the tanks. Rotten food that had been there so long it fuzzed up. Dead and dying fish (a Cory catfish died right in front of me after gasping at the top of the water for what seemed like an eternity). Not one single person came to ask if I needed help the entire time I was there, which had to be over 40 minutes. The 2 stars is for their selection of cat condos/climbers and litter. As far as I'm concerned, what they're doing qualifies as animal cruelty. DO BETTER, PETSMART!!

People are nice and super friendly, but they can’t seem to find someone who can regularly maintain their fish area and it often leads to really bad conditions and loss of fish. It’s super sad to see on occasion I found myself finding fish just out of pure guilt, which I know only contributes to the issue.

The two women in charge of grooming were absurdly unprofessional and unhelpful. They were lazy and unresponsive, very disrespectful and consulting each other whether they feel like providing the service or not. They do not care for animals or have the ability to be professional in a customer care setting. I would never trust my dog with people so careless and rude. everyone in the store did not want to do their jobs and were blatantly disrespectful. please go out of business. Multiple customers were very upset in the parking lot because they ate horrible.

Always amazing when I bring my dogs here for anything. Very friendly to pets and humans alike. Doctors and nurses always talk with you over concerns and ways to help your pets to stay healthy and happy.

Well, I was looking to purchase a beta male fish, and I called around to all of the pet stores and decided to go back to where I bought my other fish at Petsmart on Everett Mall! Excellent service

Terrible customer service. Zero sense of urgency with growing customer line and only 1 cashier. Other employees around doing nothing. One employee that I did interact with seems incredibly annoyed that I needed assistance.

I've always had a positive experience shopping at PetSmart. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to find what I need, and I appreciate the wide selection they offer.

I took my elderly dog for grooming. The visit started awkwardly when I arrived about 6 minutes early for the appointment, I was told to wait outside.Its a small space and they have multiple people and pets inside so it makes sense. I would recommend maybe expanding the waiting area to accommodate multiple people checking in/out at once with their pets. This is Washington state and it does rain a bit so waiting outside is not very fun.It seems like there is ALOT of wasted space with 10 checkout stands in Petco and only 1 cashier working at a time. There is definitely room for improvement and personally i think this location would thrive if they expanded the grooming department a bit and capitalize on the wasted space.All that said the groomer did a great job, my dog looks and smells great, I believe her name was JJ. We will be back.Thank you!

Keri is amazing at suggesting different techniques, so you don't feel defeated if your pup doesn't learn the first time around. We have done 2 of the 4 training classes with her, and plan on finishing with her. And the best part is that our pup enjoys himself!

Very friendly, helpful staff. The store was out of stock of the cat feeding dish we were looking for, and a staff member helped us look at dog dishes to see if they would work, and looked online at other locations in search of the very popular dish - everyone was sold out. We were greeted at the door upon entering and leaving.

Awesome place... actually the first pet smart that has pets for sale. From fish to reptiles. The manager was very helpful and informative. Actually knew what he was talking about when asked questions regarding animals and products.

I love coming here just to look at the animals and get my fur babies food and bedding. The staff is very friendly and they also have humane society adoptions. This little rabbit in the picture is Prancer and he is 3 months old and came from the Tacoma Humane Society. Love this store!

The excitement on my pup's face when we were done shopping is too cute! I love that he can wall around the store and meet other dogs and get to explore. It's a great place with wonderful staff. 5/5 for sure!
