They're all smiles and positive vibes.Now, let's talk about the elephant in the room. Well, not an actual elephant, but the prices. Sure, you might need a moment to recover from the sticker shock when you realize you just spent your entire month's salary on some cat food. But hey, your fur baby deserves nothing but the best, right? Even if it means you're eating ramen noodles for the next few weeks.

I love Mud Bay. This store is very small and probably serves people living in the downtown Kirkland core.Due to the size of the store the selection is pretty limited. I know they can order anything but if you're dropping in to pick up something you might be disappointed.The employees were friendly.

Always cordial and excited to see my boy Jax. The food selections are great but definitely lacking large breed dog food. However, excellent wet food selection that Jax absolutely loves. Great spot

This is a very nice store with many good products. It's a bit pricey, however they offer some samples and are always willing to credit a return. Most of the employees, from my experience with other Mud Bays, are very helpful and knowledgeable. I gave only 4 stars for this store this visit because less help was offered to me, and prices have gone up.

This was my first visit, and I loved it. It's a gorgeous store, which makes for a positive experience from the start. High quality products and awesome, helpful associates. I was looking for advice on higher quality treats for my kitten.They answered my questions and gave me treat samples and a thank you card with a discount coupon inside. It's easy because when you walk in, dogs on the right and cats on the left. My kitten loved the freeze dried, quality treats so I'll be going back soon!

My fur babies LOVE Mud Bay ❤️ they especially love the dehydrated lamb. They go crazy over them. They also love the Fromm Gold dog food. The team members are always so nice and help me carry out the big bag of dog food to my car 💖 Thank you!

Shoutout to Alyssa and the staff here! I came in looking for single ingredient, locally sourced dog and cat treats and without any hesitation the staff here was researching, bagging, and showing me through the store. This shopping experience was wonderful and I can’t wait to bring my pets here next time :D

Great store for your pets! The service was prompt and friendly. They were able to make a reccomendation for a product for my dogs dry nose that is working nicely and they offer a guarantee on their products in case it had not worked.

Usually I come here and the customer service was great, but today it was terrible. I am pretty disappointed with the lack of care the staff seemed to have for the customers. I had to keep going up to the front counter to ask questions and ask for assistance when they were not doing anything except standing there at the front. They also asked a customer right next to me if they were finding everything okay, when I clearly needed assistance. Won't be coming to this location again.
