Only have white tile in store. Disappointed. Had to go to a specialty store to find tile readily available. Otherwise, Home Depot is my go to place.

Bought a snowblower at the liberty lake store and paid full price, asked about any sales and was told no sales. Went to the valley store same day and the same snowblower on sale.Called the liberty store told them about the sale price for the same product. They would not honor the sale price. Customer service told me to take the one I bought back from their store and returned it to the Valley store for full price, and buy another one at sale price from Valley store.WOW!!!

I needed some furnace filters so we purchased them on line and scheduled a store pick up. Suli helped me when I arrived and she was so helpful and friendly plus we got a great price on the filters! Thank you to the management staff for hiring people that are kind, you made my day!

Liberty lake Home depot is the best in the county. They are on the ball, helpful knowledgeable, and employees actually seem to like their job there unlike any other Home Depot I've ever experienced. I recommend driving out of your way if you have to cause the time spent driving will be way less than the time spent dealing with any other local Home Depot fiasco. Tested this theory more than once.

April 2024 an employee was speaking with another employee in front of customers and when asked how hiring was going, stated he would not hire someone who interviewed despite all other qualifications matching, due to the fact that she was a nun. He said she would be unfit to work because she was a nun. I approached the employee and asked if that was an appropriate conversation to have in front of customers, or at all, and the other employee laughed and said yeah he didn't know what that was then walked away. Discriminatory and inappropriate behavior by employees who have the responsibility of hiring.

This review is in regards to HOM Solutions which Liberty Lake Home Depot contracts with for carpet installation:I will petition Home Depot to drop this garbage company with every fiber of my being. If it's the last thing I accomplish in life that will be enough to have saved some people the headache of dealing with this circus.Early December 2023: we are pushing to get our son's room remodeled before the holiday with hopes of a big reveal on Christmas. Sadly they are booked the entire month of December for carpet installation. Darn. Just missed it but then we get a phone call. December 27th they can support the installation. Not before Christmas but okay. We can work with that. Blackout that date on our Airbnb apartment below our home to not disturb guests and schedule furniture delivery for the 28th.On the 19th, a phone call: we can get you in on the 21st. Yay! The Christmas reveal is back on! Blackout the new date on the Airbnb and reschedule furniture delivery for the 22nd.On the 20th, a text to prepare for your installation on the 21st. Great!The morning of the 21st a phone call canceling our installation. Not only that but rescheduling us even later than the original installation date.Now we are blacking out a 3rd Airbnb date which at this point is costing me money. Furniture for his room is arriving on the 22nd and I have nowhere to put it. And unfortunately I still have to deal with these clowns jerking me around.It is because of this that I will seek to drive this company out of the loving arms of Home Depot. Home Depot can do better and should if they want continued business. If you want reliability, HOM Solutions isn't it.

Costomer service is non existant This company is really going downhill I mean I know it's just a garden hose but I bought a few dozen 3 years ago for my property and they work great but if you buy any garden hose nowadsys from standard all the way up to contractor grade, they all leak really bad. So I have spent the last 3 weekends of my summer returning gardenhoses. And they aren't cheap the last contractor grade hose I bought was like $80 for a hose mind you !!! I had enough and brought this one back and all the manager would give me is store credit because that's what they gave me for the last hose I returned earlier that morning!!! All he said when I told him he has now lost a lifetime customer is "You win some you loose some" He didn't seen to care that he was giving me a store credit to buy the same poorly made hoses they sell and just waste my time every weekend of my summer. Thanks Home Depot for screwing me over all I wanted was my money back for the defective product that you sell.Now thanks to the amazing customer service skills of the manager on duty on July 29th 2023 around 10:00 am at the Liberty Lake WA location I have cut up my home depot credit card and will now take my business elsewhere for life.

I have never had such a hard time giving a company money in exchange for goods. My wife and I just bought a new farm house and tried to buy some Ryobi tools as a part of Ryobi days. You buy the battery pack and get a choice of tools for free, sounded great. We go to buy them and find out after 15 minutes of looking up why they aren’t ringing up correctly the sale hasn’t started yet, we ask if they can honor the price and they say no. Totally okay with that we ask if they can put them on hold they said no, okay then. We came back and all the batteries were sold out, crap, still can’t put a name on one can’t preorder nothing. Came back four days later because more were coming in, sold out again. Came back four days later because again more coming in... sold out again. Mind you we are coming in the morning of store opening not 6pm. So we came back in three days later (forth trip) and same song and dance different weather. We ask what they can do because we just want to give them money they say they are substituting the drill set in place of the batteries, I don’t want another drill to add to the two I already have. We call the Sprague store and tell them what is going on and they sold us the battery pack and hedge trimmer over the dang phone. So clearly the Liberty lake store needs no more money shop at any other Home Depot they didn’t forget how to treat people.

Typical big box hardware store but typically better than Lowes on both price and definitely on customer service. Even before the pandemic I found Lowes staff to be anemic and under qualified. Even if you played hide and seek long enough to find an employee they were often clueless. Home Depot has always had a bigger staff that at least knows where stuff is in the place. Comparison shopping has shown them to be about 7 to 10% less on certain items.

Visited the paint department to purchase a large quantity of paint to finish a project. Asked the paint clerk , Stuart, if he could check stock for unopened cases because it would be easier to load and unload as a case instead of individual cans. He was kind enough to do so. He stated inventory showed no cases just individual cans. I told him thanks for checking and I’ll take what you have on the shelf.And his reply to me was …. “ that would be rude of me to purchase all the cans on the shelf and not leave any for another customer. Thank you so much for being inconsiderate!”After I picked up my jaw from this shocking comment, I loaded all the paint in my cart and made the purchase. I did look for a manager but no one could find one.Question: Home Depot is a very large retail store with multiple stores in our area with thousands of products on their shelves FOR SALE to the consumer. I am a consumer. I am allowed to purchase a product on the shelf, am I not???Home Depot , you need to train your staff to encourage the sale of your products. Most people would have been shocked by Stuart’s comment and went somewhere else to spend their money. Stuart was helpful until he wasn’t. Young man you have a lot to learn about professionalism and courteous. You work for a company that is based on the customer buying your product. Order more when a product runs low. Don’t criticize the people who provide for your paycheck.
