I tell you, this Safeway has this sweet lady making scrumptious sushi fresh daily. It's really saying a lot when I tell you this grocery store sushi is literally the best I've had at any restaurant in Spokane. It's fresh, delicious and reasonably priced!Second time purchasing and totally satisfying both times! I believe I have a new sushi stop.

This is the saddest Safeway . I do a lot online ordering to save me time and control our budget. Let’s just say. They always tell me they are out of stock. Or need to substitute. The issue I have is I will get my order go to the store to get something else for dinner because they said it was out of stock. just to find they had what I order. Are the employees lazy or what. I stop ordering produce and meat online. It’s either rotten or brown smelly meat. I will take my shopping to Yokes . Because this Safeway sucks.

After 30 years tired of this stuff. I bought 2 of 2 different items @$5.99+ expecting to get 2 of them free (bogo). It was buy 3, one free but I got nothing and checker didn't mention I was entitled to another one of each????I used Rx coupon.. 1 cent. This is twice now.??? You don't do as say. Clerks don't care. I'm almost 75 and am changing to Yokes if we don't matter..

The customer service here is awful. The people that work here are rude and do not care to make sure that you have a good experience. I bought hamburger pattie’s that were rotten, brought them back to exchange them for other ones and the lady at the customer service desk told me that they weren’t expired and didn’t apologize or anything when issuing my refund. She was then talking about me to another employee when I was walking out about how I am returning hamburger patties from yesterday, but I bought them that day. I had no desire to go back to the store after being at home and trying to feed my family dinner. I will make sure to not shop at Safeway anymore and support Yokes.

I agree the experience here is horrible. After about 25 minutes of various Safeway listed coupons(the ones hanging off the product) not working, *after entering phone number, I gave up and drove to another Safeway. If you don't have the time for that, Yokes and Walgreens. Beyond that, always, always check before you pay. Had I not not they would have gotten $17 extra out of me today.

I love Safeway, as I do with most leading grocery stores. Truthfully, I couldn't imagine what there would be to dislike or perhaps "hate" a grocery store, however that is simply my opinion. I shop at Safeway as well as other grocery stores, as I will typically shop at whatever grocery store happens to be convenient at that moment.

Someone should really plug in the motorized scooters. Out of the few three that were by carts, none were plugged in, two dead, one was half charged and barely made it. They were crammed in with the carts. I plugged two of them in for the disabled people who need them. Where are the courtesy clerks or is that self checkout too? People DO go elsewhere...

Clean store, Amazing Bakery, Especially cakes for special occasions!! They haven't failed us! THEY HAVE VERY TALENTED DECORATORS AND THEY HAVE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS OR PERFECTLY MATCHED THEM!! IF YOU VISIT THE STORE FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN THE BAKERY, YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED I'M SURE! TRACY IS AMAZING AND SO IS BETHANY!they have Decent produce love the organic selection and a little skimp on the choice in steak quality ie, tritip. Do watch your receipt vs sale prices* they aren't always consistent. But great overall!

Everyone who works here is always so nice, I have never had a problem asking someone for help. It is clean and usually has everything I need in stock. I often see workers helping the elderly out of the store with their groceries. The parking lot is having a hard time keeping up with the growth in population in the area, but I can still find a spot.

Ok, we love Peggy! My wife asked me to pick up a few items, I’m not altogether familiar with. Peggy could probably clearly see I was having difficulty, came up and offered to help. She explained what we needed, well…my wife needed. Helped select just the right thing. Best of all, I get to reap the Brownie Points when I get home!😁

I've been coming here every week since 2019. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. After all my recent surgical procedures they've helped deliver groceries to my car and my home always quickly and accurately! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Must be great management at this Liberty Lake Safeway since they have huge selection of organic vegs and fruit, and good selection of cheeses. Suggest they improve their seafood offerings, ie more Wild Caught items.

I'm writing this review strictly for the Pharmacy located within Liberty Lake Safeway. Don't get me wrong, the Safeway itself is perfectly fine. The Pharmacy though, namely the staff (whom just so happen to be very good at remembering their customer's names, myself included), stand out for a few important reasons:1. They clearly work very hard. Always moving about, answering phones, manning at least one if not both POS stations to help move the line of customers along. All the while remaining even-tempered, polite, ahh hell I'll just say it; they're consistent professionals.2. They rarely make mistakes or let me down in any way, but on that rare occasion they do, they go out of their way to own up to the mistake & most importantly, they do whatever they can to fix it as quickly as possible. It's clear they care about their customer's time and the patience/respect between pharmacy employee & customer is almost universally sympatico.3. They're just so damn kind & friendly. Even when some off-individual (customer) is being a jerk for whatever reason. I can't even express how vital that kind of consistently friendly atmosphere can be to those of us waiting on crucial, perhaps even life-dependant medications for ourselves and/or our loved ones.That's all. Thanks Liberty Lake Safeway Pharmacy!

I wish I could give zero stars. I've shopped at Safeway stores nearly my whole life but the treatment, the rude comments and questions. My family felt singled out the moment we got in line for check out. When will racial profiling end? The manager and staff treated my family so appallingly horrific I will never return to the library lake location again. Fyi I took my business to the Safeway on Sprague and they actually treat you like a human being.

I'm a delivery Partner and went in to pick up an order. They are very well organized in the pickup area, have a designated person to distribute your delivery and I've never waited longer than a couple minutes! Everyone is very friendly and doesn't make you feel like a bother.

The quality of this Safeway store's meat, produce, dairy, deli, bakery even their pharmacy, can't be beat!My family and I continue to shop here regularly, primarily because we feel welcomed instead of tolerated!I must say, each time we visit, we have been treated to an awesome shopping experience which is above and beyond any of the other grocery stores in our area!

I know them all. All the employees. They know me and they are great. It's hard to pick a favorite. Because while checking out there is always a different story to talk about with someone. I dont blame Safeway for being so spendy. It's bad every where. Hopefully their prices will lower or get better deals from the app.
