I picked up a rotisserie chicken for dinner. I was shocked . Had big long feathers still attached . The meat had a mooshy soft texture . And it didn’t even taste like chicken . Was the worst ever. Gave it to the cats. They wouldn’t even eat it. .

I've been trying to get some generals chicken from this place for a week, and they never have any. Not sure why they always have this problem. What a wasted opportunity. 2-9-24 finally had some Generals chicken in but of course it was dry with no sauce on it. Always a problem with this place.

Being an employee for this company, I cannot really rate this place. One thing is for certain, corporate is correct on providing quality customer service no matter what company you work for. I was greeted with smiles and morning salutations. Stopped in for donuts on my way to Tri-Cities. Good job guys!

This Safeway is really dirty, both the deli and bakery need to step it up as there is fly's everywhere laying maggots and feces on donuts, they get trapped all day so they get a good 16 hours or more. Staff is slow and rude.

They have great fresh produce, very clean tidy aisles and the staff is oh so helpful. Even looks like there security at self service is functioning! I personally enjoy having my groceries rang up after long shipping trip by a friendly teller . It really does make my day having a cheery person to chat with and make sure everything is rang up accurately for me because for me that's usually my one outing of the day. Thank you for being my Safe Way.

Had a problem at self checkout with my just for you rewards.Nobody could figure out the problem.So just left the items at the customer service desk...Now a year later, I asked where the Oreo popcorn is, and both workers had no idea what or where it was!

This rating is for the deli counter. 5 people working, and nobody asked if i needed anything. I stood in front of the deli meat for a very long time, watching three people behind the counter and two out front eating the free samples with all of them laughing and having a good time. I finally moved onto the bread area and could still hear them all laughing and talking really loud so they could hear each other.

Two of the three times I've done curbside pickup, the messed my order up. After I realized my stuff was missing I called and returned to the store. They required me to come in the store and pick up the stuff. No assistance offered to take it out to my vehicle or even to help load it into the cart. If I wanted to go into the store I wouldn't be using curbside pickup!From the clerks behind the counter I would have expected at least a sorry, but nothing was said. Just stared at me.I hope management reads this, and gets more competent people to work in this department!

Its pretty tidy and clean. I needed to use the customer service counter and no one was there but an employee came within 3 or 4 mins. I needed to get a local weekend newspaper for my grandmother and the newspapers were a total MESS. There were papers there from two weeks prior, but nothing current. It was almost bizarre.

My 5 stars are for the pharmacy. They fill my refills automatically. Every time I call to have them refilled, they are already working on them. On one occasion, I didn't make it to pick them up, and they had them delivered to my house.

Most of the vegetables are very fresh and nicely organized. Though the daikon radishes seemed pretty old the last couple visits. No problem with the meats. Though with my phone number, I did not get much savings from other items in the store. Out of $70 it has only saved 29 cents. Better savings will give this a five star.

I went into safeway as I was doing my shopping I couldn't help but feel as if I was being stalked the employee's were treating me as if I were a shopper.... Shame on you..... Better get your customer service skills in shape, much more of this and I could forsee some real trouble for you guys....needles to say I ended up going to Walmart

Nice fresh produce, great smelling bakery, deli is well maintained. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Butcher shop has the cut you want, beef, seafood, pork and chicken. Usually a Starbucks shop is inside for your favorite coffee flavored beverage before or after walking the aisles. What more could you ask for?

Usually a good shopping experience. Was able to use the app for coupons easily. Store was clean and prices were all marked and visible. Store was clean and organized. A sales clerk on the floor saw me looking for something in the freezer section and asked me if I needed some help. The cashier was not very personable though. She wasn't rude but not friendly either. Usually the cashiers are really nice and talk to you as you check out.

Went through the self checkout & I needed cash back & I didn't notice the sign below that there was no cashback at the self checkout so I had to get help from the attendant & she then grabbed the sign from below in a very irritated manner & moved it up by the screen and she never spoke to me at all. Then she went over to the customer service counter & said something to that person & I heard that person say "oh she doesn't know how to read." I have never had such rude customer service like I did today. Glad I don't shop there very often and after this experience even less.

I ordered a pound of cheese from the deli when I got it home to use I opened the bag and there it was sludge on my cheese not only did they slice my cheese on a meat slicer it has sludge from meat that was sliced before the cheese was not good Safeway and why don't they put paper between the slices of cheese but yea slicing cheese on a meat slicer can only cause cross contamination

Great store, well stocked. Friendly helpful people and usually don't have to wait too long in checkout. Could use a larger variety of organic produce and gluten free products. Pharmacy is professional and courteous. They do take time to hear your issues with prescriptions and will contact insurance or doctor for you.

Good produce. Bakery also has great variety. Cash register line can be long at times. 3pm to 7 or 8pm on a Friday is usually very busy. On Friday deli has take and bake pizza on sale for a good price. Also great tasting rotisserie 🐔 chicken I think for $5 for a whole cooked bird.

The morning mini- mart associates seemed inexperienced or needing a refresher course on friendly customer service. Maybe to many working at one time? But store cashier's were nice and helpful .

Always friendly staff. The pharmacy keeps me informed when a prescription might have side effects. The floral department has a wonderful variety of flowers to choose from, and other gift ideas. Great produce section, as well, and I won't go into the goodies in the bakery.

I called into the bakery to make an order and the girl who answered was so nice even though she didn’t have much training on taking orders over the phone she didn’t seem bothered at all she was so calm and helpful her name is Natasha Moore!! She had excellent customer service skills made me want to shop there more often!

Worst staffing and poorly ran store. Tell me how taking one person away from a 4 person self check out and opening a single lane in the evenings makes sence?.. everyday no matter the day any time after 8 self checkout is closed and and line are long going down the rows. Just doesnt make sence. Get smarter safeway.. stop sucking!

This is a very well stocked Safeway store. There are a couple of express lanes and generally plenty of checkers to get you out the door quickly. Access is good and there's plenty of parking including handicap accessible. Nice selection of meats and produce. Staff is friendly and courtious with bilingual help readily available.
