They are super nice down there. You can find everything you need down there if you can't find it. They will find it for you. They can research it a really good source to find things and the people are super nice down there. They have beautiful flowers There's quite the store down there for all kinds of things that you need. Whether it's for your car, your house, your yard. They have it, they also have rentals.

I love this store! The employees are top notch! Super friendly and helpful! Made me feel very welcome when I was brand new to the tiny community! Prices are a little steep on some things and great on others, but overall I can't complain. This is my favorite store in this area by far, and I'm not even in the construction industry at all, just a DIY'er.

They're the only real local hardware store & they know it. Staff is super friendly & mostly professional. Some things are fairly priced, but there's LOTS that's certainly more costly than just their relatively remote location would justify. When I hear the remoteness excuse, my first thought is, "then your logistics need work."They've a full-fledged screw/bolt section in the back(nice!) & lots of stuff for painting, gardening, plumbing, & a bunch of shop tools(on quite the high-priced side). The 'deal-bins' between the checkout & front wall of the store are full of Chinese garbage. JUST SAY NO. They've better versions of most of it elsewhere in the store.They got an extra star for hooking me up nicely after botching a job. Like I said earlier, great staff.If u live locally, visit often to familiarize yourself with their prices so you can make better decisions on what to get here, what to order online instead, or take a drive for instead.I'm glad we have Coulee Hardware! ^_^

Great service and know their stuff. Recommended if you need anything and at a fair price. Buy something and it broke? Keep your receipt and they'll honor the tradition of customer service.

Broke down in coulee and napa did not have the bolt I needed but directed me here. I went in had to buy the socket first to pull the other bolt to match up to it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on hand. Had me in and out with the part I needed.

I went here mainly to buy some plants, since I noticed last time I was in town they sell Monrovia plants. I found two beautiful huneysuckle and herbs and vegetables for my new garden. They are developing a nice garden area with a waterfall pond and arbor with gorgeous Wisteria.So happy. They also carry everything you need for garden needs.

A great hardware store. They have a wide range of goods and services at reasonable prices, and a friendly knowledge staff. If they don’t have it, they can get it. They also have a U-Haul franchise and a great tool rental program.

My husband gets very good customer service in this shop. Staff is friendly and pitches in to help him find his needs. Infrequently they do not have what he needs but are always happy to order & get it in for him.

One of the best small town hardware stores you will ever find. It's basically like a mercantile on the frontier. If you need u-haul, parts for anything, toilets, doors, counter tops. I even think the have a fire-arm deeler

I try not to come in during COVID bc 50% of their customers want to prove "COVID's a myth"--not surprising the rural infection rates are skyrocketing, but the employees here are really helpful, and I had an outstanding experience with their U-Haul counter. Thanks guys!

A lot of selection especially due to the location and bigger than it seems. I was able to find a vast variety of things I needed no problem for odds and end jobs. Everyone is also very helpful and friendly.

Everything I rent brakes. "The warehouse doesn't have it in stock, sorry". The "do it best" centers in Tonasket and Oroville are as big as home depot... so why do we get the smallest, overpriced store in WA? Because the burea employees will pay a dollar or 5, sometimes up to the cost of a tank of gas instead of driving or waiting for delivery. And its not like the goods you provide are of any quality, box of screws is good for some 1x1 indoor crafting projects, but I didn't think it was a craft store, thought that was next door? Nothing "best" about that place... more like "They are your only hope for 100 miles."
