The employees at Harbor Health are wonderfully accommodating. I have mostly interacted with Amanda and Nick.Nick worked with my doctor to help quickly get me the medication I need. Amanda has been fantastically sweet in ensuring I receive my prescription outside normal routine. I'm up in age, live remotely and find it difficult to get to Gig Harbor during business hours.Amanda has been wonderful, with such a positive attitude going above and beyond, to make sure I get what I need. I give Harbor Health 10 out of 5 stars!Thank you all at Harbor Health and Apothecary!

Excellent service. My prescription is always processed in a timely manner and staff have always been very professional. Recently I phoned in to order a refill and spoke to Sarah. What a pleasant surprise it was to get a phone call from her later informing me that my prescription had been filled and was ready for pick-up at an earlier date that she knew was a more convenient time for me as I don't live in that area! I so appreciate the thoughtful customer service!

I found Harbor Heath 3 years ago through my veterinarian. I'd used another service prior and had challenges. Not once since I've changed have I been anything less than thrilled. I pick up prescriptions every two months, and the service is excellent.

I’ve been getting my meds here for almost two years and can’t say enough of the quality and care in every prescription filled.Recently I had COVID and reached out to them for a COVID Supplement boost kit and I had it delivered the very next day. I can't say enough good things about Harbor Health and Apothecary! I get many of my prescriptions and all of the prescriptions for my elderly dog filled by them. I have referred them to friends, doctors and veterinarians and all have been pleased. Conrad and Nick make a really strong team. And, Nick as a pharmacist is an absolute jewel - helpful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I am so thankful to have them here Gig Harbor!

Jenna and Aubrey the two ladies answering the telephones/reception desk are wonderful and pleasant! I have spoken with two of the pharmacists and they were absolutely helpful! Every time I call or go in to pick up my rx I’m more and more disappointed. The front desk staff are consistently unfriendly, cold, often downright rude, and treat customers like an inconvenience simply for being there. Even at times blatantly ignoring customers standing right in front of their desk. In the year I’ve been going there, I have never had a positive (or neutral, for that matter) experience with front desk staff. Initially giving them some grace and the benefit of the doubt (we all have bad days, right?) but this has become a pattern of poor customer service amongst several staff - and without any reason or justification. It’s gotten to the point that I dread calling or worse - walking in, holding my breath that I’m met with someone with adequate customer service skills. At the least, someone who doesn’t treat me like I’m a burden inconveniencing them. It’s disheartening and concerning that these behaviors and way of treating people has been tolerated by management. My only positive interactions have been with the CEO, who is always professional, kind, and treats customers with the dignity and respect we all deserve.

I have been using this pharmacy since they opened their doors and can not imagine going anywhere else. They have always been pleasant and helped me in anyways they can. I would recommend them to anyone who would rather have compounding medications without all the additives that big pharma adds to everything! I have medications that I have had horrendous reactions to and switched them to compounding and had no negative reactions. I feel great 😁

They fail to return calls, sent improperly filled out claim forms on to insurance, and will not return their calls either. This is sloppy and unprofessional. When the CEO has to personally get involved in individual claims, it's obvious the company is out of its depth and has no idea what it's doing. Clearly, a huge amount of money went to their décor and their brick and mortar establishment. Perhaps they have chosen not to invest in maintaining a knowledgeable staff capable of exhibiting professional behaviors? They would not be the first (or the last) company to cut corners by employing inept, underpaid front-end staff in order to boost profits. In any case, they are failing at the public-facing aspects of their business.

Wow! Such poor poor service. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and a downright abhorrent way of doing business. Beware all medical practices utilizing Harbor Health Services. You have been warned. As a business owner we expect some level of respect, privacy and integrity from the businesses we work with but DON'T expect any of that from Harbor Health.

I have experienced pretty awful customer service every time I have gone here. The women at the front counter could not be more bored and uninterested. When I spoke on the phone with one of them about my Rx, she started talking over me so I asked her to let me finish. When I was done speaking, she was silent until I said "Hello?" and then she said, "Are you done speaking now?" in a snotty tone. When I went in to pick up the Rx, both women were stone-faced. One was silent and the other turned around abruptly to root around in a drawer for my Rx. Then she put it in a bag and said "Here you go," without checking to confirm I was who I said I was, or confirm what was in the bag or how much it was. I said nothing and walked out. And I will never be back. Planning to have my ND send it ANYwhere else next time because I always walk out of this place feeling worse, when REALLY, I should feel better. Just really disappointed that this place is such a bummer. Let me say this: I'm a friendly person. I wasn't rude to the woman on the phone. She was just speaking over me in a condescending way, repeating something she'd already said and not stopping so I asked her to let me finish so I could explain (I'd called more than a week before to order, they said they'd call my ND on one of 2 Rxs, and then when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, they only had one bc my ND hadn't returned the request. So I called the ND and it still took their office another day to approve it {which is a separate issue}, and THEN HHA said it'd be another 5 days. I said that wouldn't work bc I was on my last two pills. What SHOULD have happened is that they should have contacted me when the ND didn't respond so that I could have called them, don't you think?). Anyway, really terrible interaction overall. It seems like they must be someone's daughters or nieces or something because I don't know why they'd actually HIRE anyone with such non-customer-service personalities to sit at the front desk and represent their brand/company. A note: The GUY I spoke to on the phone when I'd originally called was helpful and friendly and seemed interested in helping me get what I was looking for. But the two women at the front desk? No.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received. This was my first order for my dog. My Veterinarian coordinated with Harbor Health and I received a call from them the next day. The front desk staff are unfriendly and don’t acknowledge customers in a friendly manner. Customer service is terrible. I have been there several times and greeted the staff in a friendly manner without positive reciprocation. Please be kind to your customers.
