Manager was rude and unhelpful when I told her I needed a legible receipt. Glad they where out of the main thing I needed. Because they dont deserve the money I was going to spend and have spent there . But I guess I will have to find a New dollar store

My Mom came home pretty upset by the "Manager" of this Dollar Tree. Sounds like she was very unprofessional accusing my Mom of trying to pass counterfeit money. My Mom would NEVER do something like that, and when she tried to explain that its an old hundred dollar bill but perfectly "Legit" The Manager doubled down embarrassing her in front of customers and dollar tree employees! So unprofessional while my mom was trying to count change she was so upset her hands were shaking and this "So called" Store Manager walked by and said "God you cant even count change!"So unprofessional and classless.... needless to say my Mom deposited that very same bill at Sound Credit Unions atm and the bank took it just fine.Sad that Dollar Tree settles for "bottom of the barrel" store managers. This must be why that store is always a mess with boxes and boxes of products needing to be put away and empty shelves everywhere? Just sayin...

I had a rough time in the Fife store that I have yet to see in any store Dollar Tree store or any store in 50 yrs. I wanted to purchase some DVDs and had spoken to the on other clerk. He advised me that I had to talk to a younger manager that I did not know personally. She was debating another customer and I waited and than she turned and asked me some question I didn't understand angerly and I responded like wise and will never go to this Dollar tree again.

Traveling through Seattle stop here for personal items and encounter the absolute worst bathroom in my life. It wasn't just not clean, it was so filthy and nasty that I almost vomit not that they would have noticed

The first thing my daughter said when we walked in was “this is the cleanest dollar tree I’ve ever seen!” She was not wrong. Everything looked great and shelves were well stocked but the kicker of this visit was our cashier Jon I believe his name was. He was wonderfully friendly and helpful. I bought planters but when asked what I’d be growing, I confessed I had a brown thumb. He not only made some great suggestions but was so helpful! Keep this guy around. He will keep folks like me coming back!

Other reviews have said it but their location isn't their fault. Just a bad area. I've noticed they have a hard time keeping shelves stocked with items also. Idk what the issue is with that exactly. I haven't had any issues with staff yet. They dont seem like they would be very helpful but I could be totally wrong on that assumption. Definitely not the best Dollar Tree I've been too. Oh and no cash back here.

Its one of the smaller dollar tree locations. They have some issues keeping the shelves stocked with products sometimes probably a lack of staffing.The staff they have are pretty good, helpful in pointing you where to go if you cant find something. Best times Ive found to go are right at opening in the mornings. Later in the afternoons can get hectic cause its a very busy intersection right there down next to I5 and 54th ave E.I like it, its a cool little dollar tree, plenty of parking right out front it shares the lot with a couple little haircut shops and poodle dog right next door.

Very unorganized. Empty shelves, open products, half eaten food, trash everywhere, homeless have no place to go, but to hangout. Not much has changed during this process. This place is 5x worst than Tacoma's Dollar Tree close to Discount Tires. Only 1 cashier, very inconvenient especially with homeless ppl. This place needs security and especially the evening shift. Luckily haven't got hurt by these ppl, hanging out here. Luckily during the day, there are witnesses, but at night seems kinda sketchy. Js happy the cashier is calm and collective. She right at the front. Hopefully management can resolve this unsanitary Dollar Tree in Fife!

This is the worst staffed dollar tree. The customer service skills shown by the cashier is "lacking" to say the least. Her attitude could use some adjusting as well. The owners need to reevaluate their hiring techniques. Please fix this as it seems I am not the only patron that has had this horrible experience at this store.

The fact that this location is in a terrible place and has become pretty sketch, isn't their fault. But the fact that they don't keep their posted business hours is entirely their fault. I just needed to drop in and grab something real quick. I arrived 10 minutes before 8:00 p.m. and they were already locked up with a business hours showing they had changed closing from 9pm to 8:00 p.m. (I wouldn't want to have to leave here after dark either so I can't blame them for that). I tried the door because it wasn't 8 yet but it was already locked up. then one of the staff members comes to the door to say their new closing hours are at 8:00, which I obviously knew since she watched me read the sign before I tried the door. it wasn't 8 yet, so I'm not sure if this person can tell time, or they just thought I couldn't. Hard to be too angry, it is the dollar store after all, but I'll definitely not be using this one as my go-to since I can't rely on them to keep their business hours.

Majority of the staff is rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions they turn the lights off on people 15 to 30 minutes before they actually close, while people are inside shopping. And on occasion, at this time they've even came over the intercom cussing.I do like the large selection of painting and craft supplies they have though. And some of the staff is courteous, helpful and friendly.

I LOVE the Dollar Tree stores! I'm a bargain shopper so they are great. This location is one of their smaller stores, but the Customer Service is always great! Today, for example, I was greeted at the door by an Associate with a shopping cart ready for me as she saw me coming & I had my toddler son with me. Just a small effort, but HUGE appreciation on my part! My cashier was great & cracking jokes! Thanks Dollar Tree Fife!

I got there when they first opened and there was a group of homeless people which wasn't too pleasant. I still say some things that you can get there you can get cheaper at Walmart just pay attention to what you're shopping for but for holiday items they have a lot of choices that we're really inexpensive and I went and picked up some 4th of July stuff and one of my best friends is having a birthday and it's till I second and I picked up some birthday items to make the party nice and I didn't have to wait in line I was able to get a shopping cart they didn't appear as understaffed but they weren't busy.

Well I went in for one thing came out with 20... and they didn't have the one thing I wanted! But I'm beginning to think the item is discontinued. Oh well... it's still a good chain... most things are a good deal... just watch the cost per quantity. This location is larger then the one closer to my home and has a larger selection... which = me spending more. Clean store. Friendly, fast employees. Overall great.

It was Tuesday the 16th at 11:09am. I wish they wore name tags... But it was a girl with long ponytail and a cloth headband on. She looked more like a customer... Anyway, I stopped to grab a few things. I had to use bathroom and asked one of the ladies the was clearly on the clock if they had a bathroom... She rudely, under her breath told me I needed to be let in... Then she walked away, without explaining anything further! She could have at least said, I'll be back or something! She was extremely rude and saw me two times after that and didn't say anything at all. The checker was nice, that's why I gave it a 2 star. She should learn how to treat people!

This store was a mess but...they had everything! And the gentleman at 7:30 pm on 8/21 checked us out with a smile and the most pleasant friendly worker I have met in a long time. I will definitely go here again!

The employees are friendly and helpful, the store is kept clean, and items are usually well stocked. Limited time items that come in usually remain in this store long after the nearby Tacoma locations sell out. There is also ample parking. The times I have come to this location, I have always been able to park right up front.The downside of this location is that no anti-theft shopping carts and technology were put in, so their shopping carts have been stolen from their store. If you have toddlers and need to keep them from running throughout the store while you shop, keep this in mind and make sure you have a stroller on hand.

Some of THE WORST customer service and management at this location. Expect to be judged by your wealth, age and appearance. They treat you without any care for your person, to them you’re always a nasty, irresponsible tweaker. Spending $100 won’t change their minds about you. Items aren’t stocked or sorted. I’d rather spend full price at a regular store 10 times over or go up the hill to the Milton Dollar Tree, where the COMPLETE OPPOSITE applies!! Mention anything to them about these complaints and you’ll be told that it’s because of other customers. So, “Innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t apply to them, “minority report” better suits their demeanor..... and no this isn’t after just one visit. I’ve requested better oversight, from their corporate management.

Huge store lots of stuff. Great prices even thought I had to leave my extra full cart behind because they don't take checks after a certain time. And it was only form of currency I had. But I'm totally going back. Covid safety was in place.

Betty, cashier there, was inappropriate and not very professional. Stated that customers do not come first, stated that we lie when she told us one thing tried saying another. Everyone knows that you pay with ebt before cash. Managers very helpful and sympathetic. My wife leaving in frustration an tears because this cashier. If shes working i do not recommend going in

I came hear to get Easter stuff for my son and when I was done shopping I obviously went to go pay for my items and I didn't get a bag I just carried my purchases items in my basket I bought. When I went out to my car I saw the lady who just got done checking me out on the phone staring at me. I riled down my window and asked if there was a problem and she said that her co-worker saw me walk out with a basket full of unpaid items. I lifted up my basket and showed her my receipt telling her that she just got done checking me out. She was on the phone with the cops and said she was sorry and told them never mind it was a mistake. I was so embarrassed

One of the bigger dollar stores I have visited with a good selection and the reason I gave 5 stars cause unlike most dollar stores they are usually a reck with stuff in it's wrong spots so it's like employees don't clean or restock the shelves putting things back where they belong this store isn't that both times I have been there it has been for the most part clean and not like a scavenger hunt when you go plus the employees and manager were super helpful and attentive.
